The Effect of Positive and Negative Parenting Attitudes on Adolescents' Smartphone Dependency in the Time of Convergence : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Poor Attachment (융복합시대 부모의 긍정적양육태도와 부정적양육태도가 청소년의 스마트폰 의존도에 미치는 영향 : 또래애착의 매개효과)

  • This study tries to examine the effect of positive and negative parents' attitudes on adolescents' smartphone dependency, and prove the meditating effect of poor attachment between the two variables in the times of convergence. For the study, the data from the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey were analyzed by utilizing the path analysis, the data from 1,971. The results are as follows: First, positive and negative parents' attitudes influenced adolescents' poor attachment. Second, positive and negative parents' attitudes had a effect on adolescents' smartphone dependency. Third, parents' attttudes directly influenced adolescents' smart phone dependency and its' effect was indirectly mediated by the subjects's poor attachment.

Psychosocial Impacts of Newborn Bloodspot Screening on Parents: A Scoping Review (신생아 스크리닝이 부모에게 미치는 사회심리적 영향: 주제범위 문헌고찰)

  • This study synthesized the literature to identify parental psychosocial impact and related factors on newborn bloodspot screening (NBS) process. A scoping review, using the framework proposed by Arksey and O'Malley (2005), was conducted. A literature search was performed of electronic databases (PubMed, CINAHL, RISS, KISS, DBpia) from 2000 to 2023. In total 749 published articles were identified, and 32 articles were included for the final analysis. Almost studies were descriptive studies using survey or interviews and only one intervention study to reduce negative psychosocial impacts was identified. Parents were experiencing negative psychosocial impacts, particularly related to how positive results were initially communicated and had difficulties accessing timely and reliable information. Findings identified that knowledge, quality and satisfaction of education and communication, information sources and providers as related factors of parental psychosocial impacts. Prenatal and postpartum repeated education, providing timely and reliable information, effective communication between health care providers and parents were key to mitigate negative psychosocial impacts. Nurses can play important roles to improve quality on NBS.

The Effect of Prediction and Emotion on Hindsight Bias (예측과 정서가 후견지명 편향에 끼치는 영향)

  • 본 연구는 어떤 사건에 대한 예측 정확성 여부와 기억을 회상할 때의 정서 상태가 후견지명 편향 (hindsight bias)에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이에 valence 축에 따라 긍정적 정서와 부정적 정서를 일으키는 두 가지 음악을 제시하고 두 조건에 대하여 기억에 대한 과잉 확신이 얼마나 달라지는가를 분석하였다. 예측 정확성 여부에 대해서는 실험 결과 데이터 중 예측 일치 조건과 불일치 조건으로 나누어 후견지명 편향에 끼치는 영향과 정서와의 상호작용이 있는가를 분석하였다. 사람들은 예측과 반대되는 결과를 접했을 때 결과에 anchoring하여 기억을 회상하려는 편향이 더욱 커졌으며 부정적인 정서보다 긍정적 정서 상태일 때 후견지명 편향이 더욱 커졌음을 밝혔다. 특히 예측과 상이한 결과 피드백을 받고 긍정적 정서 상태일 때 가장 많은 왜곡 현상을 보였으며, 예측 불일치/ 부정적 정서 조건, 예측 일치/ 긍정적 정서 조건, 예측 일치/ 부정적 정서 조건 순으로 후견지명 편향을 보였다. 이 결과는 정서 상태보다 어떤 사건에 대한 예측 정확성 여부가 후견지명 편향에 더 큰 영향을 준다는 것을 시사한다. 본 연구의 실험실 상황을 통하여 자기와 관련이 없는 중립적 과제를 통해서도 후견지명 편향이 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 특히 그 동안 거의 이루어지지 않았던 정서와 후견지명 편향의 관계를 밝히고, 기존의 예측 정확성에 따른 편향을 설명하는 모델간 논쟁이 많았으나 실험 결과가 motivational model을 지지함을 밝혔음에 의의가 있다.

Relationship Dissolution of On-line Brand Community Users (온라인 브랜드 커뮤니티에서의 관계단절행동)

  • Most of studies concerned with on-line Brand community show that it makes users to increase their brand loyalty and brand attachment. But it wouldn't be explained that on-line brand community could be the field of consumer's public complaining in service failure. So, this study tried to focus the dimensions of negative emotions and customer characteristics that may cause relationship dissolutions in on-line brand community. The findings of the present study following as, high relationship quality of on-line brand community user directly effects negative emotions, especially, disappointment and betrayal. second, disappointment and betrayal influences the desire of revenge. Third, customer's negative reactions (for example, negative replies about the brand or public complaining in community) are mediated by customer's desire of revenge. The analysis was held with brand community customers who has been experienced service recently by using SPSS14K and Smart PLS 2.0. The study verified the structural equation model hypothesizing the between emotional factors and negative reactions. In conclusion, this article provides implications into understanding of customer's negative emotions and user's characteristics that cause negative reactions in on-line brand community. thus, this may allow marketers to have managerial insights on handling of on-line brand community independently operated by consumers.

