Mediating Effect of Emotional Dissonance and Moderating Effect of Emotional Leadership in the Relationship between Social Worker's Emotional Labor and Non-Task Behaviors (사회복지사의 감성노동과 비과업행동의 관계에서 감정부조화의 매개효과와 감성적 리더십의 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of social workers' emotional labor on non-task behaviors. This study characterizes emotional labor as deep acting and surface acting, non-task behavior as organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) and counterproductive work behavior(CWB). And this study also examines the mediating effect of social workers' emotional dissonance in the relationship between surface acting and non-task behavior, and the moderating effect of senior worker's emotional leadership in the relationship between emotional dissonance and non-task behaviors. The results from this study are as follows. Firstly, social workers' deep acting improves their OCB. Secondly, social workers' surface acting has strong effects on their emotional dissonance, and this emotional dissonance hinders their OCB. In addition, the mediating effect of emotional dissonance is also recognized at this point. Thirdly, senior worker's emotional leadership moderates the relationship between social worker's emotional dissonance and OCB in the sense that emotional leadership is expected to reduce the negative effects of emotional dissonance on OCB. However, the influence of emotional labor on CWB has no statistical significance in this study. Based on these results, detailed theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

  • This study examines the effect of culinary employees' emotional labor on their emotional dissonance and turnover intentions and bow the emotional labor and emotional dissonance affect their turnover intentions and burnout to provide useful information and suggestions for the foodservice and hotel culinary training and on-site. The results are summarized as follows. First, as the emotional labor of workers such as representation of the act, conduct in-depth and emotional departure grew higher, they showed the higher perception of emotional dissonance. However, their spontaneous activities tended to decrease their emotional dissonance. Second, as the result of verifying the relationship between emotional dissonance and burnout, the higher emotional dissonance, the deeper burnout. Finally, the culinary workers' emotional dissonance influenced their turnover intention.

The Study on the Trouser Types of the Ancient Tribes - Focusing on the Reliefs of the Achaemenian Period of Persia - (고대 종족들의 바지 유형에 대한 연구 - 페르시아 아케메네스 왕조 부조를 중심으로 -)

  • This study aims to find out the trouser types of the ancient tribes after analyzing various types of trousers discovered on the reliefs of the Achaemenian period of Persia. Then use the results of the analysis as basic data for a study on the Korean trousers type during the ancient times. For this, a theoretical background on the ancient tribes is developed by referring to the literature documents of literature, and European archeologists' papers and photo data are collected and analyzed as well. In addition to the above data, the data, which have been collected by researchers through a field study are comparatively analyzed. In terms of width, the trousers of the ancient tribes have been divided into three types: narrow, average and wide. Each type has diverse forms. The trouser types varied depending on the tribes, the regions and the manufacturing dates of the reliefs. The narrow type was popular among Median, Scythian and Kappadokian, while the average type was frequently worn by Bactrian and Sogdian who lived in the highlands in the northeastern part of Iran. Lastly, the wide type was mostly found in the southeast of Iran(Arachosia, Aria and Drangiana). The fact that trousers were discovered together with boots has been useful in guessing the lifestyle of ancient tribes. Also, even within the same tribe, the form of the trousers and how they were worn changed depending on the time period.

Education and Training Measures on Multi-crew Pilot License(MPL) Application in Korea for Improving Air Navigation Safety (항행안전 증진을 위한 국내 부조종사자격증명(Multi-crew Pilot License; MPL)제도 도입 관련 교육·훈련방안)

  • Multi-crew pilot license (MPL) is a new pilot licensing concept introduced and operated by ICAO. Mostly, candidates for MPL are educated and drilled with competency-based trainings (CBTs). In this paper, to present education and training measures for the domestic MPL application, ICAO documents and Korea aviation laws for pilot licensing, domestic and foreign airlines' employee requirements, and status of operations related to MPL system are identified. Also feasibility of MPL application in Korea is reviewed by checking approved domestic aviation training institutions' capabilities, airlines' pilot demands, and concerns of airlines and trainees with MPL system. Finally, three education and training measures on MPL application in Korea for the air navigation safety are suggested.

A Study on the Relationship between Public Income Transfers and Private Income Transfers in Korea (공적 소득이전과 사적 소득이전의 관계)

  • Using data from Korea Welfare Panal Study(KWPS), this study examines the relationship between public income transfers and private income transfers in Korea. This research is analyzed by the procedure of OLS regression analysis. The results are as follows. First, the paper shows that public income transfers crowded out the private income transfers. Specially public assistance crowed out the private income transfers. The amount of public income transfers has negative correlation with the amount of private income transfers. The amount of public assistance income has negative correlation with the amount of private income transfers. But social insurance transfers do not have influence on the private income transfer. Second, the private income transfers in Korea are altruistically motivated.

