The purpose of this study is to examine the Influence of burden of care for families of the mentally disabled on the quality of life and the moderating effect of family resilience and social support. This study carried out a survey of 102 families of the mentally disabled registered in the mental health centers and social rehabilitation facilities in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon areas. As a result, first, the burden of caring for families of the mentally disabled has a negative impact on the quality of life. Second, family resilience has a moderating effect on the relationship between the burden of care and the quality of life of families of the mentally disabled. The subscales of family resilience were all buffered. Finally, social support has proved to be moderating in the relationship between the burden of care and the quality of life. Based on the results of this study, it was suggested that the need for providing information for improving the resilience of the family is needed, and the institutional support to mitigate the economic burden of the mental disabled family's social support network is needed.

환경개선용수 공급을 위한 비용부담원칙은 수익자부담원칙, 오염자부담원칙 및 공공부담이 있다. 수익자부담원칙이란 공공재 혹은 공공서비스의 공급을 그 재화나 서비스로부터 혜택을 받는 주체가 부담해야 한다는 원칙이다. 수익자 부담원칙은 수익자가 아닌 자를 비용부담으로부터 제외한다는 것을 내포한다. 원인자부담원칙이란 공공사업이 필요하게 되는 원인을 제공한 자가 그 재화와 서비스의 비용을 부담해야 한다는 원칙이다. 원인자부담 원칙이 적용되는 상황은, 원인자가 특정행위나 활동을 통해 다른 경제주체에 피해를 주고 이 피해가 공공사업에 의해 상쇄될 때이다. 수자원의 개발과 이용에서 상 하류의 복수 지자체들이 서로 긴밀하게 연계되어있는 광역수계의 경우에는 환경개선용수 확보비용의 부담과 관련하여 수익자 부담원칙이나 원인자 부담원칙이 별개로 적용되기 어려운 점이 많이 있다. 환경개선용수에 대한 공공부담의 경우 공익적 측면이 강하다는 점을 전제로 한다. 국가전체적인 차원에서 환경개선용수를 사용하는 경우나 하천생태계 보호나 하천수질개선을 위해 환경개선용수를 사용하는 경우;사회적으로 필요한 환경재인 환경개선용수를 국가에서 비용을 부담하여 공급하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구는 환경개선용수 공급에 있어 적용할 수 있는 비용부담원칙을 제시하였다.

농협을 통해 공급되는 벼농사용 및 원예용 농약공급값이 확정됐다. 확정된 농약값은 지난해 보다 최저 10$\%$에서 최고 19.2$\%$까지 평균 16.5$\%$가 오른 것으로 농약업계는 그동안 환율인상(20$\%$이상) 및 수입원제값이 올라 평균 25$\%$ 인상을 건의해 왔으나 농민들의 부담가중을 감안, 이 같이 결정했다. 이번에 확정된 품목별 농약값은 다음과 같다.

The main premise of this study is that a successful treatment and rehabilitation of the mentally ill depends on an active. coping of their family members, who are the primary care-takers of the patients, even if families are confronting many difficulties because of caring their patients. Accordingly, this study aims to find out which factors are related to families active coping with the mentally ill. This study is conducted the survey with 191 family members of the mentally ills in order to discover: 1) what kinds of relations do exist between sociodemographic factors of the respondents, care-burden toward the mentally ill, and social supports, and the active coping, and 2) in what extent do these related factors affect on the active coping. The major findings of the study are: 1) gender and educational background of the respondents are positively related to the active coping; 2) regarding care-burden felt by the respondents, there is statistically significant positive relationship between - the respondents' burden due to a lack of social and institutional support and their active coping; 3) considering the relationship with social support, there is highly positive relationship between decision. emotional. material supports and the active coping; 4) using a multiple regression, respondents' sociodemographic background, care-burden, social support affect significantly on the active coping by 26.2% of explanatory power; and 5) using a step-wise multiple regression, the most powerful influenced factors on active coping are emotional support, burden due to a lack of social and institutional support, and educational background of the respondents. In conclusion, this study recommends clinicians to use an educational and support model for the families. All these efforts will contribute to enhance active coping of the families with the mentally ill.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of caregiving burden on the caregiver's interpersonal problem. In addition, mediating effect of family support was examined. In order to accomplish these purposes, a total of 341 sons and daughters in law who are caregivers of dementia elderly using self-report questionnaires. The analysis result of dementia elderly caregiver's symptoms showed that prevalence of caregiving burden were 50.9% and interpersonal problem were 43.6%. As a result, it was confirmed that the caregiving burden had a statistically significant effect on interpersonal problem. Also, Family support was found to moderate the relationship between caregiving burden and interpersonal problem(p< .05). Based on this result, I suggested the various policies and the necessity of social welfare intervention for caregivers of dementia elderly.

대부분의 사업자들은 사업장에 세무조사를 나온다고 하면 얼른 불안한 마음이 들기 마련이다. 평소 성실하게 신고해왔고 달리 잘못한 것이 없음에도 세무조사라는 단어 자체가 일반적으로 듣는 이로 하여금 불안한 마음을 갖게 하며 심적 부담을 주는 것 같다. 그러나 국세청은 세무조사에 대한 납세자의 부담을 덜어주고자 노력하고 있다.

To perform the certificate validation processing on the user-side application induces the very considerable overhead because of the complex and time-consuming characteristic of the validation processing. Especially, the verification for digital signature over a certificate can be the major reason of the overhead, since the verification accompanies with the cryptographic calculation over each certificate on the certificate path. In this paper, we propose a new certificate validation scheme can reduce the overhead caused by user-side certificate validation processing and improve the utilization of CAs. As the result, our proposed scheme can not only reduces the overhead for the validation processing by decreasing the cryptographic calculation but also improves the utilization of CAs by employing them to the validation processing.

The present study is to identify personal factors of defecting North Korean residents that obstruct their settlement in South Korean communities. It will provide information about what perception, attitude and behaviors of defecting North Korean residents should be changed and what social skills should be improved in order to successfully adjust to South Korea. Personal obstacles were measured by police officers who are providing special protection for defecting North Korean residents, who are in a good position to observe behaviors of defecting North Korean residents because they are spending a great deal of time with them. They can even identify the personal obstacles not perceived by defecting North Korean residents themselves. Twenty-item scale was developed to measure the personal obstacles and was found to comprise 4 obstructing factors: self-supporting ability related factor, life style related factor, social and cultural adaptation related factor, and attitude toward police officer's support related factor. Among them, self-supporting ability related factor had the highest negative score. The study further revealed that self-support ability and life style related factors had a significant effect on the job burden of police officers. The findings suggested the necessity of ethical and moral education for the defecting North Korean residents.
