적응형 인자모델과 배기속도지표를 이용한 건식 전공펌프 시스템의 실시간 상태진단

  • 본 논문에서는 반도체의 제조공정 중 작동되는 건식 전공펌프에서 측정한 다중변수들의 통계적, 물리적 특성을 소개한다. 흡기부 및 배기부 압력과 부스터/드라이펌프의 소비전류와 같은 상태변수의 변위 분포는 2개 이상의 특징적인 구간으로 나뉘는 특성을 가지고 있다. 특히 흡기부 압력 데이터는 펌프의 성능상태를 직접적으로 나타내는 배기 속도를 유추할 수 있는 특성을 내포하고 있다. 이러한 관측을 통해 발견한 통계학적 특성을 나타내기 위해 적응형 인자모델(APM)을 이용한 진공펌프 시스템의 실시간 진단 기법을 개발하였다. 동시에 공정 중에 배기속도를 유추 할 수 있는 배기속도지표(PSI)를 제안하여 펌프의 성능 상태를 간접적인 방법으로 관찰하는 기법을 개발하여, 두 기법을 통한 진공펌프 시스템의 상태변화 진단 결과의 경향이 동일함을 확인하였다.

  • 저진공 펌프 제작시 ISO, AVS 등의 국제규격에 ?춤은 필수이고, 도달진공도, 압력구간별·가스별 배기속도, 소음, 기름증기 역류, 압축비 등이 이에 해당된다. 큰 체적의 시험용기가 구비되어 있지 않은 경우에는 배기감압법 대신 일정유량 Q를 흘려 시험용기내에 일정압력 P를 유지시키면서 배기속도를 S=Q/P식으로 구하는 일정압력법을 사용한다. 이 실험은 800~2000 l/min급 유회전 펌프와 드라이 펌프로 압력별 배기속도를 측정, 분석하여 평가방법을 수립하였다. 또 국가 유량 표준기인 sonic nozzle을 reference로 하여, 기존의 유량측정 장비와의 오차를 비교하였다. 온도 상승도를 측정, 압력과의 상관관계를 비교하였고, 오차가 적은 CDG(1, 10, 100torr)를 사용하여, 압력측정의 정확도를 높였다. 비교적 outgassing이 적은 SUS 재질의 chamber를 썼고, 유량조절 장치로 미세누출밸브를 사용하였다.

돼지 체외수정란의 체외발육에 있어서 Sodium Pyruvate와 Hemicalcium Lactate 및 Glucose의 영향

  • 본 연구는 돼지의 미성숙란을 체외에서 성숙, 수정시킨 후 생산된 체외수정란을 NCSU23 체외배양액에 sodium pyruvate, hemicalcium lactate 및 glucose를 첨가해 돼지 체외수정란의 체외발육에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. NCSU23 체외배양액에 Glucose 0 mM, 2.78 mM, 5.56 mM 및 11.12 mM을 처리하여 체외배양한 결과 분할율은 glucose처리구가 무처리구에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 성적을 나타냈으며(P<0.05), 상실배까지 체외발육률 또한 glucose처리구가 무처리구에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 성적을 나타냈다 (P<0.05). 한편 배반포까지의 체외발육율은 5.56 mM 처리구가 다른 처리구에 비해 높은 경향을 나타냈지만 통계적 유의성은 인정되지 않았다. Glucose와 0.4mM sodium pyruvate, 2mM hemicalcium lactate 공동배양 처리구와 glucose를 첨가하지 않은 처리구의 분할율은 처리구간 커다란 차이를 나타내지 않았으며, 상실배기 이상 발육된 체외 발육율도 처리구간 커다란 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 또한, 각 처리구간 분할율은 hemicalcium lactate와 glucose공동배양 처리구가 가장 좋은 성적을 나타냈지만 통계적 유의성은 인정되지 않았으며, 상실배기 이상 발육된 체외 발육율은 hemicalcium lactate만 첨가한 처리구가 가장 좋은 성적을 나타냈지만 통계적 유의성은 인정되지 않았다. Sodium pyruvate를 체외수정 후 8시간, 48시간, 96시간, 120시간에 제거하였을 때 분할율은 sodium pyruvate를 제거하는 시기가 늦어질수록 분할율이 향상되는 경향을 나타냈지만 통계적 유의성은 인정되지 않았다. 또한, 상실배기 이상 발육된 체외 발육율은 제거하는 시기가 늦어질수록 체외 발육율이 향상되는 경향을 나타냈지만 통계적 유의성은 인정되지 않았다. 본 연구의 결과 돼지 체외수정란의 체외배양시 glucose의 첨가는 체외발육을 증진시키는 결과가 있었으며, glucose와 sodium pyruvate, hemicalcium lactate 공동배양은 체외배양에 별다른 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.

