The objective of this study is to find out how strategic human resource management(SHRM) of a facility security firm affects its organizational culture and behaviors of its members. This study was executed in June 2010 with facility security officers(FSO) in four private security firms by using a judgment sampling technique. A total of 343 FSOs were used in final analysis. Coefficient of reliability(Cronbach's coefficient alpha) of the survey was 0.691. The conclusion was as follows: First, SHRM of facility security firms exert its influence on organizational culture. That is, promotion of education/training, compensation, making avid followers, and career development may facilitate settlement of hierarchical, development-oriented, agreement -based and rationality-oriented culture. Second, SHRM of security firms would affect organizational citizenship behaviors(OCB), i.e., the promotion of education/training, compensation, making avid followers, and career development would tend to enhance consideration for others and altruistic, participatory, conscientious and gentlemanly behaviors. On the other hand, if proper compensation is not made, above-mentioned behaviors would decrease. Third, organizational culture of security firms tends to affect OCB. That is, when hierarchical, development-oriented, agreement-based and rationality-oriented culture is settled, consideration for others, altruistic, participatory, conscientious and gentlemanly behaviors tends to be enhanced.

도로의 입체 정비제도 도입방안은 대도시의 교통난을 적극적으로 해결한다는 측면에서 새로운 시대의 교통대응 전략으로서 대두될 것으로 판단된다. 특히, 심각한 교통난을 겪고 있는 서울시로서는 이제도의 도입방안을 매우 긍정적으로 받아들일 수 있으리라 판단된다. 그러나 이 제도의 시행을 위해서는 관련법 제도의 검토와 구분 지상권 및 보상기준, 건설공사 및 유지관리를 위한 기준, 건설 후의 주변환경에 대한 고려 등 여러가지 문제점의 해결을 위한 대책 방안의 마련이 필요하리라 생각된다. 상기와 같은 관련법 제도의 검토와 관련하여 소음법규에 있어서도 개선이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

기업공개(Initial Public Offering, IPO)는 기업의 중요한 전략 중 하나로 IPO를 통해 가치를 평가받고 보상받으며 다음 단계로의 성장을 위한 자본을 조달할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 CEO의 개인적 특성이 IPO까지의 소요기간에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. CEO의 나이, 관련 전공 여부, 최종학력, 이전 업무경험이 IPO까지의 소요기간을 단축할 것이라고 가설을 제시하였다. 코스닥 벤처기업부, 신성장기업부에 상장한 318개 기업을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 기업 공개까지의 소요기간에는 CEO의 나이, 전공(의학계열), 최종 학력 등이 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구의 목적은 한일 온라인게임 시장의 고객을 세분화하여 국내기업이 일본 온라인게임 시장에 진출할 때 고려해야 될 전략을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위해 MCFA와 SOM을 이용하고자 한다. 먼저 MCFA를 통해 한일 온라인게임 시장의 고객 몰입에 영향을 주는 요인들이 무엇이며, 이러한 요인의 측정 동질성이 같은지를 먼저 검증하였다. 이러한 방법을 통해 검증된 요인으로는 도구, 보상, 디자인, 정보제공, 공동체를 들 수 있다. 다음으로 SOM을 이용해 위에서 구한 요인을 기준으로 한일 온라인게임 시장의 고객을 세분화하고자 한다. 이후 이렇게 세분화된 고객의 특성을 도출하기 위해 Decision Tree를 이용하고자 한다.

본 연구는 성과관리가 조직의 지속적인 성장과 발전의 혁신도구로써 조직성과에 영향을 미친다는 측면에서 공공부문의 균형성과표(BSC) 운용의 성공요인과 고려사항을 바탕으로 연구모형을 설정한 후 이를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 성과관리를 위한 BSC의 추진 관리 단계인 계획, 실행, 평가, 환류, 등 순환주기에 관련된 변수들을 독립변수로 하고, 조직성과에 관련된 변수들을 종속변수로 선정하여 독립변수가 종속변수에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. BSC를 구축 운영하고 있는 공공기관의 BSC 성과관리시스템 담당자에게서 설문조사를 실시하여 분석한 결과, BSC 운영 단계별 하위변수들은 상호간에 영향을 미치며, 조직성과에도 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과에 따른 정책적인 시사점은 성과관리를 조직 내에 촉진 유지하기 위한 조직적, 정책적, 전략적 환경을 조성하여야 한다는 점이다. 또한 공공부문에서 성과관리제도가 실패하는 가장 큰 이유는 객관적인 평가지표가 명확히 설정되지 않았거나 보상체계가 불충분하기 때문이다. 공공부문의 경쟁력 확보를 위해서는 구성원이 전략적 사고의식을 가져야 한다.

