The purpose of this study is to propose a success model for hospital information system(HIS) based on the information system success model proposed by DeLone and McLearn. This study was conducted to examine the relationships among hospital information system quality such as information quality, system quality, and service quality, user satisfaction, individual performance, and hospital performance. The information quality was examined as accuracy and timeliness, the system quality as security and reliability, and the service quality as convenience and playfulness. We collected 209 questionnaires from hospital employees from October to December 2020, analyzed the structural equation model using AMOS 25. According to the analysis results, The information accuracy in the hospital information system had an effect on user satisfaction, but the timeliness did not. System security and reliability affected user satisfaction, but convenience did not. On the other hand, enjoyment had a positive effect on user satisfaction, and user satisfaction was found to have a positive effect on individual and hospital performance. The results of this study will be able to provide meaningful guidelines for researchers and practitioners in healthcare as well as hospital information systems.

최근 우리나라는 대형병원이 증가하고 의료시장 개방에 따른 외국병원의 국내유입으로 중소병원은 환자의 수가 줄고, 우수한 의료진 확보가 어려워지는 등 심각한 경영난을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중소병원 경쟁 확보방안을 제시를 위해 원격의료서비스를 포함한 의료서비스 품질이 환자만족도에 미치는 영향을 보고자 하였다. 중소병원에서 시행하는 사전 약 처방에 있어 전화원격의료서비스를 받은 고객을 대상으로 의료서비스품질이 환자만족도에 미치는 영향을 설문을 통해서 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 통해서 기존의 의료서비스인 병원 환경 및 의료진 서비스 요인보다는 원격의료서비스요인이 의료서비스만족도에 보다 높은 영향을 미치는 관계를 검증하였다. 이를 통해 연구적 시사점을 도출하고, 중소형 병원의 의료서비스개선을 위한 전략수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다.

현재의 병원 전산 시스템은 각 병원의 자체 전산화 구축으로 인하여 각 개인의 진료기록 및 처방전 등 개인의 신상 자료가 한 병원에 국한되어 있고 타 병원 및 공공기관에서의 진료기록 필요시 진단서를 발급해야 하는 불편함이 초래하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 개인의 신상 기록 및 진료기록 통합 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 통합데이터베이스 서버를 구축하고 각 병원 및 약국에서는 전용선을 통하여 접속함으로서 개인의 진료기록 및 처방전을 각 병원과 약국에서 공유할수 있게 되어 병원관리의 투명성과 신뢰성이 제고된다.

전 세계적으로 공공데이터를 민간에 개방하고자 하는 노력으로 오픈데이터(Open Data) 정책을 도입하고 있다. 최근 보건의료에서는 삶의 방식과 환경의 변화로 인해 다양한 질병에 노출될 가능성이 증가하면서 예방과 진료를 목적으로 의료기관을 이용하려는 고객의 수 또한 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 이 논문에서는 공공데이터 심사평가원에서 제공하는 보건의료 공공데이터를 활용하여 의료기관 정보에 대한 대용량 데이터를 활용하여 앱을 개발하였다. 개발된 내용은 심사평가원의 의료기관별 정보와 구글 맵 Open API를 통해 병원 위치를 지도를 통해 제공하며, 추가적으로 각 병원별 진료과목, 시설 정보 등의 상세정보를 제공한다.

본 논문은 디지털 플랫폼과 헬스케어 서비스를 통합한 병원 애플리케이션(병원 앱)의 개발 및 활용에 초점을 맞춘다. 목표는 환자와 의료 제공자 간의 의사 소통과 효율성을 향상시키는 것이다. 이 연구는 병원 앱의 주요 기능과 이점을 탐색하고, React Native를 사용하여 기술적 측면과 디자인 원칙을 제공하고, 적절한 사용 및 보안을 위한 지침을 검토한다. 이 연구는 병원 앱의 잠재력과 장점을 평가하고 의료 서비스 효율성과 품질을 향상시키기 위한 실용적인 지침을 제공하고 있다. 병원 앱의 통합으로 환자 치료, 커뮤니케이션을 개선하고 의료 프로세스를 간소화할 수 있다. React Native와 같은 기술을 활용하여 약속 일정, 예약 확인, 의료 정보 액세스, 의료 전문가 디렉토리와 같은 기능을 구현하여 포괄적인 사용자 경험을 제공할 수 있다. 지침과 규정을 준수하는 것은 의료 데이터의 적절한 사용과 보호를 보장하는 데 필수적이다. 향후 연구에서는 인공 지능 및 원격 의료와 같은 신기술을 병원 앱에 통합하고 장기적인 영향을 평가할 수 있다. 이 분야의 지속적인 개발과 혁신은 디지털 시대에 의료 서비스를 변화시킬 잠재력을 가지고 있다.