Effects of Exhaust Pipe Curvature on the Exhaust Noise of a Diesel Engine (디이젤 엔진에서 排氣管의 屈曲度가 排氣 騷音에 미치는 影響)

  • It is often occurred that exhaust pipe of an internal combustion engine should be bent due to some geometrical constraints. Especially for automobiles most of exhaust pipes of engines have curvature to avoid rear axles. In this paper effects of pipe curvature on the exhaust noise of a diesel engine have been studied experimentally. Experiments were carried out on a 4-cycle, 2164cc diesel engine. Two types of curvature, circular arc and retangle, were tested. Sound pressure level (SPL) and power spectrum of the exhaust noise were measured by inserting bent pipes of different curvature dimensions into the exhaust pipe at various engine operating conditions. The following results were obtained from this study. Among the engine operating conditions the exhaust noise was affected mainly by engine revolution speed. The noise was reduced by the circular arc bent pipe. The effectiveness of an arc bent pipe on the noise reduction was dominated by its arc angle and the maximum noise reduction was obtained by the angle of 180.deg.. But the noise reduction could not be obtained by the rectangular bent pipe, and at high engine speed the noise was rather increased due to turbulence of exhaust gas.

Computational Fluid Dynamic Analysis for Improving the Efficiency of Desulfurization System for the Wet Flue Gas (습식 배연탈황 시스템의 효율 향상을 위한 전산해석)

  • In this paper the flow dynamics of the flue gas equipment in the desulfurization system was numerically analyzed by simulating the problems for the turbulent and combustion flow from Induced Draft Fan(I.D.Fan) outlet to Booster Up Fan(B.U.Fan) inlet using the commercial CFD software of CFD-ACE+ in CFDRC company for Computational Fluid Dynamic Analysis. The guide vane of this section was examined for the minimum pressure loss and the uniform flow dynamic to B.U.Fan with the proper velocity from I.D,Fan exit to B,U,Fan inlet section at the boiler both the maximum continuous rating and the design base. The guide vanes at I,D.Fan outlet and B.U.Fan inlet were removed and modified by numerical simulation of the CFD analysis. The flue gas at the system had the less pressure loss and the uniform flow dynamics of the flow velocity and flow line by comparing with the old design equipment.

  • An experimental study on the effects of exhaust pipe curvature on the performance of a diesel engine is presented. The experiments were carried out on a 4-cycle, 216 c.c diesel engine and two types of pipe curvature, circular arc and rectangle, were tested. The shaft output, shaft torque and specific fuel consumption were obtained by inserting bent pipes of different dimensions into the exhaust pipe at various engine operation conditions. It was found that the engine performance was decreased by the circular arc bent pipe and the effects were dominated by its arc angle. The decrease of engine performance was minimized by the arc angle of 180.deg.. By the rectangle pipes the performance was more decreased and the effects were little influenced by its dimensions.

  • This paper describes the method for detection of the misfired cylinder by analysis of the variation of pressure occurred in exhaust manifold on an MPI gasoline engine. Misfired cylinder(s) cause a loss of power, an increase of fuel consumption and exhaust emission and vibration is caused by unsteady torque. Therefore early detection and correction of misfired cylinder(s) play a very important role in the proper performance and the exhaust emission. The method is a comparison of integration pressure index during the period of a blowdown in the displacement period. Experimental results showed that the method, using the variation of pressure in the exhaust manifold is proven to be effective in the detection of single cylinder or multiple cylinders misfire on the gasoline engine regardless of the engine revolutions. In addition, this method, using the variation of pressure in the exhaust manifold is a very easy and accurate method compared with other methods.

  • Recently, an emission test procedure using a portable emissions measurement system(PEMS) has received much attention as an effective means of controlling real driving emissions from light-duty diesel vehicles. The PEMS-based test procedure will be implemented from 2017 in Europe and Korea as a complementary test procedure for certification and regulation. In the present study, on-road NOx emissions were measured for four kinds of Euro 5 Korean light-duty diesel vehicles under real driving conditions, including urban, rural, and motorway test routes. The real driving emission characteristics were evaluated using both a moving averaging window(MAW) and the weighted emission method(WEM). The evaluated NOx emission results (under real driving conditions) from the MAW and WEM showed similar tendencies for the test vehicles and routes, while exceeding the certification emission limit by 1.8~8.5 and 2.0~10.6 times, respectively.

  • The exhaust system is one of the major sources of vibrations, along with the suspension system and engine. When the exhaust system is connected directly to the engine, it transfers vibrations to the vehicle body through the body mounts. Therefore, in order to reduce the vibrations transmitted from the exhaust system, the vibration characteristics of the exhaust system should be predicted. Thus, the dynamic characteristics of the bellows, which form a key component of the exhaust system, must be modeled accurately. However, it is difficult to model the bellows because of the complicated geometry. Though the equivalent beam modeling technique has been applied in the design stage, it is not sufficiently accurate in the case of the bellows which have complicated geometries. In this paper, we present an improved technique for modeling the bellows in a vehicle. The accuracy of the modeling method is verified by comparison with the experimental results.

  • 본 논문에서는 스마트폰의 폭발적 증가와 함께 스마트폰의 악성코드 및 해킹 도구에 의해 스마트폰의 음성, 문자, 데이터 도청이 문제가 되고 있으며 최근 [1]"미국 NSA가 35개국 정상 전화 도청 사건"에 이르기 까지 도청은 국가사회적 문제로 발단 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 통신 호 사이의 네트워크에 전송되는 음성, 문자, 데이터를 [2]"AES256 암호화 알고리즘"을 통해 암호화하여 도청을 방지하고 AES256 암복호화를 송수신 스마트폰에서 수행하여 통신 호 사이 네트워크 구간의 부하를 줄임으로써 암복호화에 따른 네트워크 구간의 성능 저하 문제를 해결하고자 한다.
