The Effect of Addictive Shopping Orientation on Post-purchase Emotions and Behaviors (패션제품 중독구매성향이 구매 후 감정 및 행동에 미치는 영향)

  • There is no doubt that distribution channels and services greatly satisfy consumers' desires. Lots of products and services, stimulate consumers to purchase products to relieve their depressed feeling/stress temporarily, leading them gradually to a shopping addiction. Shopping addiction generates lots of problems, damaging not only consumers themselves but also other consumers and the entire society. Therefore, the purposes of this study were 1) to examine psychological factors that affected addictive shopping orientation of consumers, 2) to explore the effects addictive shopping orientation on the post-purchase emotions(positive emotion/negative emotion), 3) to examine the effect of post-purchase emotions on post-purchase behaviors (repurchasing/refund and exchange/negative word of mouth). 4) the study explored the differences in terms of effects of addictive shopping orientations on post-purchase emotions and behaviors, depending on the retailing channel (online and off line). The study performed a questionnaire survey for female adults older than 18 years old, living Seoul and Pusan areas. By using 404 copies for questionnaires, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and Amos 7.0 were used for the data analysis. It was found that psychological variables, self-esteem, compensatory buying and impulsiveness, had significant effects on addictive shopping orientations. Addictive shopping orientations affect both positive and negative post-purchase emotions in case of off-line shopping. Negative post-purchase emotions have higher impact on the postpurchase behaviors than positive post-purchase emotions.

Internet based Communication and Relationship (인터넷 기반 커뮤니케이션과 인간관계)

  • It seems that Internet based communication has been settled down in everyday life. Internet based communication studies also have been done and they proposed that internet based communication modal differs from other communications modal. One of the major themes about internet based communication was the effect of internet based communication on relationships. Early studies suggested that internet has negative effect on life and relationships, although it has positive effect on economics and information distribution. Because there is relative anonymity, People and Researchers thought that people easily could be exposed to negative situations like pornography, instant relationship, negative reply and soon. However,Recently there have been on going un-solving arguments about effect of internet based communication.From the negative perspective, Internet based communication is negative to relationship, because internet based communication could displace face to fact communication and old off-line relationships. However, from the positive perspective, researchers focused on the motivation and purpose of internet users. In this paradigm, people could expand their life and relationships using internet because internet could remove the various restrictions for relationship. Moreover they also suggested that people could enlarge their relationships because they could easily disclose theirselves in anonymity. However, No conclusion has been drawn yet and there needs some organization of two standpoints. Accordingly, This study is integrating the two perspectives and proposing future direction of internet based communication and relationship.

  • Rapidly increasing Internet use has brought beneficial developments in many aspects, and it also stimulates elementary students' curiosity and is becoming an important part of entertainment. On the other hand, it is giving rise to some negative results such as violence and delinquent conduct in cyberspace. This study is to find the effects and problems of Information and Communication Ethics education before and after it is carried out by analysing the curriculum of Information texbooks, and to search for new teaching methods for Information and Communication Ethics education.

  • This research analyzed the relationship between CFIP and Intention to purchase under M-Commerce circumstances. First of all, CFIP had a negative influence on intention to purchase similar to E-Commerce. Secondly, we found privacy fundamentalist groups to react most sensitive to the degree of CFIP. Finally, Mobile experience did not have influence on the relationship between CFIP and Intention to purchase. This result is different from that of the E-Commerce Study. As such, it requires a more comprehensive research.

  • As the development of wireless technologies continue, mobile stock trading has become a new channel for companies to reach their customers. This study examines the factors affecting customer acceptance of mobile stock trading services. The research model based on the previous studies was established and the research hypotheses were generated. The sample was divided into users and nonuser groups. The test results show that relative advantage and social influence are positively related to intention to accept mobile services as well as in intention to reuse, security risk is negatively related to intention to reuse, frequency of trading is positively related to intention to reuse, cost burden is negatively related to the probability of using mobile stock trading services, and social influence is positively related to the probability of using mobile services. The results also support that information quality and response time are positively related to relative advantage, and interface quality is negatively related to complexity. It is considered that the study results may help managers to increase customer use of mobile stock trading services.

  • In approach of human-robot interaction, it is importance task in future robot industry to make to robot recognize, express, coping the emotions. The purpose of this study was to examination the effects unconscious positive and negative emotion of information processing of motor program. 13 participants(male=11, female=2) viewed smile-face picture and angry-face picture priming at 10ms level, and then performanced button press, button press and one tennis ball hitting, and button press and two tennis ball hitting task. The results appeared that positive emotion triggered more fast RT than negative emotion in planning complex motor program. Possible explanations for the performance differences depended on emotion are discussed and future research directions were provided.

  • The purpose of this study examines the interrelationships among antecedents and consequences of privacy concern on the online-shopping mall. Based on relevant literature review, a customer's attitude toward direct marketing, a customer's desire to information control, and a customer's prediction of negative effect as antecedents that affect the privacy concern. Also, consequences are a firm's reputation and a customer's purchase experience. Then related hypotheses were tested using data from 165 online shopping mall customer. The results for empirical analysis are as follows; 1) a customer's attitude toward direct marketing affected negatively the privacy concern, 2) a customer's desire to information control and a customer's prediction of negative effect affected positively the privacy concern, 3) a firm's reputation negatively related to the privacy concern, 4) a customer's purchase experience positively related to a firm's reputation.

A Performance by New Technology Investment and Legal System Operation in Government Organization (정부조직 내 신기술 투자와 ICT 법·제도 운영에 따른 성과 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the ICT legal system and the ICT performance by new technology's investment for government organizational changes. I will show the impact of government ICT investment interest, competency, convergence and process change, and then present policy direction. A research method used the structural equations. As a result of analysis, ICT investment interest and operational competency showed the negative impact the ICT legal system and the role change of ICT process and convergence of new technologies showed the positive impact. The Framework Act on National Information showed the positive impact on organizational performance, but the E-Government Act showed the negative impact. The contribution in the study expanded organization research from MIS perspective, and each organization is required the conflict resolve by ICT investment. A future study will require longitudinal study of ICT capabilities from previous to present government.

Effects of the Food Web Casting on College Student's Viewing Happiness and Attitude Towards Obesity (인터넷 개인방송 먹방 시청이 한국 대학생들의 시청행복감과 비만 인식에 미치는 영향)

  • Due tothe popularity of personal web-casting 'Food Web Casting' program, the present study aims to examine its effects on real life. The study conducted a survey with Korean college students. Results from a survey of 256 participants showed that first, the most salient reason for watching 'Food Web Casting' was gratification for killing time and gratifications for food entertainment, information, vicarious, and para social interaction are followed. Second, vicarious gratification, killing time gratification, and vicarious gourmandism gratification had a positive effect on Food Wed Casting programs viewing time, while it is not found for effects of gratifications for information and pro-social interaction. Third, it is found that Food Wed Casting programs viewing had effects on viewing happiness and negative perception of fat people. However, it did not have an effect on frequency of food delivery service. Based on these findings,implication, limitations, and topics for future research are discussed.

  • This study researched text mining and text network analysis to analyze the images of Nonghyup Insurance for consumers. With the recent development of social media, many texts are being produced and reproduced, and texts of social media provide important information to companies. Text mining and text network analysis are used in many studies to identify image of company and product. As a result of the text analysis, the positive image of the Nonghyup Insurance is safety and stability. Negative images of the Nonghyup Insurance is concern and anxiety. As a result of the textual network analysis, Centered mage of Nonghyup Insurance is safety and concern. This paper allows researchers to extract several lessons learned that are important for the text mining and text network analysis.
