Despite the recent phenomena of Chonsei price increase, low interest rate and low growth, the indexes of financial and insurance industry production showed the results contrary to the common belief that the financial industry is sensitive to such financial crises. This is because the index of financial industry has continuously maintained a certain level of increase as opposed to the index of all industry production. Thus, this study aimed to analyze the dynamic correlation between the index of financial industry production and Chonsei price increase. A vector autoregression (VAR) model, which doesn't have a cointegrating relationship, was used to define the Chonsei price index and the indexes of all industry production and financial and insurance industry, which are macro economic variables, and describe the data. The results of the analysis on the time series data of 183 months from January 2000 to May 2015 showed that Chonsei price increase was not directly derived from the index of financial industry, but the finance industrial index affected Chonsei price increase.

The ultimate goal of rehabilitation is social integration. Reemployment is, for the disabled workers, the primary source of not only income, but also identity and interaction. Unfortunately, for most disabled workers employment represents only a yet-to-be-fulfilled hope, a close but inaccessible goal, a daily reminder that they are not among the majority. The purpose of this study is to estimate reemployment rate in the industrial injured and to find factors affecting reemployment of disabled workers owing to industrial injury, and to make policy implication for the better industrial injury compensation rehabilitation system. The data were obtained through telephone interview with disabled worker who completed work injury compensation process in 1996-1997. The final sample was consisted of 1,060 respondents. The major findings were that almost lout of 3 disabled worker returned to work, and that the factor affecting reemployment of the disabled workers were severity injury, ADL(activity of Daily Living), the perception of disability severity, controlling for the demographic factors such as sex, age, education, marital status. The results indicated that psychosocial factors as well as physical function had influces on returning to work. The current findings suggests that rehabilitation services and policy aimed at enhancing vocational rehabilitation program and rehabilitation engineering services, and improving psychosocial resources should be considered by rehabilitation professionals and policy makers.

국내 기업의 30%가 사내 중요 정보가 외부로 유출된 경험이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 신도리코에서 실시한 '기업 문서 보안 실태 및 인식조사' 결과, 응답자의 30.3%가 정보 유출 경험이 있다고 답했다. 특히 이번 설문조사 결과 100명 이상의 대기업과 제조업, 금융.보험업 등에서 정보유출 경험이 더 많은 것으로 조사됐다. '사내 보안 방법'에 대해서는 각각 69%가 답한 물리적 보안과 네트워크 보안에 집중돼 있는 반면 문서 보안 시스템을 구축했다는 응답자는 20.6%에 그쳤다. 응답자의 87.7%이 문서보안을 위한 추가적인 대비책이 필요한 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 기업들은 문서 보안의 필요성은 공감을 하면서도 정작 문서 보안을 위한 충분한 대비책은 부족한 것으로 나타났다.

This article aims to analyze some conditions for the reinforcing social security rights of atypical construction workers, and their socio-economical effects, and furthermore, to explore political measures for compliance with obligation of the four basic social insurances. Although the construction industry is one of the pivotal industry sectors, which contributes to the economic development, it is a typical industry sector, half of whose manpower is atypical and irregular. This kind of reality results especially from its own sectoral features and employment structure. We will argue that our society needs political measures for compliance with obligation of the basic social insurances for the construction workers, and it would help the reinforcing social safety net of the precarious construction workers, and furthermore enhancing competition in the construction industry. For this purpose, we will suggest concrete conditions for compliance with obligation of the basic social insurances and prove its positive socio-economic effects. In the end, we will propose some detailed measures like direct construction, introduction of the prevailing wage, etc. for this politic approach.