  • This study was designed by paying attention to the negative aspects of the performing arts service. As interest in performing arts increases, various studies on services are being conducted in the performing arts field as well. However, although research on the positive side of performing arts services is steadily increasing, research on the negative side is insufficient. In this study, the limitations of existing studies were supplemented and the study was conducted by applying the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model for empirical research. The effect of failure of performing arts service as a stimulus variable on the response to complaint behavior through negative emotion as an organism was verified. As a result of the analysis, it was found that among the factors of failure in performing arts services, performance works and personal services had a significant influence on negative emotions. In addition, the influence of negative emotions on public and private complaints was confirmed. Lastly, this study will have academic significance in that it analyzed consumers by converting the factors of service failure of performing arts into variables.

Structural Relationship Analysis between Positive and Negative Parenting Attitudes, Grit, and Academic Helplessness Felt by First Graders of Middle School Students (중학교 1학년 학생이 느끼는 부모의 긍정적·부정적 양육태도, 삶의 만족도, 학업무기력 사이의 구조적 관계 분석)

  • This study examines the structural relationship between parents' positive and negative parenting attitudes, life satisfaction, and academic helplessness. To this end, 2,595 middle school students (1,405 boys and 1,185 girls) were used among the KCYPS 2018 panel materials. The model was validated using a structural equation model, and the verification of the mediated effects of life satisfaction was significant with bootstraps. The results of the study are as follows. First, the positive and negative parenting attitudes of parents have a significant impact on life satisfaction. These results can be interpreted as having an impact on the lives of adolescent children, depending on their parenting attitudes. Second, the positive and negative parenting attitudes of parents have a significant impact on academic helplessness. These results can be interpreted as having an effect on the academic performance of adolescent children depending on their parenting attitudes. Third, satisfaction in life has a significant adverse effect on academic helplessness. These results can be interpreted as having a positive impact on studies according to the satisfaction level of youth's life, and having a negative impact on studies if life satisfaction is high and life satisfaction is low. Fourth, the satisfaction of life is mediated between parents' positive and negative parenting attitudes and academic helplessness. Through this study, it is meaningful in that it allows parents to understand the process of life satisfaction affecting their academic helplessness according to their parenting attitudes.

  • As the business ecosystem has become more uncertain, the sources of supply chain risk have also been becoming more diverse. In particular, due to the development of informational technology in recent years, firms need to consider the emerging supply chain risk sources as well as traditional supply chain risk sources. A typical example is negative word-of-mouth by social media. Therefore, we investigated the virality of negative word-of-mouth on manufacturing firms by using YouTube as a representative social media. More specifically, we investigated how the social capital of the video creator influences the virality of negative word-of-mouth and how the emotional tone of the video affects the virality of negative word-of-mouth. In conclusion, the social capital of the video creator influenced the scale and speed of negative word-of-mouth. Furthermore, negative emotion words moderated the relation between the social capital of the video creator and the scale of negative word-of-mouth.

  • Companies are competing each other, and as the competitions became higher, consumer's information processing for purchase became more complicated. Consumer confusion problem is getting more serious, but there are still not much considerations on this problem. The purpose of this study is to find out that the consumer confusion can causes consumer's negative emotion(anger). This research studied the mediation effect of negative emotion on the relationship between consumer confusion, which was classified into three categories, and two consequences, word-of-mouth and trust. And also it concentrates on moderating effects of negative affectivity and intolerance of uncertainty in the relationship between consumer confusion and negative emotion. For the empirical study, we carried out a survey targeting consumers who live in the Dae-gu metropolitan area. The specific results of this study are as follows. First, all sub-dimensions of the consumer confusion had a positive effect on anger. Second, anger had a positive effect on word of mouth and on the other hand, anger had a negative effect on trust. Third, negative affectivity had a moderating effects on the links between overload and ambiguity confusion with anger, and intolerance of uncertainty only had a moderating effects on the links between overload confusion and anger.

판매원의 역기능 행동에 대한 감독통제수단의 효과를 매개하는 감독자에 대한 신뢰도

  • 본 연구는 감독자의 정보제공과 판매원의 감독참가가 판매원의 역기능 행동에 영향을 미치는가를 관계마케팅 연구에서 발전된 개념인 신뢰도 개념을 도입하여 이론적으로 그리고 실증적으로 검토하여, 판매원의 감독자에 대한 신뢰도가 매개적 역할로 작용하고 있음을 탐색하였다. 즉, 정보제공과 감독참가는 판매원의 역기능 행동에 직접적으로 작용하여 부정적 영향을 미치는 것이 아니라 감독자에 대한 신뢰수준을 매개로 역기능 행동에 부정적 영향을 미침을 탐색하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is two folds; first. to identify the negative effect of customer dissatisfaction on trust and commitment. and second to examine the moderating effect of consumers' perceived equity created by various ways in which a company deals with his/her complaints. Our proposed model is empirically tested by a survey data collected from Internet shopping mall consumers who raised complaints. The simultaneous regression model is used to test the negative effect of customer dissatisfaction. To examine the moderating effect of equity, our study employs the group analysis of LISREL. The empirical result shows that customers' dissatisfaction. unless it is concerned with merchandise related dissatisfaction, influences on trust and commitment. Also, we find that consumers' perceived equity has a moderating effect on the relationship variables dissatisfaction and customer relationship variables including trust and commitment.
