In recent years, according to the increasing of information security compliance, information security management system's requirements is not a matter of choice but an essential problem. In this respect, this research have an invention to survey what it will affect employees in compliance with the privacy policy antecedents and how to apply this information for the future, and to suggest ways to improve the employees' information security policy compliance intentions. In this paper, To investigate the factors affecting the degree of information security policy compliance using the structural equation of least squares (PLS Partial Least Square) in the confumatory level (confirmatory), the factor analysis of the primary factor analysis and secondary last. The results is that almost of influencing factors affect to the compliance with information security policies directly, but not affect self-efficacy.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of Korean child welfare facilities using the DEA analysis method and to present policies. The input variables for the analysis of this data were the number of employees, the number of facilities, and the number of gardens, and the output variables were the current sources. The results of the study are as follows. As a result of CCR analysis, inefficient facilities were found to be temporary protection facilities and comprehensive facilities. As a result of BCC analysis, inefficient facilities were identified as temporary protection facilities. As a result of SE analysis, inefficient facilities were found to be temporary protection facilities. The suggestion is as follows. First, adjustment of the capacity of temporary protection facilities is required. Second, it is necessary to strengthen the professionalism of workers in child welfare facilities. Third, strengthen the expertise of the child welfare facility manager.

South Korea's socioeconomic status is high enough to support services for the protection of crime victims. Until now, the Ministry of Justice was the only institution to protect and support the victims, but recently the national police is included. This is considered preferable, since the police is the one to contact the victims first- they can provide immediate support after the incident. Several limits in current laws and crime protection system exist. Therefore, given the importance of protecting victims, model of public-private joint forms should be considered. In premise of establishing a new relationship between the public-private joint system of justice and the maintenance, the range of police's involvement with crime supports will be determined. In the case of developed countries, the police and private organizations maintain close cooperation, appearing as substantial care and support for crime victims. Therefore this study reviews the problems in crime victim protection, assistance from the police stage, and suggest the improvements as follows. The first is to redefine the role of the police who first contacted in the crime victims protection support, the second is to establish a permanent cooperation framework, such as victims specialized police, victims protection agency, the third is to develop services for victim protection available from the police stage, and the fourth, opening Victim Support Center functioning as a temporary accommodation or safety zone for the personal protection of victims. The fifth is to regularize solution conference for victims' protection, and the sixth is to divide of roles in state organization government in charge of victim's protection and local government responsible for victim's support.

변압기 1차측에는 과부화 보호를 위한 고압 컷 아웃이 사용되고 여기에 텐션형 퓨즈가 장착되어 있다. 고압 컷 아웃은 전류개폐능력 관계로 300kVA 이하인 변압기에 사용된다. 변압기 운전중은 고압 컷 아웃의 내부점검을 할 수 없기 때문에 통상은 눈으로 외시점검을 하는 것이 일반적이다. 고압 컷 아웃의 사고로는 퓨즈 용단, 애자부의 균열, 오손 등으로 인한 지락이나 접촉 칼날부의 접촉 불량, 본체의 파손 등이 있다. 이러한 사고를 사전에 발견하기는 곤란한 경우가 많은 것 같다. 이러한 사고를 사전에 발견하기는 곤란한 경우가 많은 것 같다. 다음은 고압 컷 아웃이 파손해서 정전된 사례이다.

본 논문은 제주-해남간 HVDC 시스템을 EMTP와 EMTDC에 이용하기 위해서 필요한 제어기의 모델링을 제시하였다. 본 논문에는 HVDC 시스템의 모델링에서 많이 보이는 최대 선택기나 최소 선택기 그리고 과도 상태에서 보호와 같은 요소를 실제적으로 어떤 하드웨어를 이용하여 구현되는지를 보여 주고 있다.

오늘날 대부분의 에너지를 전기에 의존함에 따라 전력사용이 급증하고 부하가 대용량화되어 및 정적 전력공급이 중요한 문제로 대두되었다. 이러한 추세에 따라 송ㆍ배전 설비도 점차 대용량화 및 고전압화 되고 신뢰성을 요구하게 되며, 각종 배전 설비의 제조기술이 더욱 복합 다양하게 발전하고 있다. 그 중 전력계통에서 뇌 혹은 개폐서지 등의 과전압을 흡수ㆍ억제하여, 전력설비와 계통보호를 위해 설치하는 것이 피뢰기이다. 따라서 어떻게 과전압을 낮게 억제할 수 있을까 하는 것이 피뢰기의 가장 중요한 성능이라고 말할 수 있다. (중략)

개인 사용자의 정보보호를 위한 키보드 타이핑 패턴 인식기를 개발한 바 있었다. 키보드 타이핑 패턴의 스케일링 방식에 따라 신경망 인식기의 성능이 차이가 있을 것이라 기대되어 본 연구에서 이를 수행하였다. 총 3 종류의 방식을 이용하여 스케일링을 하였으며, 그 영향을 인식기의 예측에러, 제 1종과 2정의 인식에러측면에서 분석하고 평가하여 최적의 스케일링 방식을 결정하였다.

기질농도, HRT, 온도, pH, $Ca^{2+}$ 농도변화에 따른 반응기의 생물막형성과 세포외고분자물질의 조성변화에 따른 기질 제거율을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 반응기의 초기 생물막 형성은 각 조건에 따라서 약간의 차이를 보였다. 반응기 운전 초기에 균에 의해 생산된 세포외고분자물질은 점액질의 형태로 세포벽에 부착되어 주위환경의 해로운 요인으로부터 세포를 보호하는 기능을 가지고 있어 생물막 형성을 촉진시키는 역할을 하였으나, 생물막이 안정화된 후에는 오히려 생물막의 산소투과와 영양분의 접촉을 떨어뜨리는 역할을 하여 기질 제거율을 저하시키는 작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

무선통신의 이용급증은 전 세계적으로 시장원리에 의한 기술의 표준화와 각국의 시장보호를 위한 기술기준 제정에 대한 관심을 고조시키고 있다. 특히 세계적인 정보통신시장 개방과 연계되어 무선통신 표준의 역할이 국내외간의 원활한 통신소통 수단에서 세계 무선통신시장의 지배나 자국의 산업보호를 위한 보이지 않는 무역장벽 구축수단으로까지 변모하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 시점에서 각국의 표준화 활동기구들의 활동분야를 살펴보고 특히 최근 관심을 모으고 있는 개인휴대통신(PCS)의 제외국 표준화 현황분석을 통하여 향후 발전방향에 대하여 진단하고자 한다.
