Exit Burr 판별 알고리즘의 개발 -임의형상 및 다중경로의 해석-

  • 금형가공에서 사용되는 밀링머신의 가공시 공구와 피삭재의 접합면에서는 절삭가공의 잔유물인버(Burr)가 생성되고, 이러한 버는 작업효?ㅘ 정밀도를 감소시키며 후처리과정(Deburring)을 야기시키는 원인이 된다. 그러므로 정밀도와 작업효율을 극대화하기 위해서는 이러한 버의 생성원리를 파악함과 동시에 Exit 버 판별을 하여 최적의 가공조건을 맞추어 주어야 하는데, 이에 밀링가공을 통해 생성되는 버의 형태와 Exit 각 등을 파악, 알고리즘으로 개발하여 좀 더 효율적인 가공조건을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 이제까지 개발된 실제 가공에서 사용되는 임의형상의 데이터를 통해 점, 선, 원 및 원호(Arc)에 이르는 형상을 인식하는 Exit 버 판별시스템을 소개하고자 한다. 아울러 실제 가공과 더욱 유사한 환경을 만들기 위해 단일 경로에서부터 다중경로에 이르는 복합적인 환경 구현은 물론 점과 선으로 이루어진 도형과 원(구멍)형태의 피삭재 환경을 통합, 두 가지 다른 형태의 환경이 복합적으로 존재할 경우의 Data를 인식하고 아울러 다양한 방향성을 가진 선으로 이루어진 형상에 이르기까지의 다양한 피석재 Data를 구현하고, 입력된 절삭조건을 해석하여 임의형상을 가진 다양한피삭재에서의 단일 및 다중 가공 경로 상에서 발생될 버를 해석하고 최소화 및 최적 절삭가공공정을 찾아 작업 효율성을 극대화하는 목적의 해석 알고리즘을 Windows 프로그램으로 구현하고자 한다.

Stability Evaluation of Cut Slope in Forest Roads by Forest Environment Factors (산림환경인자에 의한 임도 절토비탈면의 안정성 평가)

  • The purpose of this study was evaluate to the stability on cut slope of forest roads by forest environmental factors. The total of 19 environmental factors on cut slope of forest roads were investigated in about 42.74km constructed during 1987 to 1993 in Gyeongnam and Jeonnam province. The evaluation of slope stability in forest roads were conducted by the discriment analysis. The main factors influencing the stability of cut slope were significant in order of coverage, soil hardness, degree of slope, altitude, silt loam, convex(凸) and compound(凹凸). The centroids value of discriminant function in the stability and unstability area estimated to -1.194 and 1.127, respectively. The boundary value between two groups related to slope stability was -0.072. The prediction rate of discriminant function for stability evaluation of was as high as 90.4%.

  • 본 논문에서는 미등록어 처리가 강화된 복합명사 분석 기법을 제시한다. 기본적으로 모든 복합명사 내에 한국어나 외래어의 미등록어가 포함되어 있을 수 있다는 가정하에 분석을 시도한다. 따라서 등록어로 구성된 복합명사에 대해서도 미등록어가 포함된 분해 후보가 생성될 수도 있다. 이는 분해 후보의 수를 크게 증가시키는 문제를 일으킨다. 이 문제에 대처하기 위하여 미등록어의 분류에 따라 미등록어로서의 가능성 여부의 판별 및 제거, 분해 후보 상호간의 견제에 의한 제거 등을 이용하였다. 이러한 과정은 정답 후보 선택시에도 영향을 미쳐 정답이 아닌 분해 후보가 선택되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 처리 시간을 줄일 수 있는 이점이 있다. 실험 결과 제시된 기법들이 매우 효과적임을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • In this paper, we present the enhancement results such as availability and accuracy using the GPS L1 and Galileo E1 signal combination. To enhance the acquisition and tracking performance of signal processing in GNSS receiver. several tracking loops with integrator, discriminator, and loop filter module are applied. Also, this paper presents the performance comparison results between prototype receiver equipped with hardware board and software receiver. Also the tracking loop performance of real hardware receiver is verified by comparing with tracking accuracy, sensitivity occurred by the Spirent simulator. Especially, to process the Galileo E1 signal, it is used the a power early late type which is the typical type for DLL discriminator.

  • Sport talent development center have been operating in order to support sports gifted children of the training in the early finding and selecting potential elementary school students for sports. For this purpose, elementary students in grades 2~6 are selected through basal fitness and physique test. However qualitative assessment of the student was not in progress, but depending on current physique and fitness totally sports talented children were selected. Therefore this study was to develop a tool to determine giftedness based on the observation method to assess the athletic potential of gifted children based on Yoon's competition intelligence(2011). For this purpose of study, sub-factors were extracted through expert consultations. Based on the extracted sub-factors, such as training intelligence, learning ability practical intelligence were extracted for practical intelligence, and finally 16 evaluation questions were proposed to evaluate sports talented children. Proposed questions will be helpful for quality evaluation of sports gifted children, as well as using as a method for discovering sports gifted children.

