  • 본 연구는 보건직 종사자의 행동유형에 따른 직무만족 및 조직몰입, 직무스트레스를 파악하여 바람직한 행동패턴을 제시하고자 시도하였다. 연구방법 : 부산 및 울산광역시의 종합병원과 병의원에서 1년이상 근무한 보건직 종사자 240명 중 자료의 누락이 없는 184명을 최종 분석 대상으로 하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS WIN 18.0을 사용하여 대상자의 일반적 특성 및 업무환경적 특성은 실수와 백분율로 행동유형에 따른 조직몰입과 직무만족, 직무스트레스는 ANOVA로 분석하였다. 연구결과 : 보건직 종사자의 행동유형에 따른 직무만족, 조직몰입에는 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 직무 스트레스에는 유의한 차이가 있었다.

Analysis of individual exposure dose of workers and clinical practice students in radiation management area (방사선관리구역내의 종사자 및 임상실습 학생의 개인피폭선량 분석)

  • 방사선구역내의 종사자 간의 피폭선량 비교와, 동일한 구역내에서 임상실습에 임하는 학생들의 선량을 비교하여 방사선방어의 최적화에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 2016년 1월부터 동년 12월까지 C대학병원 방사선관리구역에 재직중인 방사선관계종사자 121명과 방사선작업종사자 36명, 그리고 8주간의 임상실습을 이수한 121명의 학생을 비교 대상으로 하였다. 방사선관계종사자와 작업종사자 간의 평균 심부 및 표층선량은 관계종사자가 각각 $.7440{\pm}1.676mSv$$.7753{\pm}1.730mSv$ 가장 높게 나타났으며, 통계적으로 매우 유의하였다(p<.01). 3그룹간에는 심부선량의 경우 임상실습학생이 $.143{\pm}.136mSv$로 가장 높게 나타났고, 표층선량에서도 $.1513{\pm}.139mSv$로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 작업종사자가 두 경우 모두 가장 낮았으며, 그룹간의 평균의 차이는 통계적으로 매우 유의하였다(p<.01). 결론적으로 ALARA 원칙에 의거 철저한 관리가 필요하며, 특히 방사선안전관리의 사각지대에 놓여 있는 임상실습 학생에 대한 체계적인 피폭선량 관리가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

Development of a Perception of Importance on Patient Safety Management Scale (PI-PSM)for Hospital Employee (병원 의료종사자의 환자안전관리 중요성 인식 측정도구 개발)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a perception of importance on patient safety management scale (PI-PSM) for Hospital Employee. The PI-PSM was developed and vallidated as follows: item generation, vertification of content validity, pilot study, and test of validity and reliability. In order to verify preliminary instrument, data was collected from 280 hospital employees. Data were analyzed by Varimax factor analysis and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. There were 21 items in final instrument categorized into 4 factors as 'concern about patient safety management (7 items)', 'confidence about patient safety management (5 items)', 'will for patient safety management (5 items)', and 'recognition about patient safety management (4 items)'. The total varience explanined was 60.4%. The internal consistency, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. was .86, and reliability of the sucscales ranged from .69 to .87. The results of this study may useful to assess the perception of importance on patient safety management.

Analysis of Hospital Infection Control Awareness of Hospital Health Care Workers in Busan (부산지역 의료종사자들의 병원감염관리 인식 분석)

  • This study surveyed the health professionals in Busan with regard to their awareness of nosocomial infection control. According to the conclusion of this study, first, the level of awareness and performance of personal hygiene management, equipment sanitation management, and cleaning and environmental management increased as the level of education decreased. Also, when it comes to personal hand-washing, the level of awareness was higher among workers in primary, secondary and other medical institutions, where as the level of performance was higher among the group of medical practitioners. The differences were statistically significant at a significance level of .001. Medical practitioners also showed a higher level of awareness and performance of hospital sanitation management, which was statistically significant. Overall, as the level of awareness was lower than the level of performance, it seems that individuals need to thoroughly practice infection control, and realistic improvement measures need to be devised.

  • The current study is a meta analysis study to identify the factors related to infection management performance and the effect size according to the factors. Data collection was included from the data of KMBASE, RISS, KISS, DBpia, National Library of Korea, Pubmed, and EMBASE. R3.5.1 was used for the data analysis. A total of 22 factors were identified. The meta analysis showed the effect size as follows: gender(.16), age(.30), education(.32), beds(.28), needs of education in infection management(.44), participating in education of infection management(.25), recognition/knowledge in infection management(.70). Based on the findings, evidence based programs need to be provided to improve the infection management performance of health workers at Long-Term Care Hospitals.

