Private blockchains can apply enhanced security policies that allow only authorized users to participate in the blockchain network. In addition, when used in a career management system where the validity of an individual's career is important, it has the suitable characteristics in terms of information integrity. However, due to the excessive performance requirements of blockchain technology, identifying performance characteristics through simulation can be helpful in stable operation of the system. This paper presents research results that utilized performance evaluation results while constructing a career management system based on the Ethereum blockchain. The service not only serves as a portfolio that records personal career development activities, certification acquisition, and award results, but also provides a community function for career planning to strengthen employment competitiveness. In addition, we present how a compensation policy can be executed to encourage users to participate in career development through community activities. In particular, an appropriate compensation policy was derived by reviewing changes in performance characteristics in accordance with the transaction volume on Geth nodes.

This study is designed to analyze the effect of the Job satisfaction which is composed of job itself, work place condition, reward, workload, social awareness by personal assistant for the Disabled on the service quality and to perceive the importance of job satisfaction of person assistance for the disabled, finding ways of enhancing job satisfaction in social welfare practice. For this purpose, total 218 personal assistants for the disabled'data were collected and analyzed. The results were personal assistant for the disabled'trait of sociology of population and general trait, job satisfaction, service quality, the correlation of job satisfaction and service quality, and the effect of job satisfaction on service quality. The results showed that personal assistant'job itself, reward, had a positive impact on service quality. On the basis of these results, significant practical implication are as follows; Firstly, there needs to be a expansion of education program for the job satisfaction of personal assistant for the disabled. Secondly, in relation to the reward of personal assistant for the disabled, the improvement of wage structure is requested.

이동통신망에서 RF 신호를 송수신하는 기지국(base station)과 이동 통신 신호의 교환 전송을 담당하는 중앙국(central station)을 광섬유로 연결하여 구성하는 SCM (Subcarrier Multiplexing) 전송 시스템은 미래의 음성, 영상, 데이터 서비스 등의 이동통신 시스템에 적용할 수 있기 때문에 최근 관심사가 커지고 있다. 이동통신망을 위한 SCM 광전송 시스템의 유용성에도 불구하고, CDMA RF 신호를 전송하는 과정에서 많은 물리적인 제약이 있다. 특히, 많은 가입자의 CDMA RF 신호가 하나의 레이저 다이오드(LD: Laser Diode)를 구동시킬 때, RF 신호의 합이 레이저 다이오드의 선형영역을 벗어나면 클리핑(clipping)이나 비선형 왜곡이 발생하여 시스템의 성능을 저하시키게 된다. 본 논문에서는 CDMA RF 신호의 SCM 광전송 성능분석을 통해 레이저 다이오드에 의해 발생하는 비선형 왜곡의 영향을 분석하고, 분석 결과로부터 레이저 다이오드에 의한 비선형 효과를 최소화 할 수 있는 비선형 왜곡 보상구조를 제안하였다. 또한 제안된 레이저 다이오드 비선형 보상기의 성능을 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통해 얻어진 BER로부터 측정하였다.

To attain competitiveness in the severe competition of retailing, retailing firm like Aekyung department store composites multiplex entertainment shopping mall with other firms as key tenants like LG supermarket, Books Libro, and CGV. But in multiplex entertainment shopping mall customers who have experienced a service failure in key tenant's shops usually ask a compensation of service failure to the lessor like department store. Even though customers of multiplex entertainment shopping mall know that key tenants use different service strategy, personnel management system and operation system and so on, they do not rare of it. Why they do that? How can we explain this situation? This study explains customer's complaining behaviors in multiplex entertainment shopping mall using attribution theory and justice theory. The study presents a comprehensive model about the effects of the perceived attribution and fairness on customer satisfaction and suggests practical implications for retailing firms composing multiplex entertainment shopping mall.

