It is necessary to develop reliable but simple analytical models to predict the nonlinear response of reinforced concrete wall structures. In this study, experimental results on the cyclic reversed lateral behaviors of reinforced concrete shear wall assemblages are simulated analytically by using the wall, beam, and column models available in the PERFORM 3D program. Through the comparison of experimental and analytical results, the reliability and limitations of the analysis are evaluated. In addition, the information, which could not be obtained experimentally, such as the internal flow of force, the contribution of the flange walls, and the resisting mechanism of the walls with the contribution of the coupling beam, is provided.

This paper is improve security, reliability and user comfort of weakness existing integrated case management system on spring based java framework technology. As a result, part of the user interface to improve performance and can be applied to real world applications.

상수관의 노후화로 인해 상수관망의 안정성 확보와 지속적인 용수공급에 대한 신뢰성을 증대시키는 것이 중요해지고 있다. 용수공급시스템을 구성하는 상수관의 파괴가 빈번하게 발생하며, 관 파괴 시에 수리, 교체를 위해서 관망의 일부분은 차폐가 되어 해당 지역의 용수 수요자는 수리, 교체작업이 끝날 때까지 단수가 불가피하다. 이런 불편함과 손실을 최소화하기 위한 방법을 찾는 것은 상수관망의 유지관리에서 중요한 문제이다. 상수관망의 부분적 격리는 오염물에 의한 상수관망의 오염, 테러로 인한 독극물의 유입 시 물질의 확산 방지, 상수관망을 이루는 각종 구조물의 고장수리 및 유지 보수 작업 등의 상황을 위해 필수적이다. 상수관망의 부분적 격리를 분석하기 위해서는 '고립구역'이라는 개념이 필요하다. 관 파괴시 밸브가 닫히면서 해당 관과 연결된 관들 또한 함께 격리되는 부분을 '고립구역'으로 정의한다. 관이 두 개의 밸브를 양 끝에 가지고 있는 경우와 독립적인 절점 또한 하나의 '고립구역'으로 정의할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 '고립구역'을 실제 상수관망에서 탐색해서 정의할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 뿐만아니라 상수관 파괴 시 복구를 위해 파괴된 관을 포함한 고립구역이 차폐될 경우, 세그먼트내의 관들은 수원지로부터의 물공급에 차질이 생길 수 있다. 특정 관들의 고립구역이 수원지로부터 유일한 용수공급경로일 경우 고립구역의 차폐로 인해 해당 관들의 용수공급도 끊어지게 되는데 이러한 영역을 '비의도적 고립구간'이라 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 '비의도적 고립구간'을 실제 상수관망에서 탐색하여 정의할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제시하였다.

We have investigated the correlation between the active-layer uniformity and reliability of InGaN/GaN blue LEDs. According to initial characteristics, the devices are classified into two groups: group I devices of uniform light-emission and group II devices of non-uniform light-emission. The group II devices are more dependent on temperature and we have found two degradation mechanisms through reliability test. One is bulk degradation in which the degradation occurred over the entire chip and another one is edge degradation in which the degradation occurred from the edge of the chip. Bulk degradation caused by the nonradiative defects is found to be faster in group II devices while there is no difference in the rate of the much faster edge degradation, where darkening starts from the n-Ohmic contact edge. Therefore, more uniform active layer, more uniform current spreading, and the passivation of the dry-etched side-wall are essential for the high reliability of InGaN/GaN LEDs.

Although the effect of menu quality is very important in customer satisfaction and restaurant management, there are so many problems; many restaurants have not gotten out of their existing frames and ideas of customer services and management. Thus, this study chose some family restaurants, O, T, V, B, M in Seoul and Gwangju and examined the relationships of customer satisfaction, trust and revisit intention identified by their menu quality, using statistical data of total 199 copies of questionnaire. First, menu quality turned out to influence customer satisfaction partially. Second, customer satisfaction turned out to influence revisit intention. Third, trust of a customer turned out to influence revisit intention. In this respect, the image from menu quality of family restaurants perceived by customers must have affected customer satisfaction, trust, and revisit intention positively. Thus, it is expected that the study can contribute to working out effective business strategies in family restaurants in future.

