  • 4차 산업혁명은 2016년 스위스 다보스에서 열린 세계경제포럼(WEF)의 주요 이슈였다. 4차 산업혁명 시대에서 요구되는 IT융합 기술에는 사물인터넷 환경에서 모든 사물이 사이버 세계를 통하여 연결되어 정보를 수집하고 축적하며, 축적된 빅데이터를 기반으로 인공지능 알고리즘을 활용하는 기술 등이 필요하다. 이와 같은 IT융합 기술과 관련하여 4차 산업혁명 시대를 대비하여 산업체에서 필요한 실무적인 IT융합 인력 양성이 컴퓨터 관련학과의 주요 교육 내용으로 요구되고 있다. 이러한 시대적 상황에서 하나의 접근 방법으로 대두되는 것이 NCS 기반의 교육과정에 기반을 둔 IT융합 인력의 양성이다. 이 논문에서는 우리나라 산업체에서 요구하는 IT융합 인력 양성을 위하여 컴퓨터과학 전공을 위한 NCS 교육과정을 제시하고 분석한다.

Development and Performance Evaluation of Small and Practical Key Way Machine (실용적인 소형 Key 홈 가공기 개발 및 성능평가)

  • When we cut a key way on the axial or on the boss, we generally use a slotter or a broach. To do the key seating, turing operations have to be preceded and then the key on the axial or on the boss can be seated. For this reason, the production process of key way cutting becomes complicated. If is necessary to simplify the process and we have developed a small practical machine for key way cutting. The machine is located on the carriage of the lathe. Using this small and practical key way machine, after operation the turing, you do not have to remove the workpiece from the chuck of the lathe to carry on the key seating process. The developed machine will save cutting time and the cost.

  • This study aimed to investigate the Bobos style which represents new upper class in the information age and has influence on fashion world, and present the marketing strategy for that. As a result, Bobos' buying behavior of fashion goods and marketing strategy for that were as follows. The first, Bobos fashion style and their characteristics of buying behavior were 1. the pursuit of luxury and high quality 2. the pursuit of blending taste and of the traditional bourgeois and the bohemians 3. the pursuit of utility and practical thing 4. the pursuit of self expression and sense 5. the pursuit of natural and antique taste 6. pursuit of cultural and artistic aspect. The second, marketing strategy for Bobos' buying behavior of fashion goods were as follows. 1. Blending of the traditional prestige and freedom should be reflected on fashion goods. 2. The utility and natural style of fashion goods are needed. 3. The non-conspicous self expression and artisticㆍcultural taste should be reflected on fashion goods.

Optimization of Boss Shape for Damage Reduction of the Press-fitted Shaft End (압입축 끝단의 손상저감을 위한 보스부 형상 최적설계)

  • The press-fit shaft is an important part used in automobiles, vessels, and trains. This study proposes an optimized design method to reduce damage that may occur in the press-fitted shaft by modifying the shape of the boss step of the press-fitted shaft. To reduce the time and cost of running the optimized design method, an approximate design optimization is applied and an optimized algorithm is generated using a genetic algorithm that is widely used in engineering fields and an approximate model using a response surface method. The planned experiments for the data that are needed to generate the approximate model use a central composite design (CCD) and Latin hypercube sampling (LHS), and the results of the approximate optimization using the above two design of experiments are to be compared.

  • To reduce the leadtime for a new model according to the strict market requirements, automobile manufacturer begins to utilize 3-dimensional CAD based techniques such as DMU(Digital Mock-Up). RP(Rapid Prototyping), VE(Virtual Engineering). But, not so many satisfactory utilities have been introduced to deal with the emotional properties such as embossment on the surface of interior parts and touch from material characteristics in virtual environment. It is required to manufacture prototype parts to verify actual feeling of the passengers in real automobile. This paper suggests a methodology to enhance emotional property via embedding embossment on the surface of prototype car interior trim without deterioration of dimensional accuracy using RIM(Reaction Injection Molding) and vacuum forming method.

  • In recently designed diesel engines, the running conditions for piston pin bearings have become very severe due to combustion pressure and temperature increase. In this paper, it will be investigated the tendency of piston pin rotating motion by calculating the friction coefficient at piston pin bearings, the oil film thickness and the frictional torques induced by hydrodynamic shear stress. Finally, the pressure distributions on the oil film of piston pin bearings will be found by two-dimensional lubrication analysis in order to help the optimum design of the bearings of piston pin. Specially, it is investigated how the changes in combustion pressure at exhaust and intake stroke and the pressure-viscosity index effect on the film pressure distribution.

  • In this paper, a numerical investigation of three-dimensional, two-phase flow field around a butterfly valve is conducted. The butterfly valves that have different opening angles, $10^{\circ}{\sim}90^{\circ}$, and two profiles of the shaft boss are compared with various cavitation numbers and Reynolds numbers. This paper focused on the flow analysis in the original butterfly valve and new design butterfly valve in order to decrease cavitation and loss. It is found that the butterfly valve with a cone-type shaft boss greatly reduces the cavitation and loss, compared to the original shaft boss by 20${\sim}$30%.

  • This paper presents an experimental study and numerical thermal deformation analysis in the home appliance, Video Cassette Recorder. Analyzing the change axial force of a set screw according to the change of temperature in the drum assembly, we can determine the initial torque in tightening set screw. The torque will have the preload boss not be separated from the bearing. Also we conduct the fundamental experiment to constitute a boundary condition of the numerical analysis. With the result of this study, we can change the material of preload boss, copper, for aluminum.

  • 탄막 슈팅 게임이란 적기의 총알로 가득 찬 탄막을 피하는 게임이다. 탄막 슈팅 게임은 탄막을 발사하는 각도, 좌표, 충돌들을 계산하는 알고리즘을 필요로 한다. 탄막의 움직임이나 형태, 그리고 플레이어 캐릭터와 보스들의 각각의 충돌 범위들과 좌표를 제어하고 관리하는 메소드들을 구현해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 탄막 알고리즘을 이용한 슈팅 게임 설계 및 구현 결과에 관한 내용을 다루고 있다. 추후 본 논문의 알고리즘을 활용하여 안드로이드 환경에서도 탄막 슈팅 게임에 쉽게 접근할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Control of Propeller Hub Vortex for Water Treatment Mixer (수처리 교반기의 프로펠러 허브 볼텍스 제어)

  • In this study, the generation of the propeller hub vortex was analyzed and a PBCF(Propeller Boss Cap Fins) was designed to control the propeller hub vortex. A RANS(Reynolds-averaged Navier-stokes) approach is employed to predict the hub vortex characteristics. The hub profile is an important factor but only a small increase (1.9%) of efficiency was obtained with the hub profile modification. The propeller hub vortex was eliminated by installing the PBCF and as a result, the propeller efficiency was increased by 5.6%.