최근 정보통신서비스 시장은 다양한 요인에 의해 서비스 사업자간의 경쟁심화와 고객요구수준의 향상 등의 추세가 강화되고 있으며, 경쟁양상 측면과 고객이 사업자에게 요구하는 서비스 제공특성 등의 측면에서 많은 변화가 일어나고 있다. 특히, 정보통신서비스에 대한 서비스 제공 품질수준과 관련하여 SLA (서비스수준협약)의 중요도는 점차 증대하고 있으나, 대부분 해외의 선진사레나 고객의 요구내용 (VOC)을 여과 없이 반영해서 제공하는 추세여서, 사업자의 입장에서는 SLA를 제공하는 과정에서 다양한 유형의 문제점을 안고 있으며, 실질적인 효과를 거두고 있는 사례를 찾아보기 힘든 상황이다. 이와 같은 배경에서, 본 논문에서는 최근 다양한 분야에서 폭 넓게 활용되고 있는 6 시그마 방법론에서 제시하고 있는 다양한 도구들을 활용하여, 사업자가 SLA 제공체계를 수립하는 과정에서 필요한 서비스품질 보증항목의 도출 및 보증수준의 설정, 측정과 관련된 다양한 요소에 대한 설정 및 관리방법, 보상수준의 설정 등에 대한 체계적인 제공방법에 대해서 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문은 실시간 수급균형 및 안전도 유지를 책임지는 계통운영자가 효율적인 시장운영을 위한 보조서비스 확보를 위해 체계적인 보조서비스 제도 수립에 근간이 되는 보조서비스의 가치산정 및 적정보상에 대한 합리적 근거를 제시한다. 보조서비스 개선방안에 따른 시장참여자의 정산영향 평가 및 분석을 위한 비용분담, 수익배분 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 보조서비스 비용요소를 발굴하여 비용산정에 반영하고 비용분담 방안을 제시함으로써 전력계통운영에 필수적인 보조서비스 공급에 대한 유인이 확대될 것이다.

Recently, many researches have been focused on multi-view video applications and services such as wireless video surveillance networks, wireless video sensor networks and wireless mobile video. In multi-view video signal processing, to exploit the strong correlation between images acquired by different cameras plays great role in developing a core technique of multi-view video coding. This paper proposes an adaptive multi-view video interpolation technique which is applicable for multi-view distributed video coding without requiring any cooperation amongst the cameras. The proposed algorithm estimates the non-linear moving blocks and employs disparity compensated view prediction, and then fills in the unreliable blocks. Through computer simulations, it is shown that the proposed method outperforms the conventional methods.

전력시장의 도입과 함께 그동안 전력사업자가 자체적으로 운용하였던 계통보조서비스를 이제는 각 발전사에게 할당하여 공급하는 체계가 됨에 따라 이에 대한 적절한 보상이 주요 이슈화 되고 있다. 헌재 주파수제어나 예비력확보 등은 보상되고 있지만 무효전력 조정에 대해서는 아직까지 아무런 보상책이 없어 무효전력의 공급을 기피할 가능성이 있다. 그동안 무효전력의 최적비용에 대해서는 최적조류계산이나 한계송전손실계수 산정 등에 의해 각 모선별로 산정하는 방법은 연구되고 있지만 각 발전기의 변동비 측면의 접관은 실재 적용 가능한 현실적인 방법임에도 이에 대한 연구가 적었다. 여기서는 무효전력의 변동비를 산정하기 위해 손실에 따른 부가적 에너지를 구하고, 무효전력 운용 유지보수 비용 및 수명 저하에 따른 비용요소를 고려한다. 이 연구방법의 특징으로는 발전기측의 자료를 사용하여 각 발전기의 무효전력 공급에 따른 변동비를 산정할 수 있어 무효전력 공급에 대한 각 발전기별 보상을 할 수 있는 방법이다.

통신서비스의 QoS에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 서비스품질보증협약(SLA)의 중요성도 증대하고 있다. 통신사업자는 기업 사용자들의 QoS에 대한 요구수준을 만족시켜 주기 위해서 SLA의 제공을 확대하고 있으나, 여전히 통신사업자의 입장에서 SLA의 제공 내용을 설계하는 경향이 있다. SLA의 제공을 통해 달성하고자 하는 목적이 기업 사용자들의 통신서비스에 대한 서비스품질의 개선과 이를 통한 로열티 개선에 있다고 하면 이와 같은 접근과 시도는 앞으로 개선되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 이와 같은 문제점을 극복하기 위해서 SLA의 제공과 관련, 기업 사용자에 대한 설문조사를 통해 요구사항과 개선방향을 파악해 보는 것은 현재 시점에서 SLA 제공 과정에서 적절한 시도라고 판단된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 SLA 제공과정에서 통신사업자가 고려해야 하는 사항에 대해 주로 서비스품질보증항목 (SLO), 측정(Measurement), 보상(Penalty) 등 SLA의 주요 구성요소 와 차세대 네트워크의 구축에 따라 향후 추가적으로 요구될 수 있는 요소들에 대해 점검해 보고자 한다. 이를 통해 QoS 보장에 대한 가장 유용한 도구로서의 SLA 제공의 활용성과 극대화를 기대해 본다.

The satellite communications system application to the Broadband ISDN(BISDN) is now being studied. Asynchronous transfer mode(ATM) is the target for BISDN and makes it possible to offer multimedia services on the simple network structure. This paper clarifies the required functions to the ATM interface between the terrestrial network and satellite TDMA system to compensate cell delay variation caused by satellite link, to improve the transmission efficiency, to do usage parameter control and to configure TDMA/ATM hardware interface.
