Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report the effects of Korean medical treatment including Sanhuhyulpung-tang on three postpartum patients who suffered from hyperhidrosis. Methods: We treated three patients complained of postpartum symptoms including hyperhidrosis. The patients were treated by Traditional Korean Medicine including herbal medicine, acupuncture, moxibustion, and cupping therapy. Sanhuhyulpung-tang is a herbal medicine prescription which is used in clinical practice for the treatment of postpartum sweating, anxiety, flushing, and joint pain. Three patients were hospitalized for treatment for 6, 8, and 19 days respectively. During hospitalization, patients took Sanhuhyulpung-tang three times a day, and acupuncture, moxibustion, and cupping were performed once a day. To evaluate the degree of improvement, we used VAS score of the patient's chief complaint during hospitalization. Results: After the treatment, symptoms including hyperhidrosis were improved. The degree of excessive sweating decreased to 30% in two patients, and 55% in one patient. Combined symptoms including lower coldness, burning sensation, chilling, and multiple site pain also improved on discharge day. Conclusions: This case report shows that Korean medicine treatment including Sanhuhyulpung-tang can improve postpartum symptoms including hyperhidrosis.

Objectives: To explore the impacts of home-based integrative Korean medicine program, on pain, quality of life (QOL), and satisfaction among elderly female residents with mobility impairment in rural areas during the period from August 2021 to November 2022. Methods: Five participants with mobility impairment in rural area were selected from Health Department of Public Health Center. We conducted an investigation into the variations in NRS (Numerical Rating Scale) scores, changes in quality of life (QOL), and levels of satisfaction resulting from a combination of acupuncture, counseling, and the provision of medical supplies. Results: Participants reported improvements in Overall pain and Quality of life. Satisfaction levels reported high. Conclusions: Home-based integrative Korean medicine program showed possibility of improvements for the elderly women with mobility impairment in rural areas in terms of pain, quality of life. In pursuit of improved management, it is advisable to contemplate the adoption of a fresh treatment approach.

We studied the relationship between each type which was figured out by the question paper given to the patients who chiefly complained feeling of cold and Sasang constitution. The results are as follows. 1. Diagnoses in woman's disease with feeling of cold(冷病) are abdomnal mass(uterine myoma, ovarian cyst), dysmenorrhea, leukorrhea and infertility, orderly in number. They have commoness in the origin of disease which are stagnation of Qi(氣滯) and blood stasis(血瘀), cold(寒), damp(濕) and we can find the causes of feeling of cold are stagnation of blood(血瘀) and harmness of damp(水毒). 2. In the type of survey through the question paper, the largest number of the origin of that disease is cold, the next is blood stasis and dificiency of Qi(氣虛), dificiency of blood(血虛), stagnation of Qi, damp phlegm(濕痰) etc. 3. (1)The numbers by constitutional assortment of object are like this. Taeumin are 23 persons,Soumin 14 and Soyangin 6, so we can find the feeling of cold turn up evenly in all constitution but the number of Soyangin was relatively small. (2)The inclination of constitutional type is the highest in Soumin and they often have and feel strongly disorders of their body. (3)We could find the corelation of theoretical background of Sasang Medicine in constitutional type of survey. 4. (1)The numbers by constitutional assortment of the patients with feeling of cold and numbness(冷痺症) are like this. Taeumin are 16 persons, Soumin 7 and Soyangin 3, as are like the distribution of 3-(1). (2)The inclination of constitutional type is the highest Soumin, so they have multiple type of differentiation of symptoms and signs and their symptoms is old and severe, therefore they need long time for cure. In all, except the symptom with feeling of cold caused by dificiency of the blood and insufficiency of yang(氣虛와 陽虛) that we meet frequently on clinic is numerous, the number of that caused by stagnation of Qi and blood(氣滯와 血滯) alike dysautonomia is also large. And we can find the feeling of cold turn up evenly in all constitution but the number of Soyangin was relatively small. Within the case of Soumin, they have both dificiency of Qi and blood, have complex source, so their symptoms are old and severe and they need long time for cure. In Taeumin, they are of large number with dificiency of Qi and we think thst that are concerned with the symptom of exterior cold.

External treatments have various curative effects. According to the existing researches, We have read that many external treatments have been related to obstertic and gynecologic diseases. But systemic description is very rare about external treatment of obstertic and gynecologic diseases. Therefore we would like to describe that. We have found out many sentences that have been related to external treatments about complicating childbirth and the puerperium. Comparatively often had been refered diseases are Hard Labor(難産), Dizziness(血暈) and Metroptosis(玉門不斂).

개인의 정보통신에 대한 수요가 증가하면서 음성 위주의 무선통신은 인터넷 지원이 가능한 데이터 중심 의 무선통신으로 빠르게 전환하고 있어 무선통신 환경에서 전자상거래를 비롯한 데이터 서비스의 제공이 미래 정보통신산업의 핵심이 될 것이다. 이러한 환경 속에서 여러 매체나 보도를 통해 쉽게 접하는 용어중의 하나가 바로 무선인터넷 전자상거래(M-Commerce)이다. 이런 M-Commerce는 휴대용 무선기기를 사용한 모든 인터넷 비즈니스를 통칭하는 말로써 구매자와 판매자의 정보를 통하여 각각이 필요로 하는 상품이나 서비스를 이동 컴퓨팅 단말을 통하여 연결시켜 주는 서비스이다. 그러나 무선통신 환경에서 데이터 서비스가 원활하게 제공되기 위해서는 인터넷에서와 마찬가지로 정보보호 문제가 반드시 선결되어야한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 데이터의 비밀성, 무결성, 인증 메카니즘, 부인봉쇄 서비스 등 기본적인 정보보호 서비스를 갖춘 안전한 M-Commerce 시스템을 설계하고자 한다.

