This paper is concerned with the method of estimating lifetime distributin from field data for products with multiple modes of failure. When product failures occur within warranty period, a manufacturer can obtain failure-record data; failure times, causes of failure, and covariates. Since these data are seriously incomplete for satisfactory inference, that is, only failures occured during warrantly period may be recorded, it is usually necessary to incoporate the failure-record data by taking a supplementary sample of items obtained following up a portion of products that survive warranty time. The log linear function is considered as a model for describing the relation between failure time of a product and covariates. General methods for obtaining pseudo maximum likelihood estimators(PMLEs) for the parameters are outlined and their asymptotic properties are studied, and specific formulas for exponential or Weibull distribution are obtained. Effects of follow-up percentage on the PMLEs are investigated. Extensions to calendar time warranty or calendar and obtaining time warranty are also considered.

최근 클라우드컴퓨팅은 국내외 많은 IT서비스 패러다임의 변화를 주도하고 있고, 제2의 디지털 시대를 주도할 핵심 서비스중의하나로정보혁명에커다란변화를가져오고 있다. 특히, 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 무선 네트워크 기술이 고도화되고 모바일 단말 시장이 성장함에 따라, 모바일과 결합하면서 IT분야의 신 패러다임으로 부각되고 있으며, 이는 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 경제성과 우수성이 모바일의 이동성과 합쳐져 서로 시너지 효과를 거두고 있기 때문이다 [1]. 이처럼 클라우드컴퓨팅 기술 분야가 확대됨에 따라서 해결해야 할 첫 번째 문제는 보안이다. 특히, 모바일 클라우드시스템은 이동성, 휴대편의성, IT자원을 소유하지 않고 정보활동이 기능한 형태이므로 필연적으로 보안문제에 대한 중요성이 강조된다. 이에 따라서, 본고에서는 모바일 클라우드시스템의 정보보호를 위해 특성과 유형을 파악하고 정보보로분야에서 정보보증(Information Assurance, IA)방법, 여러 정보보증제도(CC, ISMS, CMVP등)를 조사 분석하여 모바일 클라우드시스템 보안기능개발을 위한 보안요구사항병세서 지원도구를 제시하고자 한다.

최근 정보통신서비스 시장은 다양한 요인에 의해 서비스 사업자간의 경쟁심화와 고객요구수준의 향상 등의 추세가 강화되고 있으며, 경쟁양상 측면과 고객이 사업자에게 요구하는 서비스 제공특성 등의 측면에서 많은 변화가 일어나고 있다. 특히, 정보통신서비스에 대한 서비스 제공 품질수준과 관련하여 SLA (서비스수준협약)의 중요도는 점차 증대하고 있으나, 대부분 해외의 선진사레나 고객의 요구내용 (VOC)을 여과 없이 반영해서 제공하는 추세여서, 사업자의 입장에서는 SLA를 제공하는 과정에서 다양한 유형의 문제점을 안고 있으며, 실질적인 효과를 거두고 있는 사례를 찾아보기 힘든 상황이다. 이와 같은 배경에서, 본 논문에서는 최근 다양한 분야에서 폭 넓게 활용되고 있는 6 시그마 방법론에서 제시하고 있는 다양한 도구들을 활용하여, 사업자가 SLA 제공체계를 수립하는 과정에서 필요한 서비스품질 보증항목의 도출 및 보증수준의 설정, 측정과 관련된 다양한 요소에 대한 설정 및 관리방법, 보상수준의 설정 등에 대한 체계적인 제공방법에 대해서 제시하고자 한다.

정보보안 분야가 성숙해짐에 따라 다양한 평가방법론들이 개발되어 적용되고 있다. 그러한 방법론들 중에서 본고에서는 품질 보증의 수단으로써 정보보안 제품/시스템의 개발기관의 보안공학 수행 능력을 평가하기 위한 SSE-CMM에 대하여 살펴본다. SSE-CMM의 개념적 기초가 되는 보안공학에 대하여 먼저 살펴보고, 보안공학 수행 능력의 수준을 평가하기 위한 평가 기준의 체계와 구성과 함께, SSE-CMM을 이용하여 평가를 수행하기 위한 평가방법론을 구체적으로 제시하고 있는 SSAM에 대하여도 살펴본다. SSE-CMM이 근거하고 있는 보안공학은 효과적인 정보보안을 도모하기 위한 개념적 틀이라는 점을 몇 가지 정보보안관리 지침들과의 비교를 통하여 논의하였다. SSE-CMM은 현재 ISO 표준으로 상정되어 표준화가 진행 중이다. 정보보안 분야의 여러 평가방법론들과 더불어 보다 다양한 관점에서 정보보안의 효과성을 보증해주는 도구로 활용될 것이다.

