This study has investigated fire safety rules related with traditional temples and main fire causes and cases to traditional temples among traditional wooden buildings so has analyzed fire vulnerability, and through a field probe of three traditional temples in Eunpyeonggu Seoul which have cultural properties, has analyzed geographical conditions, going out path spot reaching time required of a fire brigade, fire protection system, fire prevention administration and security system, factors of fire vulnerability, and has presented about fire safety plans of traditional temples.

R&D에 관한 주요 국가 및 산업기술의 정보 유출이 문제가 되고 있다. 2009년 11월 국가과학기술지식정보서비스(NTIS)는 영국표준협회(BSI)로부터 ISO 27001에 대한 11개 도메인, 133개 보안 통제항목의 정보보호관리체계((Information Security Management System) 인증을 획득하였고 이후 사후인증 심사를 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보보호 국제 표준인증인 ISO 27001과 관련하여 NTIS의 정보보호관리체계에 대하여 국가R&D정보관리의 경영적 관점에서 실증적 현황 및 성과와 향후 개선 및 발전 방향에 대하여 검토한다. ISO 27001 도입 후 133개 통제항목 중에서 적용율이 증가하였고 중부적합/경부적합/개선권고 사항이 크게 감소하였으나 정보자산 및 개인정보 관리는 지속적인 관심과 개선이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

본 논문은 디지털 플랫폼과 헬스케어 서비스를 통합한 병원 애플리케이션(병원 앱)의 개발 및 활용에 초점을 맞춘다. 목표는 환자와 의료 제공자 간의 의사 소통과 효율성을 향상시키는 것이다. 이 연구는 병원 앱의 주요 기능과 이점을 탐색하고, React Native를 사용하여 기술적 측면과 디자인 원칙을 제공하고, 적절한 사용 및 보안을 위한 지침을 검토한다. 이 연구는 병원 앱의 잠재력과 장점을 평가하고 의료 서비스 효율성과 품질을 향상시키기 위한 실용적인 지침을 제공하고 있다. 병원 앱의 통합으로 환자 치료, 커뮤니케이션을 개선하고 의료 프로세스를 간소화할 수 있다. React Native와 같은 기술을 활용하여 약속 일정, 예약 확인, 의료 정보 액세스, 의료 전문가 디렉토리와 같은 기능을 구현하여 포괄적인 사용자 경험을 제공할 수 있다. 지침과 규정을 준수하는 것은 의료 데이터의 적절한 사용과 보호를 보장하는 데 필수적이다. 향후 연구에서는 인공 지능 및 원격 의료와 같은 신기술을 병원 앱에 통합하고 장기적인 영향을 평가할 수 있다. 이 분야의 지속적인 개발과 혁신은 디지털 시대에 의료 서비스를 변화시킬 잠재력을 가지고 있다.

Framework is divided into "sensor-gateway" platform to link information modeling and gateways that can accommodate the interlocking standards and handling protocols variety of sensors Based on this real-time data collection, analysis and delivery platform that performs the role of the relevant and to secure technology.

Economic security emerged as a strong element of national security. Nations around the world are exerting their efforts to collect economic intelligence to serve their national interest while making added efforts to uncover industrial espionage and arrest industrial spies in defensive aspect. Cases in point are the enactment of "Economic Espionage Act(1996)" of the U.S. and the "Act on Prevention of Divulgence and Protection of Industrial Technology(2006)"of Korea. Korea is trying to punish industrial spying on the same level as espionage that poses national security threat by revising Criminal Code. It is necessary to review whether the move to toughen the punishment of industrial spying from "up to 15 years in prison and/or up to 1.5 billion won in fine" to "minimum seven years of imprisonment, life imprisonment or death penalty" is appropriate. Advanced nations regulate industrial spying with a special act on economy although they have applied espionage act not to "enemy states" but to "foreign countries" in the first place. Likewise, preventing industrial spying by applying espionage act through the revision of criminal code poses a risk of undermining the autonomy of industry sector by excessive influence of state power. Furthermore, the penalty of minimum imprisonment of seven years, life imprisonment or death penalty with the application of espionage act under the criminal code is an legal application by stretching of the law, posing a risk of dampening healthy economic activities. Therefore, revising and applying relevant economic laws such as aforementioned 'Act on Prevention of Divulgence and Protection of Industrial Technology(2006)' is thought to be desirable to achieve the goal of protecting industrial technologies.

