This paper analyzes the determinants of the employment status of the NURI-project-teams' college and university graduates in Busan area. The major results are as follows: First, education level, household income, grade point average and certificate turn out to be significant variables to decide employment or spell of unemployment. Second, parents' education level, household income, the size of project team, the firm size are shown to affect employment in Busan. In particular, the bigger the firm is, the probability of getting job in Busan is getting smaller. And there are two sides of provincial university graduates' moving into the Metropolitan area; the voluntary move and the involuntary move. Third, sex., education level, major, grade point average, the size of project team etc, are found to be significant determinants of wage level.

Recently, the Busan Economy has been depressed because of the constant economic slowdown. This also causes severe damage to the construction industry. This study focuses on The Apartment Building Type-Factory Business Incubator in the university paying attention to the construction company who struggles to make a new item of business in this aggravated state of the building business. There are no universities who operate The Apartment Building Type-Factory Business Incubator until now and there are no related data or researches at all. With this in mind, this study is to perform a feasibility study on inducement of The Apartment Building Type-Factory Business Incubator in the University in Busan area. In consequence, feasibility of Policy was sufficient and this study could draw a result of stable returns. Through this business, this study expects that schools, construction companies and enterprises who want to start a business can get the synergy among each other.

In a recent decade, university closures have been a critical regional issue as a total of 17 universities have been closed while many more are facing closure in Korea. The local impact of university closures in the regions with declining populations has been far more detrimental and considered as one of the significant factors of the declining local economy, especially in the neighboring residential sectors. This study has taken an empirical approach to investigate the local impact of university closure on the housing market through a case of Dong-Pusan College in Busan, Korea. The study utilized Difference-in-Difference (DiD) to analyze the housing prices in proximity to the university and identified several factors associated with the local decline in the housing market in relation to university closure.

최근 인간의 인위적인 활동으로 인하여 대기 중 온실가스의 배출량이 급격히 증가하였고, 이에 따라 전 세계적인 지구온난화로 인한 이상기후가 발생하고 있다. 특히, 홍수, 가뭄, 태풍 등 극한 수문 현상들의 변화가 두드러지게 나타나고 있으며, 강우 특성의 변화는 극한 수문 현상의 직접적인 요인으로 작용한다. 현재 확률강우량을 추정하는 가장 보편적인 방법은 과거 강우 자료를 바탕으로 빈도해석을 수행하고 있으며, 지속기간별로 산정한 확률강우량은 강우강도-지속기간-빈도(Intensity-Duration-Frequency, IDF)곡선으로 유도하여 수공구조물 설계에 사용되고 있다. 그러나 기후변화의 영향으로 집중호우와 잦은 홍수로 인한 피해가 증가함에 따라 과거 강우자료를 바탕으로 확률강우강도를 활용하여 확률 강우량을 추정하는 것이 매우 어려워졌다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 1975년도부터 2020년도까지의 현재기간 모의자료, 2021년도부터 2100년도까지의 미래 강우자료와 기후변화 시나리오인 RCP 4.5와 RCP 8.5를 활용한다. 또한, 부산지역을 대상으로 비정상성 GEV 모형을 활용하여 지역빈도해석을 수행하였고, 미래 설계강우량 산정을 위한 비정상성 IDF곡선을 유도하여 분석하고자 한다.

현재와 같은 지식정보화사회에서는 우수한 IT인력 확보가 곧 국가와 기업의 경쟁력이다. 이를 위해 대학과 기업은 맞춤형 IT인력 양성을 위해 다양한 산학협력을 실시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 부산지역 4년제 대학의 1999학년도부터 2006학년도까지 총 8년간의 입시 변화를 추적 조사하여 IT관련 모집단위의 핵심단어를 5개 그룹($\Delta$전기 전자분야(G1), $\Delta$통신분야(G2), $\Delta$컴퓨터분야(G3), $\Delta$멀티미디어 콘텐츠(G4), $\Delta$IT융합 특성화(G5))으로 묶고, 각 그룹별로 다시 몇 개의 세분류로 나누어 제시하였다. 본 논문은 대학의 IT관련 학부명 학과명 전공명 등 모집단위의 변화가 어떤 변화를 거쳤으며 또한 이의 모집정원은 어떤 변화를 가져 왔는지에 대한 총괄적인 조사를 위한 IT $\ulcorner$학부 학과 전공$\lrcorner$ 의 핵심단어에 의한 그룹별 분류 체계에 관한 연구이다.

This study is aimed to present a direction of urban development around regional private university site through the case-study in Joongbu university. Regional private university is in the face of a difficult problem for expansion of campus because of increasing of students and a lot of non-planned development in the circumstance of university site. Therefore we need an planned-development for expansion of university campus. This study abstracted of a direction for development by analyzing the land-use behavior around Joongbu university site.

The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of university library operation through the five laws of library science and suggest ways to improve it. To this end, the operation status of four national and public university libraries was analyzed with the scope of the study as the Busan area. Furthermore, for an in-depth investigation, the P University library in Busan was examined as a case. The operation status of national and public university libraries in the Busan region was analyzed by dividing them into the categories of university library collection materials, facilities, staff, material purchase costs, and users from 2018 to 2022. In particular, there was a decrease in users and a shortage of librarians due to COVID-19. In the case study, the operation status of P University library was investigated focusing on the first and fifth laws of Ranganathan's five laws of library science. In the first law, the study was conducted on the aspects of access to and use of the collection, library location, usage time and book lending, and staff. In the fifth law, the investigation was divided into service improvement aspects according to changes in digital technology of P University library and library environment improvement aspects according to changes in user characteristics. As a result of the study, 'establishment of library space composition strategy', 'establishment of blue ocean strategy', and 'expansion of recruitment and deployment of librarians' were suggested as improvement plans.

This study examines the current status of national & public university archives management, focusing on Busan and Gyeongnam area. Because national public universities create public records, they must compulsorily execute the law, Public Records and Archives Act. However revised Public Records and Archives Act isn't reflected the peculiarity of university archives and the national and public universities are to be transferred to government archive. The records and archives of universities had better be preserved in universities themselves in order to use university member and other users. This paper points out the problem of university archives management and finalizes with some suggestions for national public university archives related to the systematic and efficient archives management.
