We propose a dynamic time allocation method in cooperative multiplexing with partial relaying system. This method uses a linear programming and considers protocol that is based on relaying of partial information bits followed by cooperative multiplexing. In this protocol, regardless of the location of relay, the allocation time for each transmission time slots are constant. Using a dynamic time allocation method with considering the location of relay, we can find optimal transmission time slots, and show that the system capacity is optimized.

In this paper, a partially blind signature schemes baled on EC-KCDSA is proposed and we applied it to design an electronic check payment system. Because the proposed partially blind signature scheme uses elliptic curve cryptosystem, it has better performance than any existing schems using RSA cryptosystem. When issuing a refund check, one-time pad secret key is used between the bank and the customer to set up secure channel. So the symmetric key management is not required.

This paper presents the operation teclmology and the rerrote rmnitoring system of distribution pole transfonrer. Especially, this system uses cable 1V network as communication m:dia which is located in KEPCO's main distribution line. It has fom major components such as sensor for measuring the secondary voltage and currents of distribution transfonrer, RF modernfor data modulating/de-modulating, connnunication media for sending/receiving of data, and PC server for monitoring the results of sensing or computing information. This paper also describes the configuration of each component'sfunctions with its development process. In addition, the reliability and effectiveness of proposed system was confimed by aoolving this remote monitoring system to Jungbu branch area.h area.

Keyword matching technique which is used in most information retrieval systems is unfit for efficient processing of geometrically increasing information. The problem can be solved by using semantic information and an efficient method of semantic processing is introduced in this paper. The technique uses conceptual graph to represent the semantic information and apply it for information retrieval. The implemented system can perform exact matching and partial matching. Partial matching has two different types. One is syntactic partial matching and the other is semantic partial matching. The semantic semilaries are measured by the subclass relations in the ontology. The introduced technique can be used not only information retrieval but also in various applications such as an implementation of dynamic hyperlinks.

부동산문제등과 관련하여 지적(地籍) 및 용도지역지구 자료의 중요성이 부각되면서, 복잡한 법적 절차를 갖춘 시스템이 구축되고 있다. 그 중 한국토지정보시스템(KLIS)은 각 지자체별 지적 및 도시계획 관련 데이터 구축, 업무시스템 및 건축 인허가등의 민원발급, 부동산 관련 다양한 통계 등을 제공하고 있다. 그러나, 이 시스템이 설치되어 있는 시군구 중 일반구(區)를 포함한 시(市)의 경우는 법적인 편집 권한이 다른 기관에서 공통 데이터베이스의 편집에 따른 데이터 무결성 문제와 네트워크 장애에 따른 업무 지연 등의 업무 연속성 문제를 야기할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 일반구가 포함된 시(市)에서의 지적도편집, 용도지역지구도 편집 등 이종의 기관에서 이루어지는 분산 환경 데이터베이스편집에 따른 동기화의 문제점을 제기하고, 이러한 문제점을 보완할 수 있도록 트랜잭션 단위로 공간 및 속성 데이터의 복제를 담당하는 Replicator를 이용한 분산 데이터베이스 동기화 아키텍처를 제안하고, 동기화부분과 표준화부분, 트랜잭션관리부분으로 구성되어 있는 Replicator의 구성요소를 설계 및 구현하고 Replicator를 이용한 분산 데이터베이스의 변경부분을 미반영 데이터베이스에 반영하는 처리절차와 처리 후 결과를 제시하여, 지적 및 용도지역관련 데이터를 두 개 이상의 기관에서 동시에 편집한 내용이 실시간으로 두 기관의 분산 데이터베이스에 변경 분이 반영되어 모두 동기화 되어 있는 것을 공간데이터 편집기로 확인해 볼 수 있었다.

This paper proposes a Gaussian mixture model(GMM)-based music discrimination system for FM broadcasting. The objective of the system is automatically archiving music signals from audio broadcasting programs that are normally mixed with human voices, music songs, commercial musics, and other sounds. To improve the system performance, make it more robust and to accurately cut the starting/ending-point of the recording, we also added a post-processing module. Experimental results on various input signals of FM radio programs under PC environments show excellent performance of the proposed system. The fixed-point simulation shows the same results under 3MIPS computational power.

