본 논문에서는 Reified 트리플 추출을 위한 한국어 개방형 정보추출 방법을 제시한다. 시맨틱웹 분야에서 지식은 흔히 RDF 트리플 형태로 표현되지만, 자연언어문장은 복수개의 서술어와 논항간의 관계로 구성되어 있다. 이러한 이유로, 시맨틱웹의 대표적인 지식표현법인 트리플을 따름과 동시에 문장의 의존구조를 반영하여 복수개의 술어와 논항간의 관계를 지식화하는 새로운 개방형 정보추출 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 문장 구조에 대한 일관성있는 변환을 고려한 새로운 개방형 정보추출 방법을 제안하며, 개체 중심의 지식과 사건중심의 지식을 함께 표현할 수 있는 Reified 트리플 추출방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법의 우수성과 실효성을 입증하기 위해 한국어 위키피디아 알찬글 본문을 대상으로 추출된 지식의 양과 정확도 측정 실험을 수행하였고, 본 논문에서 제안한 방식을 응용한 의사 SPARQL 질의 생성 모듈에 대해 소개한다.

This study provides the syntactic analysis for the agreement attraction by proposing three types of syntactic subject-verb agreement. Because subject-verb number agreement codifies the link between a predicate and its subject, it must be the purely syntactic processes of the head-to-head agreement or the feature percolation, where relevant agreement features percolate upward or downward through the hierarchical syntactic structure. The agreement errors are not affected by linear proximity or minimal interference, but instead are affected by the hierarchical relationship between an agreement target and a local attractor. The data in this paper includes the complex noun phrases with a modifier PP or a relative clause CP. Here, the [+PL] feature is suggested to be a local attractor for subject-verb agreement errors as a strong feature. Therefore, speakers tend to erroneously produce plural agreement for a singular subject in a main clause due to a plural NP in a modifier PP or plural agreement for a singular subject in a relative clause due to plural main subject.

In order to examine geomorphic characteristics such as form and retreat process of waterfalls in Jeju Island, 26 waterfalls were classified based upon materials forming a fall face. The waterfalls could be categorized into three types such as single unit, multiple units and basal soft-rock based upon the number and type of a lava flow. A block fall, composed of a pile of large blocks, could be added to the typology of waterfalls in Jeju Island. While the single unit fall is distributed in a region of trachyte or trachyandecite, the multiple units fall and basal soft-rock fall are largely developed in a region of basalt or trachybasalt. A retreat process of the single unit fall is an inclination or a replacement, but the basal soft-rock fall shows a parallel retreat. The multiple units fall exhibits three types of a retreat process according to the physical properties of a lava flow. The fall face is generally vertical due to well-developed vertical joints of a lava flow.

An extremely small size multi-loop phase-locked loop(PLL) keeping phase noise performances has been proposed. It has been designed to have the loop filter made of small single capacitor with multiple Frequency Voltage Converters (FVCs) because the main goal is to make the size of the proposed PLL extremely small. Multiple FVCs which are connected to voltage controlled oscillator(VCO) make multiple negative feedback loops in PLL. Those multiple negative feedback loops enable the PLL with the loop filter made of an extremely small size single capacitor operate stably. It has been designed with a 1.8V $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS process. The simulation results show that the proposed PLL has the 1.6ps jitter and $10{\mu}s$ locking time.

The simultaneous operation of multiple UAV's makes it possible for us to raise the mission accomplishment and cost efficiency. For this we need an easily scalable control algorithm, and swarm intelligence having the characteristics such as flexibility, robustness, decentralized control and self-organization comes into the spotlight as a practical substitute. In this paper the features of swarm intelligence are described, and various research results are introduced which show that the application of swarm intelligence to the control of multiple UAV's enables the missions of surveillance, path planning, target tracking and attack to be accomplished efficiently by simulations and tests.

This paper proposed a new transponder detection method to reduce tag recognition time and simplify anti-collision process in RFID systems. In conventional systems, a transponder in detectable area is passively recognized by responding to a reader command. In addition, if there are multiple tags in the area, a collision between tags occurs by responding at the same time to a command and anti-collision process begins. In the proposed method, tags are actively recognized without any command from a reader which results to reducing a tag recognition time and simplifying anti-collision process. To compare transponder recognition time, the process of transponder recognition in conventional systems is analysed. A circuit to detect transponder directly is developed and antenna voltage variation of a reader in the appearance of multiple transponders is analysed for the implementation of the proposed method.

본 논문은 디지털방송 환경에서 시청자가 적극적으로 스토리 전개에 개입하여 스토리라인을 바꿀 수 있는 복수의 스토리라인(multi-storyline)을 가지는 인터랙티브 프로그램의 구현을 목적으로 한다. 시청자는 방송을 시청하는 도중 리모콘으로 방송의 스토리전개를 선택할 수 있으며 이는 기존 아날로그방송에서는 불가능한 새로운 유형의 연동형 데이터방송 프로그램(enhanced service)이다. 이는 국내 디지털 위성방송 표준인 DVB-MHP방식으로 세계 최초로 구현한 것으로 이를 응용해 A/V방송제작자와 데이터방송 애플리케이션(application)제작자는 보다 다양한 연동형 데이터방송 프로그램을 기획, 제작할 수 있고 시청자는 기존의 방송에서 보지 못했던 새로운 시각적, 적극적인 시청 경험을 하게 된다.