Probabilistic risk assessment was conducted on a hybrid cable-stayed bridge consisting of a steel-composite plate girder and a concrete girder with a long span, designed using the working stress design and strength design methods. The component reliabilities of the bridge's cables, pylons, girders, and steel-concrete conjunction were evaluated using the AFOSM(Advanced First Order Second Moment) algorithm and the simulation technique at the critical sections, based on the maximum axial force, shear, and positive and negative moments of the selected sections. For the analysis of system reliability, the hybrid cable-stayed bridge consisting of cables, pylons, and plate girders was modeled into combined failure modes, and for system reliability, the probabilities of failure and reliability index of the structural system were evaluated. Based on the results of this study, the critical failure modes of the hybrid cable-stayed bridge based on the bridge's structural characteristics are suggested, and the efficiency of the partial ETA technique for use in the risk assessment method was confirmed.

This study investigated the effects of perceived organizational justice on innovation resistance among instructors in sport centers and examined the mediating effects of organizational trust on these relationships. Total 274 sport instructors participated in this study. The data were analyzed by structural equation modeling, and the results of this study were as follows: First, distributive justice had a negative effect on psychological resistance, while distributive justice had no significant effect on behavioral resistance. Second, procedural justice had a negative effect on psychological resistance and behavioral resistance. Third, both distributive justice and procedural justice had a positive effect on organizational trust. Fourth, organizational trust had a negative effect on psychological resistance and behavioral resistance. Fifth, organizational trust had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between distributive justice and psychological resistance and a full mediating effect on the relationship between distributive justice and behavioral resistance. Also, organizational trust had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between procedural justice and innovation resistance.

This paper presents a seismic reliability analysis method for an offshore wind turbine with a twisted tripod support structure under earthquake loading. A three dimensional dynamic finite element model is proposed to consider the nonlinearity of the ground-pile interactions and the geometrical characteristics of the twisted tripod support structure where out-of-plane displacement occurs even under in-plane lateral loadings. For the evaluation of seismic reliability, the failure probability was calculated for the maximum horizontal displacement of the pile head, which is calculated from time history analysis using artificial earthquakes for the design return periods. The application of the subset simulation method using the Markov Chain Monte Carlo(MCMC) sampling is proposed for efficient reliability analysis considering the limit state equation evaluation by the nonlinear time history analysis. The proposed method can be applied to the reliability evaluation and design criteria development of the offshore wind turbine with twisted tripod support structure in which two dimensional models and static analysis can not produce accurate results.

This study is purposed to make sure of the Effects of Enterprise Trust on Relation-Continuing Intention and the Mediation Effects of Relation-Continuing Intention in the effects of Enterprise Trust on Customer Citizenship Behavior. Enterprise Trust consists of two elements(Enterprise Sincerity, Enterprise Ability), Customer Citizenship Behavior is made up of two elements(Guest Preference, Guest Cooperation) and Relation-Continuing Intention has one element itself. As a result, two things have been found. First, Enterprise Trust has a partly positive impact on Customer Citizenship Behavior. In details, both of two elements of Enterprise Trust have positive influences on Guest Preference, one element of Customer Citizenship Behavior, on the other hand, Enterprise Sincerity, one element of Enterprise Trust has a positive influence on Guest Preference, one element of Customer Citizenship Behavior but Enterprise Ability, the other element of Enterprise Trust, has no meaningful impact on Guest Preference. Second, Relation-Continuing Intention has a mediating effect between Enterprise Trust and Customer Citizenship Behavior. In details, Relation-Continuing Intention has a partial mediating role between Enterprise Sincerity and Guest Preference, between Enterprise Ability and Guest Preference and between Enterprise Sincerity and Guest Cooperation. However Relation-Continuing Intention has a full mediating role between Enterprise Ability and Guest Cooperation.
