뒤틈없는 감속기 설계

  • 감속의 가장 일반적인 형태는 기어 감속일 것이다. 백래쉬를 허용할 경우 전달효율이 98%까지 얻을 수 있지만 백래쉬를 중일수록 효율은 줄어들고 기어가공의 오차가 출력으로 나타나게 되어 정밀 감속기로 쓰기 위해서는 연삭등을 해야만 하게 된다. 본 논고에서는 최근 개발된 여러 종류의 감속기의 구동원리와 그들의 장단점을 들고 로보트에의 응용성을 고찰 해보고자 한다.

Nonlinear Flutter Analysis of Missile Fin considering Dynamic Stiffness of Actuator (구동장치의 동강성을 고려한 미사일 조종날개의 비선형 플러터 해석)

  • Nonlinear aeroelastic analyses of a missile control fin are performed considering backlash and dynamic stiffness of actuator. Doublet-Hybrid method is used for the calculation of subsonic unsteady aerodynamic forces, and aerodynamic forces are approximated by the minimum-state approximation. For nonlinear flutter analysis backlash is represented by a free-play and is linearized by using the describing function method. Also, dynamic stiffness is function of frequency and is calculated by solving equation of motion for actuator. The linear and nonlinear flutter analyses show that the aeroelastic characteristics are significantly dependent on the backlash and dynamic stiffness. From the nonlinear flutter analysis, various types of limit cycle oscillations are observed in a range of air speeds below the linear divergent flutter boundary. The nonlinear flutter characteristics and the nonlinear aeroelastic responses are also investigated in the time domain.

Control of Nonlinear Uncertain System with Backlash by Disturbance Observer (백래쉬가 존재하는 비선형 불확실 시스템의 외란관측기를 이용한 제어)

  • Backlash in the actuator is one of the most important nonlinearities that limit the performance of speed and position control of mechanical systems. In this paper, we propose disturbance observers in order to estimate the effect of nonlinearities and cancel them subsequently. As a result the disturbance observers make the nonlinear system behave linearly. And finally we show that the disturbance observers guarantee the system robustness and the performance to reject the effect of backlash in the face of parameter uncertainties.

Dynamic Analysis of Vehicle Steering System Including Gear Backlash (기어의 백래쉬를 고려한 승용차 조향계의 동특성 연구)

  • The problem related to the rotational vibration at steering wheel end of passenger cars during high speed driving is investigated. to analyze vibration of steering wheel, a steering system of passenger car is modelled in twelve degrees of freedom including backlash effect of rack and pinion gear system. The one degree of freedom system with backlash in investigated by the analytical method. Consequently the skeleton curve and the frequency response curves are computed. The steering system is analyzed by the numerical simulation using the 4th order Runge-Kutta method, the obtained results are compared with the experimental data. Also the effects of the change of rack gear tooth stiffness and backlash on the acceleration level of steering wheel are investigated. As a result, it can be found that the acceleration level of steering wheel becames lower as the rack gear tooth stiffness becames higher, and that acceleration level becames high as the magnitude of backlash between rack and pinion gear increase.

  • In this paper, In order to make up for the weak point of driving structure that existing used single motor in motor design, as a method to make use of advantage for joint of hollow type, we propose implementation methods for high torque, high precision, backlash less, and design of secondary safety device, and application method through joint organization using multiple motors.

  • Main sources of the vibration in gear driving system are transmission error and backlash. Transmission error is the difference of the rotation between driving and driven gear due to tooth deformation and profile error. Vibro-impacts induced by backlash between meshing gears lead to excessive vibration and noise in many geared rotation systems. Nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the gear driving system due to transmi- ssion error and backlash are investigated. Transmission error is calculated for spur gear. Nonlinear equation of motion for the gear driving system is developed with the calculated transmission error and backlash. Numerical analysis of the equation and the experimental results show the existence of meshing frequency, superharmonic compon- ents. Instability of the gear driving motion is found on the basis of Mathieu equation. Rattle vibration due to backlash is also discussed on the basis if nonlinear jump phenomenon.

  • The small gear reductioner noise is caused by gear accuracy, assembling errors, and gear backlash. This main study is an investigation on noise quality of the small gear reductioner through the change of gear backlash. In this study included Gear design parameters related the small gear reductioner, the knowledge of rattle noise related gear backlash, and the experimentation results of the small reductioner noise through change of gear backlash. At last, this study propose the least method of the small gear reductioner noise that is caused by suitable existence of gear backlash.

  • Korea is the best country for ship-building. But nowadays, the speedboat and yacht are not mostly developed yet. For the sleek lines of ship, more innovative transmission system should be obtained in the ship industry. In general, marine transmissions often use the straight shafts and the helical gears. So it makes problem that engine-room requires large space. In this case, conical gear is the best solution for this. Until now, technology of conical gear is not generalized, but it will be increased more through many applications. So, in order to get conical gear design technology by ourselves, this thesis is conducted. This paper was written to gain useful information of marine gearbox design applied conical gear through the measurement of backlash, computer analysis and tooth contact test of helical conical involute gear pairs.

  • 본 논문에서는 RF 플라즈마 발생 장치인 RF-Match의 기구적 최적 설계를 제안하였다. RF-Match의 정합소자 구동 기어단의 효율 개선을 위해 베벨기어를 웜기어로 대체 설계하여 백래쉬를 제거하였으며, 정합소자의 고전력 인가로 인한 아크 발생 문제의 해결을 위해 접지를 개선하여 RF-Match의 기구적 성능을 향상 시켰다.