IT environments such as IoT, SNS, BigData, Cloud computing are changing rapidly. These technologies add new technologies to some of existing technologies and increase the complexity of Information System. Accordingly, they require enhancing the security function for new IT services. Information Security Pre-inspection aims to assure stability and reliability for user and supplier of new IT services by proposing development stage which considers security from design phase. Existing 'Information Security Pre-inspection' (22 domains, 74 control items, 129 detail items) consist of 6 stage (Requirements Definition, Design, Training, Implementation, Test, Sustain). Pilot tests were executed for one of IT development companies to verify its effectiveness. Consequently, for some inspection items, some improvement requirements and reconstitution needs appeared. This paper conducts a study on activation of 'Information Security Pre-inspection' which aims to construct prevention system for new information system. As a result, an improved 'Information Security Pre-inspection' is suggested. This has 16 domains, 54 inspection items, 76 detail items which include some improvement requirements and reconstitution needs.

This study was aimed to investigate the practice on the infection control and dental waste disposal in dental clinic. The data used in this study had been collected in 100 dental clinics located in Seoul city from August to October, 2001. It was shown that examination instruments, oral surgery instruments, and periodontal instruments were almost sterilization in dental clinic. It was high in the recognition of individual protection but it was low in the degree of practice. Therefore, the practice in infection control is very important to dental team for safety of patients and operators.

Bisher wurde kein Beruf zwischen Recht und Berufsethik so diskutiert wie Ärzte. Diskussionen über die Qualifikation(od. Approbation) von Ärzten sind nicht nur eine Frage Koreas, sondern in den meisten zivilisierten Ländern ein wichtiges Diskussionsthema, wenn ein Arzt insbesondere für eine Straftat bestraft wird. Vor kurzem hat sich die koreanische Ärztekammer (the Korean Medical Association) weitgehend gegen das, "Entwurf eines Gesetzes zur Reform des Medizingesetzes" stark ausgesprochen, das die Grunde für den Entzug einer Approbation für ein Verbrechen eines Arztes erweitert. Vor allem wird auf die Gefahr hingewiesen, eine Approbation für Straftaten zu entziehen, die nicht mit beruflichen Pflichten zusammenhängen. Es ist jedoch vernünftig, den Beruf bzw. das Gewerbe zu verbieten, wenn ein Fachmann unter Missbrauch seines Beruf oder grober Pflichtverletzung die Tat begangen hat und die Gefahr bestehet, dass er bei weiterer Ausübung seines Berufs erhebliche rechtswidrige Taten der bezeichneten Art begangen wird. Die Untersagung der Berufsausübung soll die Allgemeinheit gegen die spezifischen Gefahren schützen, die mit der Ausübung eines Berufs oder Gewebes verbunden sind. Da das Berufsverbot nur die Berufsausübung untersagt, die Approbation selbst aber bestehen lässt, kann die Approbationsbehörde in eigener Entscheidungskompetenz die Approbation zurücknehmen, wiederrufen, oder in Ruhen anordnen. Entsprechend dem Verhätnismäßigkeitsgrundsatz ist aber auch das Berufsverbot auf bestimmte Tätigkeiten im Bereich des Berufs zu beschränken, wenn dies zur Erreichung des Maßregelzwecks, dem schutz der Allgemeinheit, ausreichend ist. In diesem Beitrag wurden die Voraussetzunen des Berufsverbots und die tatsächlich an Ärzte bzw. medizinische Personal gerichteten Fälle untersucht.

The request of Green-IT technology and recommend of computer hardware resource are increasing explosively. So, necessity of Cloud computing is increasing rapidly. Berkeley Univ. announced teens constituent that threat Cloud computing in 2009 and problem for user authentication should be solved as is urgentest among them. So, We wish to propose effective user authentication protocol in Cloud computing environment. Secure safety for user quotation through Kerberos's ticket issue that is existent representative user authentication techniques, and defined authentication procedure of two steps that flow user authentication and service authentication through PKI's. Is uncomplicated structurally more than efficiency for certification protocol and examination result about safety, existent PKI that propose and simplify achievement procedure and system configuration more than Kerberos and reduced response time.

Government R＆D Programs' success and failures depend on the choice of the excellent project from diverse proposal. Therefore project evaluation process should be transparency, objectivity and confidence. Institute of Information Technology and Assessment(IITA) working for the Ministry of Information and Communication(MIC). IITA management the informatization fund and government R & D program. IITA have execute choice of R & D project and assessment proposals and reformed the system of evaluation. This advanced evaluation system made in the end of the 90's and adapted it to the college basic R & D program in 1999. Advanced evaluation system is electronic and remote system. This advantage is very shift and correct to process. So the system save the task and money from 46% to 78%. But it is some Problem, security and technical experts for the choice of the Government R & D project in remote evaluation system.
