광대역 통합망(BcN: Broadband convergence Networks)이란 통신$.$방송$.$인터넷이 융합된 품질 보장형 광대역 멀티미디어 서비스를 언제 어디서나 끊임없이 안전하게 이용할 수 있는 차세대 통합네트워크를 말한다. 이를 위하여 BcN 전달망은 서비스 품질(QoS: Quality of Service) 보장, 고도의 통신망 관리 기능과 보안(Security) 기능, IPv6 주소체계의 수용을 통하여 다양한 서비스를 쉽게 창출할 수 있는 개방형 망구조(Open API)를 도입한 통신망으로 유선ㆍ무선ㆍ방송 등의 다양한 가입자망의 특성을 통합하여 수용해야 하며, 표준 인터페이스를 통해 다양한 응용서비스의 개발 및 이용 환경을 제공할 수 있어야 한다.(중략)

Although there are usual security threats caused by the characteristics of cloud services, more public institutions plan to introduce the cloud services rapidly, as the increase of recognition for its advantage. The previous studies have focused on the security threats and the quality as a hindrance of activation of cloud services. Those also have stressed the importance of the quality in the cloud user side. But there was no consideration about which quality factors impact on the satisfaction of users. Therefore, this study analyzed the importances of quality in specific five major factors. The results also presented that the SLA guarantee is more important than the security performance. This research will contribute to cloud services providers in Korea, by aiding the establishment of effective quality strategies.

For the efficient business, the telecommunication providers should have an attention for the minimization of the basic setup cost to implement the network infrastructure. Furthermore, the provision of the quality of service (QoS) to the service users is crucial for the service providers and vendors. In this paper, we propose the new algorithm to provide the user's QoS under the various traffic in the broadband convergence network. Using the NS-2 network simulator, we evaluate the QoS for the proposed algorithm, and compare those with the results of the previous differentiated service network.

2000년 초에 PC간 인터넷을 통한 음성통화를 시작으로 최근에는 스마트폰의 전용 애플리케이션까지 VoIP 기반의 음성통화 서비스가 발전해왔다. 이에 따라, VoIP를 통한 외부 공격 및 침입에 대한 사례가 발생되고 이를 해결하기 위한 보안 소프트웨어들이 나오기 시작하였다. 일반적으로 VoIP기반의 소프트웨어에 대한 품질 기준은 사용자의 통화품질이 최우선 이었다. 하지만, GS시험.인증 과정을 통해 VoIP 보안 소프트웨어가 통화품질에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 않지만 전체 운영 시스템에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 시험 중 발생한 문제에 대한 해결 방안 제시를 통해 VoIP의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있었다.

통신기술의 발전으로 사람과 사람의 의사소통에 있어서 IT 기술을 접목시킨 여러 기술들이 발전하고 있다. SIP 기반의 UC 서비스 또한 기업과 고객의 원활한 커뮤니케이션을 위하여 기술이 꾸준히 발전하고 있다. 그러나 UC 서비스 또한 IP 기반의 서비스이기 때문에 여러 가지 보안위협의 노출이 되어 있다. SIP 기반의 서비스는 QoS(Quality of Servic)가 보장되어야 하지만 품질에 중점을 두어 보안위협에 크게 노출 되어 있는 것이 사실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 SIP 보안 메커니즘인 HTTP Digest 사용자 인증, TLS 홉간 보안, S/MIME을 이용한 단말간의 보안 메커니즘을 적용하고 Virtual Proxy Server를 이용한 보안 시스템을 설계 하였다.

