According to the increase of medical demand for aged, many of geriatric hospitals have been needed. But Korea has been short of them and has not prepared the planning guidelines. This paper aimes to identify the design concept of geriatric hospitals and provides the basic data for architectural planning of these hospitals.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the facllity management data for hospitals. The work scope of facility management(FM) for hospitals was comprehensively and concretely classified. The methods of FM are compared between Korean hospitals and Japan hospitals. A domestic hospital has some problems in FM. Some indexes of FM are abstracted in the Korean hospital through the comparison.

일어서는 동작은 일상생활에서 하는 가장 일반적인 행동 중의 하나이며, 다른 동작으로의 전환을 위한 준비자세이기도 하다(Riley PO 등 1991). Corrigan D 등(2001)에 따르면 1987년 65세 이상의 공공시설(병원, 재활시설 등)에서 기거하지 않는 약 2백만 명의 노인이 일어서는 동작에서 어려움을 느낀다고 한다. 또한 무릎의 신근(신전을 담당하는 근육)이 약화된 환자들에게도 앉은 자세에서 일어서는 동작은 무릎에 가장 무리를 주는 동작 중의 하나로 작용한다. (중략)

고병원성가금인플루엔자 발생 이후 양계업 경기가 좀처럼 살아나지 않는 가운데 양계농가 뿐만 아니라 관련업체들도 고전을 면치 못하고 있다. 이러한 어려움 속에서도 강원도 원주시 우산동에 자리한 미성종합축산기계(대표 김순중, 46)는 20년간 양계인들과 함께하면서 축산기자재 공급은 물론 집란기 및 할란기를 일본에 수출하는 등 어려움을 이겨나가고 있으며, 금년에는 중국으로부터 저렴하면서도 튼튼한 중국산 양계시설(케이지 등 일체)을 국내에 선보이면서 양계인들로부터의 선택의 폭을 넓혀주는 역할을 하고 있다. 또한 1992년 한국축산기자재협회를 설립할 당시 초창기 멤버로 참여하면서 업계발전에 힘을 쏟았고, 1991년부터 시작된 한국양계박랍회에 집란시스템을 출품하면서 축산자동화시설을 보급하는데 큰 기여를 해왔다.

Considering the rapid growth of elderly population and the increase of medical demand for aged, many of geriatric hospitals are needed in Korea. On the other hand, supplies of hospitals for acute care are considered to be excessive. So many of small and medium hospitals facing management problems have been converged to geriatric hospitals. These attempts are considered resonable for efficient utilization of health care resources in Korea. This paper aims to identify the concept of geriatric hospital and to analyze the problems and then to seek the alternatives for architectural planning on the basis of surveying the geriatric hospitals converged from hospitals for acute care.

전 세계적으로 공공데이터를 민간에 개방하고자 하는 노력으로 오픈데이터(Open Data) 정책을 도입하고 있다. 최근 보건의료에서는 삶의 방식과 환경의 변화로 인해 다양한 질병에 노출될 가능성이 증가하면서 예방과 진료를 목적으로 의료기관을 이용하려는 고객의 수 또한 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 이 논문에서는 공공데이터 심사평가원에서 제공하는 보건의료 공공데이터를 활용하여 의료기관 정보에 대한 대용량 데이터를 활용하여 앱을 개발하였다. 개발된 내용은 심사평가원의 의료기관별 정보와 구글 맵 Open API를 통해 병원 위치를 지도를 통해 제공하며, 추가적으로 각 병원별 진료과목, 시설 정보 등의 상세정보를 제공한다.

본 연구에서는 화재시 재실자의 안전한 피난을 유도하는 피난유도시설의 설치기준과 지하철역사, 대형편의점(마트), 종합병원 등 의료시설, 학교 등 교육시설과 같은 불특정 다수의 사람이 이용하는 건축물에 설치된 피난 유도등의 현장적용사례와 유지관리 실태를 조사하였다. 이러한 건축물에서 재실자의 피난에 영향을 미치는 요소, 예상되는 인명 안전 등에 대하여 분석하여 문제점을 도출하였다. 본 연구결과는 기존의 소방시스템의 문제점으로 지적되고 있는 화재 발생 위치와 확산 경로에 관계없이 획일적으로 피난 방향을 표시하고 있는 시스템의 개선을 위한 최적의 피난 경로를 표시하는 인공지능형 방향성 유도등 개발에 활용할 것이다.

Effects of various factors related to the process of social action of hospital services on the selecting a hospital were investigated by using of questionnaires answered by 1,319 patients in a certain University Hospital, in Chungchongnam-Do, from November, 1986 to November, 1987. The results summarized were as follows ; 1. Each of the examined factors, that is, sincerity of an attendant physician in medical treatment and explaining the condition of a disease, confidence to doctor and nurse, doctor's and nurse's response to calling by patient, kindness of the hospital staffs and food handlers, sanitariness of hospital, cleanness of clothes and bed sheets, hospital foods, and rest surroundings, are not solely decisive to attitude of hospital utilization, but the factors effects compositely on hospital utilization 2. Hospital services of the social action process are more effective to hospital utilization in cases of the hospitalization caused by the traffic facility than for the medical skill and facilities.

The purpose of this study was to examine the state of convenience facilities for the disabled in dental institutions in an effort to provide some information on the improvement of the accessibility of disabled people to dental institutions. A survey was conducted on the licensed dental institutions in the city of Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province, from March to April, 2011. The findings of the study were as follows. The dental offices were the majority of the dental institutions investigated, and for the establishment of the dental institutions. Some of the offices were established before 1990, and some were established in 2011. The time period of establishment varied within the offices. As for the location of the dental institutions within the buildings, they were mostly on the second or third floor. Regarding the convenience facilities for the disabled, the most installed convenience facilities were boardwalks and elevators, and the least installed ones were parking lots and restrooms for the disabled. The hospitals and public dental centers were equipped with all the convenience facilities investigated in this study. Overall, the dental institutions that were established in and after 2006 were equipped with more convenience facilities than the dental institutions that were established before 1990. And the dental clinics that were on the third or higher floor were more equipped with elevators and outdoor slope ways than those that were on the first or second floor. Therefore the revision of the law is required to urge even the primary dental institutions to compulsorily install the convenience facilities. The findings of the study are expected to make a contribution to the improvement of the accessibility of disabled people to dental institutions.

This study was to find out recognition of customers on association between necessity of Hospital Brand Identity and service value, to suggest efficiency contents of public relations(PR) for give shape to positive emotion or emotional empathy about hospital. The result of study, necessity of Brand Identity in hospital PR contents was recognized to order facility environment specialized sector of medical service scale of hospital reputation of doctor, recognized to higher necessity of Hospital Brand Identity in case lower to use of practical hospital. In association between necessity of Brand Identity and service value of Hospital Brand Identity was confirmed to be higher recognize service value if more higher recognize necessity about scale and reputation of doctor. Accordingly, to suggest PR contents for give shape to positive and emotional empathy in relation of customers, small and medium hospitals will important finding process a specific character in each other hospitals, the value will be consider for efficiency marketing to reflect opinions of customers.
