This paper present the application and Structural Behavior of Ultra-High Strength Concrete on Samsung Sin Dae-Bang Housing-Commercial Combined building with 28 story including 8 story basement in seoul. 70 MPa compressive strength has been placed for all 8 basement shear wall. 42 MPa design strength concrete was used for other basement and frame up to 10th floor which us used for commercial purposes

현대인들은 하루 중 80∼90％ 이상의 많은 시간을 실내에서 생활하고 있어 실내에서의 발생되는 오염물질에 대한 특성파악은 무엇보다도 중요하다. 실내오염물질의 종류와 발생원은 매우 다양하며, 최근에는 산업발달과 더불어 수 많은 종류의 새로운 복합화합물질들이 발생되고 있다. 신축건물에 사용되는 건축자재는 휘발성유기화합물(VOCs)과 포름알데히드(HCHO)등의 다양한 유해화학물질들을 방출하고 실내공기질을 악화시키는 것으로 조사되고 있다. (중략)

교대역 1번 출구로 나와 5분가량 걷다 보면 큰 주상복합건물이 있다. 지하 1층에 자리를 잡고 있어 눈에 띄지는 않지만, 기존의 치킨시장에 강정과 치킨을 조합한 새로운 메뉴로 새 바람을 일으키고 있다. 닭강정이란 음식은 닭을 조각내 밑간을 하고 녹말가루를 입혀 튀긴 뒤 매콤하고 달콤한 소스로 버무려낸다. 양념치킨과 비슷하다고도 하고, 중국요리 깐풍기랑 닮았다는 이들도 있다. 아이들 간식으로, 또 어른들 요깃거리로 인기가 좋다. 건강과 맛 그리고 양 모든 것을 만족할 수 있는 닭강정을 알아보자.

Recently SAMWOO EMC received order and built interior walls which was used the day process in several high-rise compound buildings. On the way to build, this process was brought about several matter according to the progress and qualify control. So, this study is the improving way of the dry process from experiences on those constructions

항공장애표시등은 항공기 운항에 위험을 초래할 수 있는 건물이나 구조물의 존재를 조종사에게 알리는 데 사용되는 등화이다. 본 논문은 조종사가 야간투시경(NVG)을 착용한 경우에도 식별이 가능한 적외선 LED 항공장애표시등의 개발 현황에 대해 연구하고자 한다.

The architectural difference between the existing residence and high-rise residential building causes changes on environmental conditions such as ventilation and insulation. The object of this study is to present the improvement on envelop of high-rise residential buildings to reduce heating and cooling load. To improve the environmental performance of envelop, it is necessary to modify envelop vent system and ensure intermediate space. In this study, the shape of vents in high-rise residential buildings has been inspected, and the survey about the interior environmental conditions related to the envelop of high-rise residential building has been conducted. Environmental measurement has been done to examine out door air quality for natural ventilation.

타워팰리스 3차 현장은 국내에서 현존하는 건축물로서 가장 높은 63빌딩보다 약 30m 정도 더 높은 초고층 주상 복합건물이다. 초고층 건축현장에는 일반현장과는 다른 시공기술과 기법이 적용되는 바, 당 현장에는 기존의 타워팰리스 1차와 2차에 적용되었던 초고층 시공기술을 기반으로 좀 더 발전된 시공기술과 공정관리기법을 적용하여 선진국에 버금가는 속도로 공사가 추진되고 있다. 당 현장에 적용된 여러 시공기술 중에서 콘크리트와 관련된 주요 기술은 1) Mat 기초에 적용된 무다짐(또는 고유동화)콘크리트, 2) Mat 기초에 적용된 Closed Pipe Cooling System, 3) Core ACS Form에 적용된 고강도 콘크리트, 4) 기둥에 적용한 800 kg/$m^2$ 초고강도 콘크리트, 5) 스포츠동 기둥에 적용될 CFT용 고유동화 콘크리트, 6) 주차램프 바닥의 조면처리용 섬유보강콘크리트 등이다.