지능형 전력망은 통신 기술을 통해 에너지 사용을 최적화 하고 안정성을 높이는 차세대 전력망으로서 그 내부에는 다양한 통신 환경과 특성이 존재한다. 지능형 전력망에서는 일반 수용가의 부하특성이나 전기 사용량 등 비실시간 정보뿐만 아니라 전력망의 안정적이고 지능적인 운영을 위한 다양한 감시제어 데이터와 같은 실시간 정보가 함께 전달된다. 이러한 정보들은 전달 과정에서 누출, 번조가 되지 않고 원하는 사용자에게 원히는 시간과 장소에 정상적으로 전달될 수 있도록 높은 수준의 정보 보안이 뒷받침 되어야 한다. 그러나 최근, 감시제어 정보 전달은 보통 인터넷과 같은 일반적인 통신보다 고품질을 요구하기 때문에, 통신 품질을 저하시킬 수 있는 보안 서비스를 지능형 전력망에 적용하기에는 제약이 따른다. 본 논문은 지능형 전력망의 주요 통신 환경별 요구사항을 살펴보고, 이러한 요구사항을 만족시키면서 높은 수준의 정보 보안을 제공하기 위해 어떠한 보안서비스가 제공되어야 하는지 알아본다.

This study explores performance factors of a casino information system for foreigners, empirically examines the causal relation between these factors and business performances through organizational trust and job satisfaction and suggests a plan to develop such a information system. We found that information quality positively impacted on perception of information security, but negatively on job satisfaction; system quality positively did on security reliability, but negatively on job satisfaction; service quality positively did on trust in information security and job satisfaction; lastly security reliability positively did on job satisfaction. We found that information quality, system quality and service quality would affect perceived information security and job satisfaction.

서비스 산업의 비중이 날로 높아지는 시기에 마케팅 전략 수립에 있어서 차별화된 서비스 품질 제공이 더욱 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 감시카메라 등으로 사용되면서 문제점만 부각되고 있는 웹카메라를 감시나 보안 등의 목적 외에 차별화된 서비스 품질 제공의 수단으로 활 용되기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유치원/어린이집 학부모를 대상으로 웹캠에 의한 원격모니터링 서비스의 서비스 품질 구성요인에 대한 재구성 및 서비스 품질요인이 고객의 성향에 따라 어떻게 인식되는지에 대한 연구를 실시하였으며, 웹캠에 의한 서비스 품질 구성요인이 고객만족 및 고객충성도에 주는 영향요인을 규명하였다. 이러한 변수의 상관관계와 영향 현상을 연구하기 웹캠 원격모니터링 서비스를 사용하고 있는 유치원/어린이 집을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 연구결과 웹캠 모니터링 서비스 품질 구성요인을 영상품질 및 전송속도, 이동성 및 휴대성, 편의성, 가시성, 신뢰성으로 설정하였으며, 그 중 영상품질 및 전송속도가 고객만족 영향요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 서비스 품질 구성요인들을 고객이 인식함에 있어서 고객성향 중에서 디지털 기기 숙련도가 서비스 품질 인식에 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났다. 그 외 인구통계학적 변인과 서비스 품질 구성요인들은 유의미하지 않은 것으로 분석되었는바, 이러한 결과가 마케팅적으로 어떻게 활용될 수 있는가가 논의된다.

The purpose of this study is to explore latent variables that affect users' satisfaction of mobile internet and to estimate a composite relationships among parameters. In order to examine causative significance between dependent variables and each of the independent variables, we redefined the variables, the quality of information, system and service derived from the DeLone and McLean's model. And we found out the new independent variables: security and service charge. Prior research adopted mainly TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) to investigate the user acceptance of information services or system. Therefore, it is significant that we developed our research model to appropriate on mobile internet's inherent nature and that focused on the important variables like service charge and security. In empirical approach, we surveyed 435 samples and conducted structural equation modeling and multi-regression analysis to estimate the regression parameters. The results of the study illustrated that our hypotheses covering the quality of information, system and service, security and service charge were supported.

u-Health 서비스의 시작으로 병원에서 단발성 치료에 국한되었던 기존 서비스가 이제는 가정 등 실생활 전 영역에서 평생에 걸쳐 제공되어 시 공간적으로 확대되었다. 본 연구에서는 ISO/IEC 9126과 ISO/IEC 12119를 기반으로 하여 보안성 평가모델을 제시하고 평가 과정에서 활용할 수 있는 품질검사표를 개발하였다.
