Functional Games, which have developed in Korea until now, is only for the healthy people's education. There are less functional games for neglected people, specially for the disturbed's healing. I define 'Green Contents' as contents which is helpful to both of nature and human, especially to the week, and also they are not developed only for the commercial aim. Functional Games for the disturbed's healing should be developed as' Green Contents.' If functional games for the disturbed's healing will be developed as aspects of technology and contents development, they will have more effects to people, and also people will need them more. For this study, I analyze art therapy, which is a normal treatment to give a social nature and self respect to the disturbed. Also I developed a functional game program for the disturbed's healing as based on psychoanalyst's theories and suggest it's Road-map. This study will be useful for the developer who want to develop this kinds of games afterwards, and various functional games for the disturbed's healing as Green Contents should be more developed in the near future.

현대 사회에서 테러는 국제적으로 매우 빈번하게 일어나고 있으며, 대한민국도 더 이상 테러의 안전지대가 아니라는 뉴스가 보도되고 있다. 하지만 우리에 테러의 인식에 따른 시각은 다소 편협하여 성별, 나이, 직위, 장소등 많은 부분에서 갈등을 갖으며, 또한 한반도는 남북한의 갈등으로 인한 특수성은 게릴라 전을 테러라고 인식하는 시각이 있다. 국내 특수성으로 인해 테러를 전쟁의 영역으로 보고 테러대응 전략은 국가 안보로 많이 치우쳐져 있다. 역사와 정치적으로 또한 테러는 이념대립으로 인한 전쟁으로 치우쳐 전쟁의 전략에 한 부분으로 인식 되어 왔다는 것이 사실이다.(Rumyana G., 2014) 이는 전쟁의 시각에서 테러를 잘 설명하고 있다. 한편, 테러의 개념은 시간이 지남에 따라 기존의 안보의 개념뿐 아니라 재난의 개념에서도 찾을 수 있다. "불평등한 사회에 대한 민중의 분노로 이해하여야 한다"고 스위스 진보적 사회학자 장 징글러(Jean Ziegler) 는 말하며 무고한 사람들을 타겟으로 한 정치적 목적을 이루기 위한 비합법적 무력 사용으로 보았다. 즉, 비합법적 무력사용으로 무고한 다중(Innocent people)에게 폭력을 행사한 것이다. 젠킨스와 라쿼르의 정의를 살펴보면 "테러리즘이란 폭력 혹은 폭력의 위협이다"라고 정하였다.(Jenkins 2004) 폭력이란 형법에서는 다른 사람에게 상해를 입히거나 협박하거나 하는 등의 행위와 함께 다른 사람을 감금하는 행위, 주거에 침입하는 행위, 기물의 파손 등에 대해서도 폭력이라 표현한다. 철학, 정치학 등의 학문에서는 다른 사람 또는 국가나 세력을 제압하는 힘을 일반적으로 지칭하기도 한다. 힘자랑이나 힘겨루기가 이에 속한다. 무력의 사용으로 사회에 심리적인 영향을 끼치며 사회적 파괴를 일으키는 것을 보편적 테러의 개념으로 볼 수 있다. 테러는 국가 통치 질서와 사회질서 안정에 큰 위협과 혼란을 초래하는 파괴행위의 무력행사로 국가의 재난 상황을 유발하는 인류가 만든 재난으로 볼 수 있다. 자연현상으로 발생하는 자연재해는 인류의 시점에서 재난으로 해석된다. 마찬가지로 사회현상으로 발생하는 폭력적 파괴행위에 대한 피해는 인류의 시점에서 재난의 현상으로 해석 되어야 한다. 과학기술이 발달하면서 첨단기술을 이용한 폭력행위와 파괴의 두려움은 정보통신 기술의 발달로 두려움의 전파 속도도 빨라 질 것이다. 따라서 테러행위의 극복을 위해서는 테러를 인적재난(Man-made Disaster)로 보고 재난의 범주로 포함하여 미래의 테러를 위한 대비전략을 수립해야 할 것이다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 학계의 학자들과 기관 및 민간 의 전문기관들에 따른 테러의 정의를 분석하고 재난정의를 고찰하여 시사점을 제시하고, 대테러 대비 전략의 방향에 기틀을 마련하고자 테러정의를 도출하였습니다.

