This study aimed to provide data for planning of a small-sized complex-cultural facility for not only artists but also the common. The main interest of the study was to make them understand spirit related to the culture to each other. The data was collected from 100 artists in various art fields and 100 the common by a questionnaire and a visiting survey. The result of this study indicated that people had a little of chance to share their cultural opinions with others because there were not enough appropriate places even though they wanted it. Besides, they would like to use the place for their communication which consists of a range of their needs such as watching a play, listening to music, spending tea-time, etc.

본 연구의 목적은 현대 빅데이터 시대에서 급격히 발전하고 있는 사회적 배경아래, 현대 디자인 문화가 내포된 건축사상을 바탕으로, 중국의 4개 현대 상업건축 사례에 대한 디자인 문화 표현 특징에 대해 분석을 진행하였다. 현대 상업건축 실내 공간의 문화성은 주로 다섯 가지 측면에서 나타난다. 전통, 지역, 대중, 기술, 생태, 이것을 복합적으로 통합하여, 상업건축의 지속가능성과 다양성을 촉진한다.

Welfare desire has been diversified according to the increase of economic level and rapid social change. The desire for comprehensive service on culture, medical, mental and information level has appeared. Accordingly, it is necessary to establish an integrated community mixed-support facility, a space of accepting administration, welfare, leisure, culture and informatization request in a small local community in the future. The community mixed-support facility is a meeting place of local resident for information change, various basic service and ultimately for activation of community in order to contribute to regeneration and activation of existing urban core. Thus, this study figured out general status of community mixed-support facility and physical mixed type and analyzed spatial characteristics. Current community mixed-support facility has insufficient program and space to participate in by local residents and to accommodate mixed function. The future planned community mixed-support facility must secure multiple opportunities for various types of life by returning time and cost to user through the introduction of creative mixed concept. While reflecting unique local characteristics, and considering diversity of users, it needs to make mixed facility to cope with social changes. This study is limited in that the study reached a conclusion by survey and analysis only. However, it is expected that the result can be used as basic research data for the planning of community mixed-support facility to cope with living conditions of local residents or realistic requirements.

This study aimed to investigate the interactive effects of individual's cultural disposition (individualism, collectivism, horizontal disposition and vertical disposition) and cognitive style (analytic vs. holistic thinking) combination on differences in global precedence. For this purpose, the participants were divided into 4 different cultural disposition groups based on Singelis et al.'s(1995) INDCOL scale, and 2 cognitive style groups based on Choi et al.'s(2007) AHS, and required to respond selectively to global or local property of two types of compound stimuli (compound figure and compound letter). Reaction time and error rates for both global or local property were analyzed and compared as the dependent measurement. The results can be summarized as followings. First, faster responses were observed in compound figure condition than in compound letter condition, and to global property than to local property. Second, contrasting to individualism-cognitive style or horizontal disposition-cognitive style combinations, significant interaction effects both between collectivism and cognitive style, and between vertical disposition and cognitive style on global/local processing were found. This result indicated that combinations of collectivism-holistic thinking and vertical disposition-holistic thinking can induced larger global precedence effect than other combinations of cultural disposition and cognitive style.

21C, Multiplex Cinema Theater is made from movie industry developed and become a place where we can spend our free time and consuming. But, theater users, who are many and unspecified persons, are short of information on the Multiplex Cinema Theater, so that they may be injured or killed at the occurrence of fire accident. Particularly, Multiplex Cinema Theater is a place that underground space or top floor in highrise building had many people in theaters. However, this problem is difficult to solve that to protect human being and properties at the occurrence of fire accident in the Multiplex Cinema Theater, In order to overcome such problems, Multiplex Cinema Theater need fire protection solutions facilities concerning particulars to pay attention to the safety on a fire and evacuation. This study analysed Multiplex Cinema Theater concept and computer simulation for risk point.

We collected rat feces by group period after oral administration of fructooligosaccharides and fruit and vegetable complex extracts for 2 weeks in the Sprague-Dawley rat model of loperamide-induced constipation and analyzed trends in changes in the intestinal microbiome. Microbial composition analysis was performed on Fractoologosaccharide and fruit and vegetable complex extracs(FVCE), by 16S rDNA cloning and pyrosequencing to obtain basic data for the standardization and systematization of the FVCE manufacturing process. Microbial analysis of the prokaryotic community revealed a slight difference in microbial verrucomicrobiota was dominant at the phylum level. At the genus level, prevotella and muribaculaceae showed further differences at the species level. These results suggest that the microbial community used affects the quality of fruit and vegetable complex extracs(FVCE) produced. Thus, a stable microbial community must be maintained for the production of fruit and vegetable complex extracs(FVCE) with consistent quality.

As a food ingredient, the extract has been proven of its antioxidant properties and safe to be consumed. It's increased antioxidant activity was evaluated by comparing its activity to the complex extract of fruits and vegetables, which is known to exhibit both antioxidant and physiological activities. In this experiment, after pre-heat treatment process, the increased antioxidant extract showed 41% of DPPH radical scavenging activity. The remarkable antioxidant activity of the produced extract will become useful in creating cosmetic or health products.