최근 신뢰성 가속 시험 분야에서 제품의 잠재 또는 취약 부위를 단기간에 효과적으로 검출할 수 있도록 개발된 HALT(Highly Accelerated Life Test) 기술을 당사에서 생산 중인 영상제품에 적용하였다. 적용 결과 HALT는 기존의 보증용 가속 시험에서 추구하는 고장 데이터의 통계적인 수명 예측이나 고장률 추정의 절차를 따르지 않고도 한계 스트레스 시험을 이용하여 제품의 잠재적인 취약부위를 단시간에 효과적으로 촉진하고 들춰 내어 전자 제품에 적용할 수 있는 유용한 가속 스트레스 시험 기술임이 입증되었다.

The demand for measures to enhance the safety of maritime transportation is growing internationally, and coastal shipping companies are pursuing sustainability by establishing various maritime safety policies. Increased awareness of the safety management system and safety culture of coastal shipping companies will minimize accidents and increase corporate sustainability. This study empirically analyzed the impact of a safety management system (safety policy, risk management, and safety guarantee) on the corporate sustainability of coastal shipping companies through the mediation of safety culture. The survey questions for each variable were constructed based on previous research and a dministered to 204 employees of coastal shipping companies. Analysis founed that safety policy did not have a statistically significant effect on safety culture, but risk management and safety guarantees had a positive significant effect on safety culture, which in turn had a positive and significant effect on sustainability. Furthermore, we found that safety culture has a mediating effect on the relationship between risk management and safety guarantees and sustainability. Coastal shipping companies thus need to systematize and strengthen risk management and safety assurance to increase safety culture awareness, and increased safety culture awareness can also increase sustainability.

This study identifies the pet-name using the celebrity's endorser and the pet-naming effect by the subject of creating brand identity. For this study, pet-naming types are made up of 3 types(non pet-named/pet-naming by company intention/pet-naming by customer's word of mouth). As the results of this study, pet-naming types affects the perceived value. The perceived value has a perfect mediating effect between pet-naming types and consumer response. Also, the level of informative interpersonal influence has significant interaction effect between pet-naming types and perceived value. The research, therefore, reaches several important conclusions. First, when the pet-naming types were consisted, customer's brand identity creating phenomenon was included. Second, pet-naming types affects the confirmed perceived value which is the customer's view. Third, susceptibility to interpersonal influence was differently identified with normative interpersonal influences and informative interpersonal influences. Furthermore, this study analyzes the market's behavior trends, and in extend the progression of pet-name marketing.

In the verification and validation procedures regarding the safety-critical software of nuclear power plants for the attainment of the requisite license from the regulatory body, it is difficult to judge the safety and dependability of the development, implementation, and validation activities through a simple reading and review of the documentation. Therefore, these activities, especially safety assurance activities, require systematic evaluation techniques to determine that software faults are acceptable level. In this study, a safety case methodology is applied in an assessment of the level and depth of the results of the development and validation of a manufacturer in its targeting of the bistable processor of a digital reactor protection system, and the evaluation results are analyzed. This study confirms the possibility of an effective supplementation of the existing safety demonstration method through the application of the employed safety case methodology.

The research and laboratory records management is the prerequisite for quality research. Quality research assurance system can work out on the sound basis of quality research records management. It is an important task that establishing a proper research and laboratory records system for obtaining quality of research according to the rapid growth of Research and Development area in Korea and the trend of electronic laboratory notebooks. The purpose of this study is to identify issues and find a direction for solutions related to the research and laboratory records management systems. For this after analysing previous studies and current status related to the research records management and GLP(Good Laboratory Practice) is benchmarked as a best practice for quality research, some suggestions for enhancement of research records management are given as a result.
