When planning oral rehabilitation for maxillary edentulous patients, fixed prosthetic restoration using implants, complete denture restoration or overdentures using implants can be considered as treatment methods. In the case of complete denture restoration, it does not require additional surgery and is relatively economical. In the case of implant-supported fixed prostheses, the functional part is generally superior to that of complete denture restoration, but there are cases in which implant placement is clinically difficult. Recently in consideration of the patient's needs and the condition of the remaining alveolar bone, after partial implant placement, a method of restoring with a removable partial denture using implant-supported surveyed crown is also being attempted. This case is a case of performing a removable partial denture restoration using implant-supported surveyed crown in the anterior maxilla, and showing satisfactory esthetic and functional results.

Using computer-aided design and manufacturing technique improve quality of treatment in many aspect. This case reports the complete mouth rehabilitation of a patient with amelogenesis imperfecta utilizing digital technology. Clinical examination revealed loss of mastication due to insufficient occlusal stop, missing teeth, interdental spacing due to microdontia, insufficient overbite, and etc. Full veneer crowns for teeth were selected, followed by a fixed partial denture and implant placement was done using CAD-CAM guide template with bone graft for partially edentulous space. Definitive restorations were duplicated by double scanning provisional restorations and successfully delivered to the patient. These full mouth rehabilitation procedures resulted in satisfactory outcomes for the patient functionally and aesthetically.

Dental trauma is common in active children and adolescents. Among them, in the case of ankylosis due to avulsion, diagnosis through clinical examination is important, and the treatment is important for esthetic prosthetic restoration after adulthood. This case is a case of esthetic prosthetic restoration of maxillary anterior teeth through decoronation and implant. After that, space was maintained for prosthetic restoration using a decoronated crown. After becoming an adult, precise implant placement and esthetic prosthetic restoration were possible using guide surgery. For soft tissue support, the temporary crown were replaced by changing the contours of the temporary crown, and the final esthetic prosthesis was fabricated by digital wax-up.

Malignant tumours of the oral cavity that require resection of the tongue result in severe deficiencies in speech and deglutition. In such patients, improvements in mastication, swallowing, and speech may be reasonable goals for treatment. The viability of a prosthodontic approach to treatment depends on the type and extent of surgery. In a total glossectomy, a mandibular tongue prosthesis is the treatment of choice. Mandibular tongue prosthesis occupies the space in the floor of the oral cavity. It provides the patients with a platform for directing food into the esophagus and aids in speaking. This type of prosthesis can achieve that protection of the underlying fragile tissue and improvement in appearance and psychosocial adjustment. This case report describes the technical steps involved in prosthetic rehabilitation for a glossectomy patient.

Gradual teeth wear is normal physiological progress, severe tooth wear can causes dysfunction, occlusal plane disharmony and esthetic problems. If additional space is needed for prosthetic restoration due to severe attrition, full mouth rehabilitation with increase of occlusal vertical dimension may be considered. In this case, 72 year old male patient with severe worn dentition, irregular gingival zenith and deep anterior bite was treated by full mouth rehabilitation for regaining the space for restoration, improving relationship and esthetic of anterior teeth. Provisional restoration obtained by systemic analysis, diagnosis and re-evaluation for a sufficient time was replicated to final restorations through double scanning technique using monolithic zirconia blocks. Satisfactory functional and esthetic outcomes were obtained.

A successful prosthesis is difficult to produce without using the implants in the severely resorbed alveolar ridges and maxillofacial defects. This report describes clinical experience of the overdenture using O-ring attachment. Clinical results have revealed successful application for the O-ring attachment in the two edentulous patients and a partial maxillectomy patient.

Restoration of missing oral tissues by using implant therapy is one of viable options in prosthodontic treatment. The purpose of oral rehabilitation are function, esthetics and phonetics. Recently, with the increasing esthetic demand of the patient, dentists and laboratory technicians are more concern ed about natural appearance of implant prostheses. There are so many factors which affect final esthetic results of treatment such a shape, color, proportion, gingival contour etc. To provide natural and vivid looking artificial prostheses to a patient, the careful diagnosis, treatment plan and laboratory Support is crucial. Several cases will be reviewed and discussed in terms of material, gingival shape, contour, speech and connection mode etc. to fabricate natural looking implant prostheses.

There are various treatment options such as conventional complete denture, hybrid prosthesis and implant-supported fixed prosthesis for fully edentulous patients. In case of implant-supported fixed prosthesis, compared to removable prosthesis, it is difficult to place the implant in the correct position considering the anatomical contours of the final prosthesis. In this case, a full mouth rehabilitation with implant-supported fixed prosthesis was performed for a patient who required extraction of all remaining teeth due to dental caries and chronic periodontitis. In the implant placement stage, the implant was placed in the desired position using a surgical guide fabricated considering the anatomical contours of the final prosthesis, and the function and esthetics were evaluated through correction and re-fabrication of the fixed provisional restoration. A final restoration of porcelain fused to gold prosthesis was delivered to the patient based on the provisional restoration. To cope with complications such as loosening of screws and fracture of porcelain, a screw-retained type prosthesis was fabricated for the posterior part and a screw-cement-retained type prosthesis for the anterior part. As a result, the patient showed an improved prognosis in terms of functional and esthetics after the final prosthesis was delivered.
