This paper analyzes the effect of the energy saving and evaluates the economics using High Efficiency lighting. About 18 percent (17,000GWh) of total power demands in Korea m consumed i]l the lighting field. There isa lot of energy potential that can be saved because the power demand isolwer relatively than the others parts. The existing lighting that its length and electric energy are 32[mm] and 40[w] can alternate with high efficiency lighting which its length and electric energy are 26[mm] and 32[w]. Two Lightings is measuring the illumination and the electric energy and then are analyzed into the effect of the lighting saving by measurement.

In this paper, we propose a RFID metal tag antenna with a minimum by size of a metal surface to attach. This proposed tag antenna is a patch antenna which is able to stick on metal surface and designed for very slim structure ($119{\times}30{\times}1.6$ mm) antenna that is matched to a chip impedance. This has a loop coupling feeding and consists of a inner radiator and a outer radiator. The outer radiator activates the current to concentrate on the inner radiator regardless of metal size to attach. Also the tag antenna is designed by CST microwave tool and the performance is measured in the anechoic chamber. The optimum antenna has 3.77 % of the matching bandwidth($S_{11}<-10$ dB). The readable range of the tag antenna is about 2.9 m on metal(max. size $700{\times}700$ mm) and 5.5 m in free space according to the measurement results.

In this paper, we have proposed a printed monopole antenna using parasitic elements. The broadband characteristics of the antenna is obtained by using the printed monopole and parasitic elements. To confirm the broadband characteristics of the antenna, of have designed and fabricated the proposed antenna. The return loss and radiation patterns are measured in the frequency range of$0.8{\sim}1.2\;GHz$. The measured results show that the proposed antenna has return loss less than -10 dB in the operating frequency band and the radiation pattern is the dipole-like patterns. The antenna gain varies from 1.7 to 4.6 dBi in the operating frequency band. Thus, the proposed antenna can be used for the broadband repeater antenna $0.806{\sim}0.960\;GHz$(TRS-800, CDMA and GSM-900).

This study prepared 5 retroreflective fabrics of glass beads and colors of silver, gold and purple in order to characterize morphologies, luminance and illuminance properties. Retroreflective fabrics were prepared according to division and area by Samp.1 (Division 2, area $80cm^2$), Samp.2 (Division 2, area $60cm^2$), Samp.3(Division 3, area $60cm^2$), Samp.4 (Division 5, area $50cm^2$), and Samp.5 (Division 1, area $100cm^2$). The results of the morphologies indicate that the back side of retroreflective fabrics was the 3M-Sv, RF-Sv. The RF-Gd of the fabrics were woven fabrics and the SRF-Sv, SRF-Pp was knitting. The largest glass bead size was 3M-Sv and the smallest was SRF-Pp. RF-Sv was the thinnest and SRF-Sv, SRF-Pp were the thickest. The results of luminance properties indicated a tendency to decrease slightly as the number of divisions and area increased, except for Samp.2 to Samp.3. The result of illuminance properties tend to increase as the number of LED becomes greater than the number of divisions in the same area; in addition, the higher the luminance as a whole increases. The results show that it is preferable to use a silver-colored RF-Sv which has the highest luminance and physical properties when a retroreflective fabric is applied to clothes.

The structures of dehydrated fully Ca2+ _exchanged zeolite A (a: 12.2a3(2) A and of its iodine sorption complex (a=12.258(2) A) have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods in the cubic space group. Pm3m at 21(1)℃.the structures were refined to final R(weighted) indices of 0.081 with 206 reflections and 0.084 with 173 reflections, respectively for which I>3 w (I). In each structure. six divalent cations are located on three different theefold axes associated with 6-ring oxygens. Dehydrated Ca2+_A sorbs ca. 6.0 diiodine molecules per unit cell at 80℃(vapor pressure of I: is ca. 14.3 Torr). Each iodine molecule makes a close approach. along its ahs to framework oxygen atom with I-I distance of 2.71(2) A, I-O distance of 3.32(3) k. and I-I-0=180℃. The result indicates that diiodine molecule forms charge transfer complex with framework oxygen.

Currently used iris cameras are expensive and have many limitations in their use. Existing iris cameras are inconvenient in interworking with newly developed software, and light reflections generated during iris photography are inadequate for medical use. Therefore, it is impossible to utilize the existing camera to take an image by yourself. In this paper, the iris camera is newly constructed so that the iris can be photographed by ourselves and the area of interest can be seen well. Anyone can easily wear glasses-type iris cameras to acquire images using IoT devices, and the acquired images are linked to the iris analysis program and used to read genetic weak parts. The proposed iris camera module automatically provides light reflection, shake, and accurate focus when capturing images, increasing the accuracy of image analysis to 91.49%. In addition, we have proved through experiments that one image processing time is fast as 0.007ms due to accurate image input.

For this study, we developed clothing in which textile materials that were excellent weather control function for the cold environment and we performed the human subject test with developed clothing to determine the thermal comfort. We used 2 clothing samples developed (A and B, hollow yarn+moisture absorption/quick drying yarn, 3 layers, high stretchable, heat reflection film and lamination treated) and a control sample (Ctrl.) for the human subject test and 8 adult males were used as a human subjects and environmental conditions of chamber were $0{\pm}1^{\circ}C$. $50{\pm}5%RH$, 0.3m/sec. The results were as follows: The average skin temperature and hand, thigh temperature of B were higher than B and Ctrl. (p<.05). The micro-climates of B were near to thermal comfort range which is $32{\pm}1^{\circ}C$ and $50{\pm}10%\;RH$. The chest temperature of B was significantly higher than others (p<.05). The relative humidity of B was lower than others and kept stable rather than others. The thermal sensation of B was near the "neutral" and was significantly different from Ctrl. (p<.01) and the weight loss of B was lower than Ctrl. (p<.05). The counting task and hand temperature was positively related and the counting task value of B and A is bigger than Ctrl. and that of A was bigger than Ctrl. (p<.05).

It is important to compare and analyze digital camouflage from different countries to promote the continuous development of a camouflage combat uniform. This effort should lead to developing a camouflage pattern suitable for the domestic environment and expand its performance of night camouflage. This study investigates digital camouflage by comparing camouflage fabrics sampled from Korea and eight other countries (USA, UK, Singapore, Croatia, Colombia, and Mongolia) in terms of textile, near-infrared reflectivity of colors, and color distribution. First, the fabric construction of camouflage from Korea, UK, US, Singapore, Span, and Croatia were all characterized by derivative plain weaves, while derivative twill weaves were generally used in Croatia and Mongolia. It is assumed that derivative plain weaves are adopted to improve the tearing strength of fine yarns. However, twill weaves enhance the flexibility of coarse yarn fabrics. Next, reflectivity change was analyzed based on camouflage color. The reflectivity of a combat uniform in Korea, Colombia, Croatia, and UK increased before 780nm in the visible light range, but remained consistent from 800nm which falls under the near-infrared range. In contrast, camouflage samples in Mongolia, Span, Singapore and USA showed a gradual increase of reflectivity in the near-infrared range. Finally, the color distribution analysis of digital camouflage found that camouflage of countries with desert or woodland combat settings dominantly contained brown colors. It indicates the color pattern consideration of different geographic regions is important to determine camouflage performance. This research involves basic study that will have implications for developing patterns and colors suitable for the South Korean environment and expand its use as night camouflage that helps achieve continuous improved camouflage performance.