보건산업 종사자의 교육훈련 참여 애로요인에 대한 분석연구

  • 교육훈련은 기업의 인적자본을 축적하고 혁신을 자극하여 공급측면을 확장한다. 또한 기업 경쟁력 강화에 따른 임금상승과 소비증대, 투자 확대 등 총수요 확장효과도 있다. 그러나 만성적인 현장의 인력 부족, 높은 비정규직 비율 등의 특성을 안고 있는 중소기업의 경우 근로자에 대한 교육훈련 비율이 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 미래신산업으로 평가받고 있는 보건산업분야 교육담당자 및 교육생을 대상으로 교육참여 애로사항을 조사하고 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 업종 및 기업규모와 관련 없이 가장 큰 애로요인은 교육에 참가할 시간부족이 나타났다. 업종별로는 병원분야가 제조업인 제약, 의료기기, 화장품분야 보다 시간적 제약에 대한 지적이 많아 병원분야 인력부족 문제가 교육 참여에도 영향을 미치고 있는 것을 보여주었다. 둘째, 지방소재 기업일수록 지리적 접근성을 애로요인으로 지적하고 있어 지역 교육 및 기업 현장으로의 찾아가는 교육의 필요성이 도출되었다. 셋째, 중소기업에서 교육정보 인지도를 문제로 지적했는데, 이는 교육 관련 조직이 미비한 중소기업일수록 교육정보 확보 및 사내전파가 낮기 때문으로 추정된다. 이러한 연구결과는 단기 다수교육과정 즉 카페테리아식 교육과정과 사이버과정을 통한 종사자들의 선택권 강화, 지역 및 기업 현장으로의 찾아가는 교육, 중소기업에 대한 지속적인 교육정보 제공 및 사내 전파, 교육참여 우수기업과 종사자에 대한 표창 등의 유인체계가 필요함을 시사한다.

Impact of Personal Health Information Security Awareness on Convenience (개인의료정보보안인식이 편의성에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of the research is that how awareness of importance of personal medical data, laws regarding personal medical data and perception gap regarding information of medical data system may affect usage of hospital convenience between a regular patient who has experienced hospital service and medical professionals. Preceding research analysis was conducted previous on establishing research model; 150 questionnaires to a regular patient and 150 questionnaires for a medical professional, total of 300 questionnaires were gathered for conducting a question investigation. First of all, the research concluded that there are a regular perception differences between a regular patient and medical professional. Moreover, there are perception differences among the different gender, age, and area of residence. Furthermore, medical professionals tend to consider that convenience of hospital usage will be increased if user strengthens recognition of security of personal medical data. Results of hypothesis stress that higher awareness of exposure of personal medical data and medical information system affect decision making convenience for a better usage of hospital. On the other side, awareness of laws related with personal medical information security does not affect decision making convenience of hospital usage and transaction. The results of the research analyzes with proof that strengthening awareness of personal medical data security positively increase convenience of decision making and transactions in selection of provided medical service.

Radiation Exposure According to Radiation Technologist' Working Departments (방사선 종사자 근무 분야별 피폭에 관한 검토)

  • Radiation dose to radiologists working at three hospitals in Seoul was investigated from Jan 1, 2006 to Dec. 31, 2006. The results are as follows. First, radiation dose to radiologists at a cardiac angiography room was measured as 1.41mSv, the highest while radiation dose to radiologists at a department of radiation oncology was measured as 0.64 mSv, the lowest. Second, radiation dose proves to be in direct proportion to the number of X-ray treatment. Third, as for the radiation dose in X-ray treatments, radiologists in cardiac angiography room are exposed to the largest amount of radiation while radiologists in diagnostic radiology department are exposed to the smallest amount of radiation. Last, radiation dose at a cardiac angiography room is the largest and is followed by nuclear medicine, diagnostic radiology, and radiation oncology departments in order. According to ICRP, exposure less than 20mSv per year is highly recommended while radiation dose is allowed as long as it is ranged less than 50mSv per year or 100mSv within a 5-year period. Taking into account the results, radiation exposure does not do any harm to radiologists at any related departments in Korean hospitals because the dose per year is less than 1.60mSv.

  • 시행 3년차에 들어가는 오리사육제한, 일명 휴지기제. 과연 휴지기제는 질병방역에 얼마나 큰 영향을 미쳤을까? AI 방역에 휴지기제가 도움이 됐다면 이를 통한 경제적 이득은 얼마나 될까? 오리사육 휴지기제로 가장 큰 피해를 입은 오리농가와 오리산업 종사자들에게는 얼마만큼의 보상이 이뤄졌을까? 많은 의문 속에 올해로 3년차 휴지기제가 시행을 앞두고 있다. 오리농가를 비롯한 계열업체는 고병원성 AI(조류인플루엔자)로 인한 타격에 휴지기제로 인한 수급 불균형까지 가중되면서 최악의 한해를 보내고 있다. 과연 이들을 위한 휴지기제의 검토는 이뤄졌을까. 오리산업 종사자들의 희생 위에 이뤄진 오리사육 휴지기제, 이대로 시행돼서는 안된다. 전면 재검토가 필요하다.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze major factors of turnover intention among job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in hospitals. The data were collected from 2 university hospitals and 2 general hospitals workers in Busan and Gyeongnam area from July. 3 to July. 19, 2013. The main results were summarized as follows. Job stress was a direct impact on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and an indirect impact via job satisfaction. It was a direct impact on employees turnover intention and an indirect impact via job satisfaction, organizational commitment. Job satisfaction was a direct impact on organizational commitment and an indirect impact on employees turnover intention via organizational commitment. Organizational commitment was a direct impact on employees turnover intention. Finally, in order to decrease turnover intention, controling job stress is important. Hospital staffs should develope programs for hospital employees to reduce job stress and enhance their ability.