This paper proposes a new direction for Comparative Literature which has been deeply Eurocentric and even colonial ever since its birth. 'Comparison' in Comparative Literature has been in fact the ideological mechanism for containing, classifying, and eventually controlling all differences in the world. Literature has naturally served as a national institution of the West at epistemological and discursive level with hidden adjective "comparative". To re-conceptualize the discipline and practice of "Comparative Literature", we need to revolutionize methodology itself based on Wai Chee Dimock's idea of "Weak Theory", Foucault's "disappearance of author", and Clifford Geertz's "thick description". "Thick description" as a methodology of comparative literature re-establishes the discipline as a field of "weak theory", defusing the centrality of linguistic identity and re-making it as a "long network" of loose and missed connections. "Thick description" poses the publicness of nation-state within "confusion of tongues", problematizes the legitimacy of modern knowledge, and puts (the western) nationalism in question. With this idea as a starting point, we can re-imagine Comparative Literature anew as a field of ceaseless discourse of longer, weaker, and thicker networks of interpretation and re-interpretation of differences.

Community beliefs of the coastal villages in Gochang are cultural activities and rituals manifesting the hopes and spiritual worlds of the locals who live off the sea and tidal mud. Along with their societal functions wishing for peace, maritime safety, and good catches, the values of the Jwajeongdam (How god came to be), Yuraedam (History of worshipping), and Yeongheomdam (Stories of miracles), as living heritage need to be reexamined according to the recent Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage. The community beliefs of the coastal villages in Gochang, where outstanding universal intangible and tangible values coexist, have been perpetually transmitted in interactions with tidal mud and the ecological environments of the sea. They reinforce the "Outstanding Universal Value" UNESCO mentions and sustainability that connects the past, present, and future. Furthermore, a coastal area is endowed with international accessibility over regionality. Hence the community beliefs are charged with eco-cultural values, which its preservation and promotion should also focus on to provide policies and protection activities. In short, the tidal mud and community beliefs of coastal villages in Gochang, which according to the concept of UNESCO's "mixed heritage," meet the values for natural, cultural, and intangible heritage at the same time, and so must be approached not in the scope of points or lines, but also in surfaces when arranging protection initiatives.

This review paper examines various terms used for the definitions and classifications of ecosystem services, often times mixed and confused, in the literature and re-establishes the concepts of important terms, including ecosystem functions, services and benefits, to enhance communication among the stake-holders in the process of decision making. The definitions and scopes of ecosystem services are differentiated depending on the policy purposes such as environmental accounting, environmental valuation and natural resource management. The importance of identification and enumeration of final outputs associated with a particular policy is addressed. In addition, the usefulness of an alternative pathway-analysis beginning from benefits, via services and function, to process/structure of ecosystem is emphasized.

P2P(Peer to Peer)개념으로는 순수 P2P와 변형 P2P 구조가 있다. 순수 P2P 구조는 정보공유에서 연결성을 장점으로 하는 Gnutella의 형태를 응용한 형태가 많이 사용되고 있지만 정보의 검색 및 제공에 있어 수많은 트래픽이 발생하게 된다. 이와 달리 변형 P2P 구조들 중 서버의 역할을 최소화한 인덱스 서버 모델이 존재하는데 이 모델은 사용자에게 효율적이고 빠른 검색과 색인을 제공하기 위해 기존의 서버/클라이언트 형태를 취하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 질의 기법의 보편적인 방법인 JDBC(Java Database Connectivity)를 이용한 직접적인 질의 방법이 아닌 객체 지향 프로그래밍 환경에서 효율적인 질의 방법인 JDO(Java Data Object)를 이용하여 객체 기반의 데이터 모델링을 제안하며 이를 이용하여 인덱스 서버 개념을 적용한 파일 공유 시스템(File Sharing System Using Data Modeling based on Object:FSUDMO)을 제안한다.