전통적인 컴퓨터 시스템은 클라이언트-서버 구조로 클라이언트가 데이터를 요청하면 데이터를 관리하는 서버가 이를 제공한다. 이러한 구조에서 데이터를 요청하는 사용자 수 증가하면 단일 서버(single server)만으로는 모든 사용자의 요청을 처리할 수 없기 때문에 다중 서버로 서비스를 제공하는 방법들이 제안되었다. 다중 서버를 가지는 시스템은 모든 데이터에 대해서 균등한 사용자 요청이 들어오면 최적의 성능을 내지만, VoD(Video On Demand) 서비스와 같이 인기 많은 데이터(hot data)에 대한 요구와 인기 없는 데이터(cold data)에 대한 요구가 현저하게 차이가 나면 인기 많은 데이터를 가지고 있는 서버는 사용자요청을 제대로 처리하지 못하는 반면에 인기 없는 데이터만을 가지는 서버는 시스템 자원을 낭비하는 단점을 가진다. 이 논문은 NS 카드를 장착한 시스템에서 인기 많은 비디오데이터를 QoS와 저장공간의 효율을 위해 부분 컨텐츠 복제 기법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 기존의 전체 컨텐츠를 복제하여 서비스하는 방법과는 달리 컨텐츠의 부분을 복제하고 서비스 시점에서 나머지 부분을 복제함으로써 사용자의 서비스 지연시간이 늘어나지 않으면서 저장공간의 효율성을 높일 수 있다.

갱폼이라 함은 주로 고층 아파트에서와 같이 평면상 상ㆍ하부 동일 단면 구조물에서 외부벽체 거푸집과 거푸집 설치ㆍ해체작업 및 미장ㆍ치장(견출) 작업발판용 케이지(cage)를 일체로 제작하여 사용하는 대형 거푸집을 말한다. 여기서 케이지는 갱폼에서 외부벽체 거푸집 부분을 제외한 부분으로 거푸집 설치ㆍ해체작업, 후속 미장, 치장(견출) 등 작업을 안전하게 수행하는데 필요한 작업발판, 안전난간 등으로 구성되어 갱폼 거푸집에 결합된 부분이며, 상부 케이지는 갱품 케이지의 4단 작업발판 중 거푸집 설치ㆍ해체작업용으로 사용되는 상부 2단 작업발판 구성 부분이고, 하부 케이지는 미장ㆍ치장(견출) 작업용으로 사용되는 하부 2단 작업발판 구성 부분을 말한다.(중략)

부분 은닉서명은 메시지 내용의 일부분만 공개하므로서 익명성과 동시에 공개되는 일부분의 정보를 사용하여 부가적인 기능을 제공할 수 있다. 이러한 부분 은닉서명을 이용하면 전자수표방식과 같은 전자상거래 시스템에서 고객의 익명성을 보호하면서도 공개되는 정보를 금액이나 유효기간으로 사용하여 거스름을 취급할수 있는 방법을 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 전자서명 기법의 표준으로 제정된 KCDSA를 기반으로 하는 부분 은닉서명 기법 및 EC-KCDSA를 기반으로 하는 부분 은닉서명 기법을 제시하므로서 거스름을 사용할 수 있는 효율적인 전자상거래 기법에 적용되어질 수 있도록 하였다.

DBMS에서의 부분철회는 트랜잭션 전체를 철회하지 않고 일부분만을 철회할 수 있는 유용한 기능이 많은 RDBMS에서 지원되고 있다. 그러나, RDBMS와는 달리 OODBMS에서는 객체 버퍼와 페이지 버퍼로 구성되는 이중 버퍼를 유지하므로 페이지 버퍼만을 유지하는 RDBMS에서 사용하던 기존의 부분철회 방식을 그대로 이용할 수 없다. 따라서, 이러한 이중 버퍼 내의 데이터를 효과적으로 부분철회할 수 있는 새로운 회복 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이중 버퍼구조를 사용하는 OODBMS를 위한 네가지 부분철회 방식들을 제안하고 비교한다.