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically research the effect of jaycustomers behavior perception on emotional dissonance, job enthusiasm, and management performance. The sample was 327 beauty workers. The research methods were conducted by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and simple regression analysis. First, the study shows it was confirmed that the perception of jaycustomers behavior causes emotional dissonance and loss of job enthusiasm for beauty professionals. Second, it was confirmed that the perception of the behavior of jaycustomers had a statistically significant effect on emotional dissonance. Third, the perception of the behavior of jaycustomers had a statistically significant effect on management performance. Fourth, emotional dissonance had a statistically significant effect on job enthusiasm. Fifth, it was confirmed that management performance had a statistically significant effect on job enthusiasm. Therefore, it is believed the perception of jaycustomers behavior negatively affects beauty professionals.

  • This study is a pilot operation roadmap for the introduction of the co-pilot qualification (MPL) system, and the introduction of the MPL system in Korea is a new pilot education and qualification system based on competency. Therefore, it may be difficult to prepare for various matters such as securing initial regulations, securing training businesses or trainees, and establishing training infrastructure, so the roadmap necessary for pilot operation is very important for the successful introduction of the MPL system. In order to secure a training program and qualification system with proven MPL systems in the domestic aviation market, the government and aviation industry members will jointly participate to highlight the importance of a pilot operation roadmap for the domestic flight environment.

A Study on the Patterns Depicted on the Reliefs at Taq-i Bustan of the Sasanian Dynasty (사산왕조 타퀴이 부스탄 부조에 묘사된 문양연구)

  • This is a study about the patterns depicted on the reliefs at Taq-i Bustan built during the Sasanian Dynasty of Persia. This study aims to understand the costume culture of the Sassanian Dynasty by analyzing the patterns depicted on the reliefs at Taq-i Bustan. As a research method, a literature survey and a comparative analysis of empirical data collected through historical site exploration was synthesized. The results of this study are as follows: Patterns appearing on the reliefs at Taq-i Bustan include pearl patterns, flower patterns, and animal patterns such as ducks, boars, and simurghs. The themes of these patterns appear differently depending on the social status, so it is assumed that the patterns were used as a means of symbolizing social status in the Sasanian Dynasty. The pearl pattern was a typical pattern that appeared in royal iconography, and the flower pattern appeared in multiple variations, and was a pattern commonly observed in the kings and his servants. Among the animal patterns, the Simurgh(Semurv) pattern is a representative pattern, which symbolizes the fertility and fecundity of the earth and this pattern was observed only on the clothes of kings. Therefore, the Simurgh(Semurv) pattern was understood as a pattern symbolizing the king's wish for the well-being of nature and the people. The patterns of other animals were mainly observed on the king's servants. Through the analysis of the patterns depicted on the reliefs at Taq-i Bustan, the life and the social aspects of the Sassanian Dynasty could be examined.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that influence the intention to continuously use the RPA program used in the financial industry for those working in the financial industry. In particular, the purpose of this study is to understand the will to accept and the perception of acceptance conflict by considering the characteristics of individuals in the relationship between work and information technology. As a result of the study, it can be confirmed that the RPA system based on intelligent process automation including artificial intelligence should be further strengthened in the transformation of a digitalized enterprise rather than the RPA based on simple task automation that is currently most used. In general, the phenomenon of cognitive dissonance was prominent for the adoption of new technology, but the phenomenon of cognitive dissonance did not appear for the continued use of RPA in the financial industry. Able to know. In the future in the financial industry, it is thought that the change in the labor organization will be accelerated as the suitability of repetitive tasks and technologies is increased.

  • The present research integrated various theoretical perspectives of human unlawful behaviors in order to clarify the psychological mechanisms that underly the changes in compliance with and attitude toward law as time goes. Most well-known theories such as classical theory of crime, biosocial and evoluationary theories, and psychological perspectives including psycho-dynamic theory, personality, intellectual/moral development theories, and decision-making were discussed in their unique points in explaining human unlawful behaviors. Finally, social-learning theory and cognitive-dissonance theory has been suggested to explain the psychological mechanism of the phenomena in which people's attitude toward law and compliance with law become weaken through violation experiences of trivial lawful regulations. Especially, the logic of cognitive-dissonance theory (that people committed violation of trivial laws should experience dissonance with their original belief of compliance with law and negative arousal and try to remove the arousal by change their belief along with their behavior) were theoretically convincing to explain the phenomenon and supported by a series of experimental studies. Several practical implications for future constitutional and political activities were discussed in the basis of the cognitive dissonance theory.