Portfolio are emerging as a prominent type of alternative assessment. Portfolio assessment is becoming increasingly clear that this method of collecting and evaluating student work over time has significant advantages over more conventional approaches to assessment. So the purposes of the study were to review the concepts and steps for planning and implementing portfolio assessment in engineering education. In education, portfolio can be defined as a purposeful, systematic, reflective process of collecting and evaluating student products to document progress toward the attaintment of learning targets. Four steps for planning and implementing portfolio assessment in engineering education were suggested as follows: 1) determine purpose 2) determine sources of content, 3) teacher evaluation of contents and student self-evaluation, 4) using of portfolio.

Transformation towards multicultural society requires discussion on new concepts of citizenship which would overcome some limits of national citizenship developed on the basis of the nation-state. Citizenship can be defined as a relationship between individuals and their community, and conceptualized in a relation with identity. Citizenship also includes its spatial elements such as site and movement, place and public/private space, boundary and territory, flow and network, level and scale, etc. and in particular implies a multi-scalability of local, national, and global level. A new discussion on citizenship has emerged in Japan in shift to multicultural society, especially focusing on activities of local governments and grassroots social movements to support and ensure welfare services to and human rights of foreign immigrants in local communities, hence develops a concept of local citizenship. This concept seems to be highly significant for both foreign immigrants and Japanese dwellers for multicultural coexistence, but raises serious problems of separating local citizenship from formal national citizenship and from universal global citizenship. In order to resolve these problems, a new multiscalar concept of glocal citizenship which links interrelationally local, national and global citizenship. The concept of glocal citizenship is suggested to lead academically a new version of cosmopolitanism which embraces the universal and the particular in a dialectic manner, and to give strategically an alternative to multicultural coexistence policy and discourse and local citizenship discussion in Japan.

Sentence ion is a simplification of a sentence preserving its communicative function. It accomplishes sentence revision and concept ion simultaneously. Sentence revision is a method that resolves the discrepancy between human's thoughts and its expressed semantic in sentences. Concept ion is an expression of general ideas acquired from the common elements of concepts. Sentence ion selects the main constituents of given sentences and describes the upper concepts of them with detecting their semantic information. This enables sen fence revision and concept ion simultaneously. In this paper, a syntactic parser LGPI+ and an ontology OfN are utilized for sentence ion. Sentence abstracter SABOT makes use of LGPI+ and OfN. SABOT processes the result of parsing and selects the candidate words for sentence ion. This paper computes the sentence recall of the main sentences and the topic hit ratio of the selected sentences with the text understanding system using sentence ion. The sources are 58 paragraphs in 23 stories. As a result of it, the sentence recall is about .54 ～ 72% and the topic hit ratio is about 76 ～ 86%. This paper verified that sentence ion enables sentence revision that can select the topic sentences of a given text efficiently and concept ion that can improve the depth of text understanding.

In 2023, the Cultural Heritage Administration of Korea is transforming a system that has been in existence for the past 60 years. In these circumstances, an increasing recognition of the need for such changes is intended to start the study of the historical context in the conceptual development of cultural heritage. The employment of imported concepts of heritage created the demand for understanding at least the original contexts. Many European concepts have been introduced. In this study, the French Revolution is selected as the starting point for historical research on conceptual development. France opened a new horizon to national heritage since the establishment of the Republic at the end of the 18th century. The French Revolution placed monuments denied by the collapse of the Ancien Regime back into the boundaries of protection. In this process, the Commission des Monuments and the Commission Temporaire des Arts were created. There were limits to conservation activities in the context of the revolution and war. However, it is meaningful in that they established conservation principles with instructions and created new value for looking at monuments. It was pioneering in that it demonstrated the perspective of national heritage. This is significant because the top flow of conceptual development has led to a monument historique, bien culturel, and patrimoine culturel in France. This history provides a universal essence and has great implications for Korea as a divided country