In process control, PPl controller including smith predictor was proposed for efficient control method because of the weak performance by the effect of long dead-time. But PPI controller can not guarantee of control performance at real plant because of sensitivity to model mismatch. Thus, In this paper, we presented new control parameter estimation strategy for compensating of model mismatch. The proposed startegy obtained useful result through various cases.

외국 IT선진 기업들은 비용절감, 우수인력 활용, 전락 시장에의 접근 등의 목적으로 해외 IT 아웃소싱은 물론, Business Process Outsourcing(BPO)도 활용하고 있다. 선진 글로발 기업들은 이미 우수인력을 선점하여 글로발 차원에서 경쟁력을 유지하고 있다. 비롯 늦었지만 최근 우리나라 IT 서비스 기업들도 해외에 개발센터를 설립하여 중국인력을 활용하기 시작하였다. 개발 인건비 절감이 주 목적이나 분산 원격개발의 프로세스를 정립하고 훈련하는 것도 부수적으로 기대하고 있다. 중국시장을 접근한다는 장기적 전략으로 현지회사와의 M&A, 교육 및 보상체계 제공, 사용 언어의 다변화 등을 통하여 우수인력의 적극 확보하는 것이 요구된다.

특허청에서 수행한 특허관리 실태조사에 의하면 기초적 특허관리의 출발점인 발명신고의 형식적인 운영, 전략적 특허관리의 출발점인 출원 전 심사, 보유 특허의 유지/포기 심사 등, 체계적인 심사평가의 운영체계 미비, 효율적 특허관리를 위한 직무발명 및 보상규정, 특허관리규정(발명신고, 출원, 선행기술조사, 등록, 유지 및 포기 등)과 이와 관련된 양식의 미비 등이 문제점으로 보고되고 있다. 따라서, 기업과 기관의 특허관리의 질적 제고를 위해서는 특허 등 지식재산의 효율적이고 전략적인 관리를 위해 특허관리 인력들이 쉽게 접근하고 활용할 수 있는 시스템의 보급이 필요하다. 특히, 효율적인 특허관리를 위해 기초가 되는 관련 규정, 양식 및 그 활용법, 효과적인 특허관리에 대한 업무 프로세스 등에 관한 통합관리 시스템 및 보급이 선행되어야 할 것이다.

People with auditory processing disorders(APD) do not exactly understand what they hear with normal hearing levels because of difficulties in the processing of auditory information in auditory nervous system. The purposes of this study are to investigate intervention strategies suggested by current literatures and to develop a guide map for APD intervention. The problem based intervention strategies are customized to the specific deficits of a subtype of Buffalo model and Bellis/Ferre model and general intervention strategies are recommended with compensatory strategy, auditory training, environmental modification and so on. Multidisciplinary team should determine and provide various intervention strategies to improve auditory capabilities of a child with APD intensively and persistently. APD intervention guide map is organized with four steps. It helps clinicians and teachers related with the intervention of APD find appropriate intervention strategies and process in order to reduce difficulties of a child with APD and a suspected APD.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the beyond budgeting model at Borealis Group. This company have succeed in beyond budgeting by rolling financial forecasts, balanced scorecard, Activity-based costing, and decentralized investment management. As study finding of this paper, proposed following items to domestic enterprises. The first, improvement of plan function of budgeting by rolling financial forecasts. the second, strategy and budget more than strong link by balanced scorecard. the third resource's strategic arrangement and efficient use. the fourth competitive advantage strategies associated with relative performance evaluation, the fifth, compensation public ownership by relative performance.