현재의 전자상거래는 어떠한 물건이나 권리에 대해 거래할 경우 신용카드나 전자 화폐를 통한 유통과, 티켓 소유자의 특정한 권리를 보증하는 증명서 역할을 하는 디지털-티켓[1]에 의한 유통이 이루어지고 있다. 티켓 유통이 실행되면서 디지털-티켓은 악의의 사용자나 공급자로부터 티켓의 복제, 변경, 위조로부터의 보호와 사용자의 인증과 부인방지가 요구된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 디지털-티켓 시스템에 공개키 암호 기술과 토큰을 이용하여 프로토콜을 설계하여 티켓의 정당성과 유효성을 검증하고 신뢰된 티켓검증서버(TVS: Ticket Verification Server)를 통하여 티켓 소유자의 소유권을 검증하는 디지털-티켓 유통 프로토콜을 제안한다. TVS는 인터넷에 연결되어 사용자가 언제든지 자신만이 티켓의 유일한 소유자라는 것을 확인한 수 있고 소유한 티켓의 유효성을 검증할 수 있다.

PKI(Public Hey Infrastructure)기반의 공인인증서가 활성화됨에 따라 인터넷뱅킹, 증권거래시스템. 전자입찰, 전자민원 등 신원확인이 요구되는 어플리케이션에 전자서명이 적용되고 있다. 다수의 사용자가 인증서로 로그인과 부인방지를 위한 전자서명을 전송함으로써 서버는 상대적으로 많은 전자서명과 인증서검증을 수행해야 한다. 프로그램 단계에서 검증을 수행하기 위해서는 검증모듈의 API(Application Programming Interface)를 호출해야 하며, 이는 프로그램의 복잡도를 증가시킨다. 이러한 문제는 어플리케이션과 검증이 독립적이지 않기 때문에 검증에 관련된 장애가 발생하면 어플리케이션은 검증모듈에 종속적으로 장애가 발생하게 된다. 본 논문의 검증 에이전트는 서버환경이 서버-클라이언트 또는 웹 어플리케이션에 독립적으로 전자서명 검증을 담당한다. 따라서 어플리케이션은 검증이 필요한 시점에 검증 에이전트를 호출하게 됨으로써 프로그램의 복잡도를 줄이고 서버의 안정성을 향상시킨다.

이동 에이전트가 갖는 많은 장정에도 불구하고 실생활에서 이동 에이전트를 사용하는데 보안 문제는 큰 장애물로 작용하고 있다. 이동 에이전트 보안문제는 크게 이동 에이전트에 대한 보안과 이동 에이전트 시스템에 대한 보안으로 나눌 수 있는데 실질적인 이동 에이전트 보호에 대한 연구는 미비하다. 이동 에이전트나 이동 에이전트 시스템을 불법적인 공격으로부터 보호하기 위해 요구되는 가장 기본적인 서비스는 기밀성. 무결성, 인증, 접근 통제, 부인 봉쇄 및 가용성 등이며, 이 중 무결성은 보안 서비스가 제대로 작동하기 위한 가장 기본 서비스라고 할 수 있다. 일반적으로 무결성은 해쉬함수를 사용해서 무결성 검사값을 생성한 후, 데이터나 코드의 불법적인 변경을 감시한다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 에이전트를 전송 또는 수신하는 호스트의 상호인증과 해쉬함수(HMAC)를 사용해 이동 에이전트의 안전한 전송을 위한 무결성 매커니즘을 제안하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 이동성이 많은 결재자의 업무를 효율적이고 신속하게 처리하기 위해 PDA, 핸드폰과 같은 모바일 장비상에서의 공인인증서를 이용한 결제처리 및 무선 인터넷상의 보안기능을 갖춘 시스템을 개발하였다. 모바일 인터넷의 보안 메커니즘은 정당한 사용자인지를 확인하는 인증, 데이터의 비밀 전송과 변조 여부 확인, 전자서명을 통한 거래 부인 방지 등이 이뤄진다. 이를 위해 RSA 공개키 알고리즘을 사용하여 문서 내용들에 대한 암호화/복호화를 수행하며 SHA-1 해시 알고리즘과 공인 인증서를 사용하여 결제처리를 한다. 일반 데스크 탑뿐만 아니라 모바일 장비간의 데이터 패킷 전송을 위해 XML 인코딩과 SOAP 프로토콜을 이용한다.

Objective : Atopic dermatitis is a chronic, inflammatory skin disease which was characterized by intense pruritus and the course marked by exacerbation and remission. The purpose of this study is to report the effect of oriental treatment. Especially new oriental prescription to atopic dermatitis Methods : We treated children patients who had atopic dermatitis and visited oriental hospital of Semyung University. Children patients in this case are two person. The first one is fourteen-years-old female, Other one is seven-years-old boy. And I create a new oriental prescription that named 'Allergy 1' thinking about oriental theory. After then I treated them with 'Allergy 1' herb medication and used two index to assess the severity in atopic dermatitis. Results : Each index show us approximately 70% improvement in atopic dermatitis symptom. Conclusion : On the basis of this cases, It may be considered that treatment of atopic dermatitis should be improved by the treatment of herb medication "Allergy 1"
