In the course of the 20th century, a separation of industrial and residential areas issued several urban problems due to the industrialization, also new industry growth needed mixed-use industrial park. Also, necessity to make up sustainable industrial complex is emphasized. This paper attempts to make a conceptual understanding on mixed-use industrial park through the theoretical background, and chose planning elements through precedent studies and expert FGI. The analysis framework drawn from precedent studies and theories, implications were drawn from domestic and foreign case studies's actual conditions and comparison. With these Contents, there is meaning of study that projected sustainable mixed-used industrial park's plan direction to be formed in domestic hereafter.

The purpose of the study is to find out a development direction of planning element for smart green multi complexes through suggestion and evaluation focused on carbon mitigation and adaptation. For the research, the concept and characteristics are reviewed as a theoretical study and planning elements are surveyed based on the former research regarding low carbon green growth. The effects of individual planning elements are evaluated focused on its impact, easiness, cost and the development directions based on priority of planning element for smart green multi complexes are suggested. This study will provide the basic frame for the practical ways of the multi complex construction and the systematic formulations of its operation and management focused on smart green.

현대인들은 바쁘다. 그래서 가족과 함께 외식을 하거나 쇼핑, 헬스, 영화, 공연관람, 예식장, 호텔 등에서의 용무를 한 공간에서 해결 가능한 원스톱 라이프를 갈망하게 된다. 이렇게 바쁜 현대인의 라이프 스타일에 착안, '아빠의 하루'라는 컨셉트를 기획하여 대박 난 복합단지가 있다. 고려개발이 시행한 경남 김해시 부원역사 근처에 3만여$m^2$의 대지, 연면적 20만여$m^2$ 규모의 아이스퀘어 복합단지이다. 이러한 컨셉트가 맞아 떨어져 부원역 푸르지오 915세대 아파트는 지난 2011년 11월부터 분양이 시작되자 25:1의 최고 경쟁률을 기록하며 100% 분양되었다. 침체된 김해지역 부동산 시장에 활력을 불어넣음과 동시에 경남지역 최초의 역세권 개발사업을 성공으로 이끈 신호탄이 된 셈이다.

Over the past years, complex project which has the object to accomplish housing complex, commercial complex etc, recently is changing to multi-complex projects because of development in IT sector. Improvement in the quality of life, life pattern has been and is being changed, these modernized and improved version of life brings the concept of U-city. Department of urban planning and engineering, civil engineering and architecture engineering in every university educate students according to the changing world in order to handle these complex projects in real world. In most cases department of urban planning and engineering teach project planning and department of civil and architecture engineering teach project design and construction. In most of the projects planning followed by design and construction need to be accomplished, but current observation in the present curriculum shows that it is difficult to expect the continuity. The present curriculum of civil engineering has to change as complex projects deal with various different structures during the design and construction phase of these projects. This study examined curriculums from the department of urban and civil engineering related to structural design and construction and survey importance of design works which overlap urban and civil engineering targeted on design engineers. After understanding design works and results obtained from survey we propose for an advanced efficiency method.

It is necessary to develop a new location model to support the application of smart technology and confluence in the 4th industrial revolution era. In this study, we propose 'network-type industrial complex' as a method to link several industrial integrated spaces which are dispersed in an area. As a result of conducting a survey of companies in order to develop a new location model, about 89% of companies recognized the necessity of network-type industrial complex. As a condition for activation of the industrial complex, 'complementary function formation', and 'convenience of nodular transportation' were selected. It is expected that it will be possible to supply low-cost, high-efficiency industrial complexes through opening and linking with urban space and infrastructure sharing.

High-rise residential complex type is getting important as new town development and urban regeneration in the downtown area. However, literature review of high-rise residential complex and research on satisfaction analysis of real residents are lack. Therefore, this paper is analyzing environmental friendly planning elements of high-rise building as housing subdivision, inside of building, facility, and maintenance by a survey on experts. The purpose of this paper is to suggest improvement method of environmental-friendly planning elements of high-rise residential complex by M-IPA. First, as a result, the part of housing subdivision has to keep complex land utilization, environmental-friendly transportation. Second, the part of inside of building shows that ecological housing subdivision, indoor air environment urgent and indoor temperature environment keeps maintaining. Finally, the part of facility/maintenance shows that material and facility, and index of energy management are urgently needed.

최근 경제의 발전과 근무형태의 변화로 인한 여가활동이 점차 증가함에 따라 해안지역에 관광인프라 건설이 늘어나는 추세이다. 본 연구는 동해안 지역의 국제적 성장 가능성과 지역의 자원 개발 잠재력을 토대로 한 광역관광권 개발사업의 일환으로 제안된 울산과 포항사이의 양포항에 복합해양관광휴양단지 구상안에 대한 주변수역의 변화양상을 파악하고자 하였다. 이에 신뢰성 있는 수치도형 구현을 위해 3차원 수치모델을 구축하고 이를 바탕으로 해양관광휴양단지 조성시 발생하는 파동 및 유동장의 변화, 표사 및 해저지형 등의 해양환경변화를 예측하여 구상단계에서 기초자료로 활용하고자 하였다.

정부는 6월 1일 화성 동탄면 일대 660만 평을 분당급 신도시로 개발한다고 발표했다. 10만 5000가구에 26만 명을 수용할 계획이다. 구릉 많은 동쪽 지역은 타운하우스.고급단독.연립주택 단지가 들어설 예정이고, 평지 많은 서쪽 지역은 고층 아파트와 주상복합이 들어설 것으로 보인다. 신도시의 향후 개발계획을 집중 조명한다.

This study is purposed to setting up collective building for the provincial culture. And this cultural complex will be constructed facilities for geochang-gun residence's need and traditional culture. It is carried out those as follows;(l) it is, first of all, examined architectural factors concerned about an opinion of residence's and demand of geochang-gun; (2) it is, secondly, established location of plot that it is analyzed an alternative proposal considering it's merits and faults;(3) it is, finally, suggested facilities of It's The result of study, A development planning of geochang-gun cultural complex is suggested that it is induced to 'cultural institute', 'traditional succession hall' and 'traditional art center'. It is, Ultimately, focused development of geochang-gun cultural inheritance considering harmony of the new and the old.
