Multimetric Measurement Data Monitoring System Using Sigmoid Function (시그모이드 함수를 이용한 다중 계측데이터 모니터링 시스템)

  • In order to intuitively grasp the earth pressure direction acting on the structure and displacement state, displacement data in the horizontal and vertical directions were processed using the sigmoid function. A displacement coordinate system was set up for each axis. The system can intuitively check the current displacement and assess the management stage of each point. A displacement path can be compiled from continuously recorded points, allowing trends in the displacement's history and stress direction to be known. Analysis of data measured for excavated ground, found that displacement occurred in the direction of destressing at all points, and that the points' management state steady. Similar behavior trends were found among measurement points with high spatial correlation, whereas differing behavior trends occurred among measurement points with low spatial correlation. If the correlation analysis of the precursor and behavior area is performed using the continuously distributed surface settlement data and displacement coordinate system, it will be possible to predict the failure time and area.

  • Displacement of tunnel face is important issues for the evaluation of tunnel safety. In this study, conventional convergence and displacement data measured from horizontal inclinometer were analyzed to investigate the trend and characteristics of tunnel deformation during construction. Trend of measured displacement agreed with general understanding of tunnel deformation prior to excavation. It shows that displacement measured from horizontal inclinometer can be used to preestimate the total deformation of tunnel.

Simultaneous measurement of in-plane and out-of-plane displacement using holographic interferometry (홀로그래피 간섭계를 이용한 횡변위와 종변위의 동시 측정)

  • We set up a four-wave holographic interferometer using a symmetric dual-beam illumination which is to measure in-plane and out-of-plane displacement simultaneously. In order to acquire the displacement phase map we applied the phase-shifting method and removed the noise of the phase map with least-squares fitting. In this approach the access to information relative to both the difference and sum of phases existing in the two arms of four-wave holographic interferometer was allowed. As a result, in-plane and out-of-plane displacement was measured to the accuracy of λ/40 and λ/100, respectively at λ=632.8nm

  • 본 논문에서는 절리면 거칠기를 정밀하게 수치화 하기 위해 레이저 변위계를 이용한 3차원 거칠기 측정기를 구동시키는 프로그램 제작 및 여러 가지 상태의 절리면에 대해 수치화를 실시하여 각종 거칠기 파라미터를 결정한 후 오차분석을 실시하여 이 기계를 이용한 측정의 타당성을 검증하였다. 동일한 절리면에 대해 물리적인 접촉에 의한 3차원 거칠기 측정기로부터 얻어진 거칠기 파라미터와 레이저 변위계를 이용한 측정기로부터 얻어진 것들 사이의 관계를 살펴보았고, 레이저 측정기에 의해 수치화된 절리면 거칠기 파라미터 사이의 상관관계를 조사하였다. 연구에 사용한 시료는 황등화강암, 여산대리석의 2종류이며, 절리형상 측정을 위한 절리는 인장균열 발생장치를 이용하여 인공적으로 제작하였다.   • This paper reports design and demonstration of optical systems for reflective-type remote optical displacement sensors. Optical systems for light illumination sources and a position sensitive detector (PSD) for the displacement sensor were developed to sense displacement of bridges and instability of skyscrapers in a distance range from 10 m to 250 m to an accuracy better than a few mm. Performance of the optical systems was verified by composing a displacement sensor and by using it in measurement of displacement of a remote target with proper reflective optics depending on distance. The displacement sensor was composed of two LED light sources, each with collimating optics, and a two-dimensional PSD with telescope-type optics. Its displacement resolutions was measured to be 0.1 mm at a distance of 10 m and less than 3 mm at a distance of 250 m.

  • 현재 정밀한 길이를 측정하기 위해서는 광 간섭계를 이용한 측정기술이 주로 사용되어지고 있다. 이러한 광 간섭계의 발전과 더불어 이보다 더 높은 분해능을 얻기 위해 광파장보다 1000배 정도 짧은 엑스선을 이용한 변위 측정 기술개발이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 엑스선을 이용한 간섭계를 제작하고, 광 간섭계와 결합된 광/엑스선 복합간섭계를 구성하여 광 간섭계가 안고 있는 자체의 비선형성이 제거된 정밀 변위 측정 시스템을 구성하였다. 그 응용으로써, 제작된 광/엑스선 복합간섭계를 이용하여 나노미터 영역에 서 사용하는 transducer의 비선형성을 측정하였다.

  • It is important to measure the displacement behind and ahead of a tunnel face during construction for evaluating mechanical stability by comparing it to a displacement criteria set by tunnel designers. The 30 m long horizontal inclinometer was installed frontward from the tunnel face and the displacement occurred ahead of a tunnel face during excavation was measured by using it. Tunnel arch settlements behind tunnel face were surveyed using a settlement pins on the arch. So total settlement and longitudinal displacement curve were obtained combining settlement measured by both the horizontal inclinometer ahead of tunnel face and the settlement pins behind the tunnel face.

Field-Induced Strain and Polarization Characteristics of La-Modified PMN-PT Ceramics (La 변성 PMN-PT계 강유전체의 전계유기변위와 분극특성)

  • Pb(Mg$_{1}$3/Nb$_{2}$3)O$_{3}$[PMN]-PbTiO$_{3}$[PT]계 고용체의 상경계조성(MPB)영역에 대해 La을 첨가하여 변성시킨 La변성 (1-x)PMN-xPT(x=0.35) 고용체를 만들어 온도-유전율 특성, 전계유기 분극특성 및 변위특성을 조사하였다. PMN-PT의 상경영역의 조성인 x=0.35에 대해 La함량을 0-10at%까지 변화시켰다. PMN-PT계 고용체에서 PT 의 함량이 증가함에 따라 전계유기변위 및 히스테리시스 특성이 모두 증가하였다. 전계유기변위 값 $\varepsilon$ 는 능면정과 정방정의 공존영역인 MPB(x=0.35)조성에서 가장 높은 값($\varepsilon$ = 2 x $10^{-3}$)을 보여 주었다. MPB조성에 대해 La을 첨가한 계의 전계유기변위를 조사한 결과 La의 첨가량이 적을 때 (La=0-5at%)는 La의 함량이 증가함에 따라 히스테리시스 특성이 감소하였고 $\varepsilon$ 은 증가하여 고성능의 액튜에이터 재료에 적합한 조성물로 기대된다.

  • Two double-exposure holograms are made in the different view angle at the same time, using laser, by overlapping before and after the static deformation. These images are transfered to the computer. The fringe patterns of holograms are recognized by image processing and each component of the displacement and strain at each point of the specimen is obtained by vector analysis, and the results were presented in the graphical form. For the verification of all the ment process, the two experimental cases, the in-plane displacement by tension load and the out-of-plane displacement by bending load, are measured. These results are compared with the exact solution.