현대사회 조기의 일원으로서 병원이 그 관리기능을 극대화하고자 도입하고 있는 병원 전산제도가 점차 병원에서 그 효용성에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있는듯 하다. 이는 병원경영의 효율화가 병원에서의 도래한 주된 현안과제인 만큼 병원전산화의 운용에 있어 그 실용도가 점차 인식되어가고 있는 현상이기도 하겠다. 본 고는 이러한 현실에서 병원 전산화의 이해를 돕고자 병원경영정보의 중심이라고 할 환자관리부문과 회계관리 부문을 중심으로 그 운용 방안에 관해 이모저모를 살펴보고자 한다.

통신기술과 의료장비의 발달은 환자에 대한 의료혜택의 기회를 확대하고, 최상의 의료서비스를 제공하려는 병원들에 있어서 전산 시스템은 빼놓을 수 없는 병원내 주요 기반시설로서 등장하게 되었다. 멀티미디어 기술과 정보통신의 발달은 의료분야의 정보화 및 자동화 기술 발전에 커다란 영향을 주어 의료 영상 및 각종 의료정보를 고속의 네트워킹 올 통해 전송할 수 있는 PACS(Picture Archiving and Communications System)의 개발을 가능하게 하였다. 본 논문에서는 무선네트워크의 발달과 PDA(Personal Digital Assistants)의 보편화에 따라 PDA를 이용하여 HIS(Hospital Information System)/RIS(Radiology Information System)/PACS의 자료를 검색 및 갱신할 수 있도록 설계하고, 현재 병원의 데이터베이스와 PDA의 연동이 가능하도록 병원관리 에이전트를 분석 및 설계하였다.

현재 우리나라의 모든 산업계에서는 컴퓨터시스팀을 도입하여 사무자동화(O.A;Office Automation)와 공장자동화(F.A;Factory Automation)등을 통하여 생력화는 물론 이에 관련된 제반 정보를 축적, 활용하여 경영의사결정에 이용되고 있다. 병원의 경우, 아무리 규모가 작더라도 타산업에 비할 수 없을 정도의 많은 정보가 생산되고 있으며 이렇게 생산된 정보를 사장시키지 않고 축적, 활용하기 위해서는 전산시스팀의 도입이 불가피하다. 그러나 실제로 시스팀 도입하기까지에는 기술적, 행정적으로 많은 문제점이 따르며 따라서 시스팀도입의 성공여부는 그 접근방법에 좌우된다고 할 수 있다. 다음은 1987년 3월호 'Hospital and Heathl Services Revew'지에 실린 영 Hammer smith and Queen Charlotte's SHA*의 사례로서 시스팀의 도입, 운영, 기타사항들을 소개하기로 한다.

The purpose of this study was to summarize the results of a survey for physicians with specialties other than radiology about imaging studies of patients referred from other institutions. The survey was promoted through individual contacts or social network service and physicians who voluntarily responded to the survey were the subjects of the study. The questionnaire consisted of 11 questions about basic information and referrals about medical imaging. A total of 160 physicians from 30 specialties participated in the survey and 95.6% of the respondents worked in tertiary care center or general hospital. Patients were frequently referred with outside medical images. The most frequently referred imaging modalities were computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging. However, radiological reports from outside institutions were rarely referred. Most physicians thought that reinterpretation for outside imaging is necessary to acquire a secondary opinion. In conclusion, considering that outside radiological reports are frequently missing and there are high demands on reinterpretation for outside imaging, guidelines for referral of radiological reports with medical imaging, basic elements of radiological reports, and reinterpretation need to be developed.