Automatic Defect Detection and Classification Using PCA and QDA in Aircraft Composite Materials (주성분 분석과 이차 판별 분석 기법을 이용한 항공기 복합재료에서의 자동 결함 검출 및 분류)

  • In this paper, we propose a ultra sound inspection technique for automatic defect detection and classification in aircraft composite materials. Using local maximum values of ultra sound wave, we choose peak values for defect detection. Distance data among peak values are used to construct histogram and to determine surface and back-wall echo from the floor of composite materials. C-scan image is then composed through this method. A threshold value is determined by average and variance of the peak values, and defects are detected by the values. PCA(principal component analysis) and QDA(quadratic discriminant analysis) are carried out to classify the types of defects. In PCA, 512 dimensional data are converted into 30 PCs(Principal Components), which is 99% of total variances. Computational cost and misclassification rate are reduced by limiting the number of PCs. A decision boundary equation is obtained by QDA, and defects are classified by the equation. Experimental result shows that our proposed method is able to detect and classify the defects automatically.

  • This study is to define the hemodiafiltration treatment compliance indicators and discriminate standards for hemodiafiltration patients and development of hemodiafiltration treatment compliance measurement-convergent form. Date was collected from 300 on-line hemodiafiltration patients. To verify the hemodiafiltration treatment compliance indicators and discriminate standards, used construct validity and content validity by clinical professional group. Discriminant ability of 3 indicators-interdialysis weight gain rate(IWGR), serum phosphate level, rate of self change of total hemodiafiltration treatment time(SCR-HEFTT)- is 95.6%(wilks ramda=.256, p=.002). And hemodiafiltration treatment compliance measurement-convergent form has 91.7% discriminant accuracy. Hemodiafiltration treatment compliance is important that nurses can aware pre-stage of complication and give appropriate nursing intervention. Also this measurement can be used for foundation data of the nursing intervention development that prevent dialysis patient's complication.

Beta-wave Correlation Analysis Model based on Unsupervised Machine Learning (비지도학습 머신러닝에 기반한 베타파 상관관계 분석모델)

  • The characteristic of the beta wave among the EEG waves corresponds to the stress area of human perception. The over-bandwidth of the stress is extracted by analyzing the beta-wave correlation between the low-bandwidth and high-bandwidth. We present a KMeans clustering analysis model for unsupervised machine learning to construct an analytical model for analyzing and extracting the beta-wave correlation. The proposed model classifies the beta wave region into clusters of similar regions and identifies anomalous waveforms in the corresponding clustering category. The abnormal group of waveform clusters and the normal category leaving region are discriminated from the stress risk group. Using this model, it is possible to discriminate the degree of stress of the cognitive state through the EEG waveform, and it is possible to manage and apply the cognitive state of the individual.

자유곡선을 포함한 다중형상에서의 Exit Burr 판별 프로그램 개발

  • Milling 가공시 공구와 피삭재의 접합명에서는 절삭가공의 잔유물인 burr가 생성되고, 이러한 Burr는 작업효율과 정밀도를 감소시키며 추처리과정 (Deburring)을 야기시키는 원인이 된다. 그러므로 정밀도와 작업효율을 극대화하기 위해서는 이러한 Burr의 생성원리를 파악함과 동시에 Exit Burr의 여부에 대한 판별을 하여 최적의 가공조건을 맞추어 주어야 하는데, 이러한 경우에 지금까지는 점, 선 및 원으로 피삭재의 형상을 재현하여 공구의 경로와의 Exit 각을 통해 결과를 예측하는 연구를 해왔었다. 본 논문에서 추구하고자 하는 핵심은 이러한 피삭재의 형상을 재현하기 위해 지금까지 사용해왔던 요소를 보다 다양화시키는 방안을 제시하여 프로그램의 적용 범위를 넓히려는 것이다. 예컨대 이제까지 실제 가공에서 사용되고 있는 임의형상에 대한 표현 방식 중에서 대다수 CAD 프로그램에서 곡선 및 곡면을 표현하는 경우, B-Spline Curve의 알고리즘은 패삭재의 불규칙적인 곡면을 가장 근사하게 표현하는 최적의 해결책으로 쓰여지고 있다. 그러므로 이러한 알고리즘을 통해 프로그램의 적용예를 넓히는 것은 보다 다양한 조건에서의 Burr생성에 대한 예측을 가능케 해주는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 앞에서 언급한 바와 같이 B-Spline Curve 알고리즘을 개발하고, 프로그램에 적용하는 일련의 과정을 통해 보다 다양한 형상의 피삭재에서 단일 혹은 복합경로의 공구가 지나갈 경우에 생길 수 있는 Burr를 얼마나 효율적으로 판별할 수 있는지를 소개하고자 한다.

A Study on the Handling of 'Compound Particles' in the Teaching of Korean Particle Combination (한국어 조사 결합 교육에서의 복합조사 처리에 대한 고찰)

  • This research examined compound particles, which have not been properly addressed in existing studies on particle combination education, from the perspective of Korean language education as a second language. First, existing research was examined with the understanding of the issue that there is a lack of discussion in existing studies on the education method of either including the compound particle in particle combination or excluding it all together. In the next chapter, an examination was made on the concept and usage of terminology for compound particles in the field of Korean linguistics. Following a summary of this information, a review was made on the list of compound particles established in Korean linguistics. Thus, seven compound particles were identified for Korean language education considering discriminant standard and educational effectiveness from the perspective of Korean language education. The researcher proposes that the compound particle should be taught as an extension of particle combination education and that its concept should be clearly outlined as a direction for future education.
