Three experiments were conducted to investigate whether different types (common vs. uncommon) of prior-examples entail different effects in creative problem solving, and whether types/levels (rich or lean. common or uncommon) of background knowledge interact with types of prior-examples. It was found that the example types and the types/levels of background knowledge do interact and have some differential effects on generating novel and useful ideas. In Experiment 1 and 2. uncommon examples had a positive effect - generating many novel and useful ideas. regardless of background knowledge types. while common examples had positive effects, only when the background knowledge was somewhat uncommon In Experiment 3 it was also found that types (irrelevant,. single common. single uncommon, or multiple common + uncommon) of background knowledge seemed to influence differently on the ease of finding solutions: when background knowledge is diverse or not directly related to the task problem, uncommon prior examples produced much greater number of novel ideas than it was with single common or sin91e uncommon background knowledge. Implications of the present study were discussed. in relation to mental sets and fixation.

문서 기반 대화 시스템은 주어진 배경 지식 문서와 이전 대화를 바탕으로 대화에 이어지는 적절한 응답을 생성하는 시스템이다. 문서 기반 대화 시스템은 지식 추출 작업과 응답 생성 작업으로 나뉘며, 두 하위 작업은 서로 긴밀한 관계를 가지고 있다. 즉, 주어진 배경 지식 문서와 관련된 올바른 응답을 생성하기 위해서는 정확한 지식 추출이 필수적이며, 응답 생성에 필요한 지식을 정확히 추출하지 못하는 경우 생성 응답에 배경 지식이 반영되기 힘들다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 추출된 지식을 확장하는 방법을 통해 생성에 필요한 지식의 재현율을 높이고 이를 활용할 수 있는 임베딩 확장 방법을 제안함으로써 SacreBLEU 기준 3.51의 성능 향상을 보였다.

새로운 경영 패러다잉의 전환과 지식경제시대에 도래하고 있는 현재, 기업들은 기업의 생존을 위한 경영방식의 일환으로 지식경영을 도입하고 있다. 지식경영은 지식의 창조, 공유 및 활용을 포함한 개념으로서, 지식의 효율적인 공유 및 활용을 위해 지식경영을 응용한 지식관리시스템이 활발히 도입 중에 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 지식관리시스템의 도입현황(배경, 도입내용, 효과)의 사례률 비교, 분석하여 도입관련 시사점을 제시한다. 지식관리시스템의 배경은 지식공유를 통하여 핵심역량을 강화하고, 경영목표를 달성하기 위해 지식을 통합, 광리할 필요성으로 도입하였고, 도입 내용은 조직의 산재된 지식을 통합, 분류하여 지식데이터베이스를 구촉하였고 지식경영 중심의 기업문화률 이루고, 평가와 보상 체제를 구축하였다. 지식관리시스템의 도입 효과는 지식이 차별화 된 경쟁도구로 인식되면서, 개인의 지식이 조직의 지식으로 전환되면서 지식의 자본화가 이루어졌고, 조직구성원들의 업무효율성 또한 증대되었다. 사례분석결과 성공적인 지식경영을 위해, 지식경영을 위한 가치관 및 기업문화를 정착하고 기업특성에 맞는 방식을 고안해 지식경영을 실천하고, 파일럿 프로젝트를 실행한 후 단계적으로 확산해야한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 전략적, 문화적, 조직적, 기술적 측면의 구체적인 시사점이 제시되었다.

현재 인터넷과 멀티미디어 데이터배이스 상에서 부딪치는 검색 문제의 해결 방안으로서 명시적 배경지식의 사용을 지향하는 시맨틱 웹과 새로운 표준 기술 등은 이미지 데이터에 대한 배경 지식을 규정하는 구문론 등을 지원한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이미지의 주제(양)에 대한 배경지식을 표현한 도메인 온톨로지를 이용하여 사용자에게 검색어의 정확한 선택이 이루어지도록 제공하고 이미지의 내용과 기술 특정에 대한 시맨틱 주석을 이용하여 검색 용어의 일반화와 다의어, 이미지 대상물의 행위와 같은 고수준의 메타데이터 스키마를 제공함으로써 이미지의 검색에 있어 내용에 기반한 시맨틱 주석과 도메인 온톨로지의 구현과 검색 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the level of background knowledge and the metacognition supporting tool (MST) on the learning activities and outcomes in a web problem based learning environment from the theoretical perspectives of PBL (problem-based-learning) in the Web and metacognition. Results suggest that the level of learners' background knowledge could play a slight role in problem oriented learning activities. This was because learning tasks were characterized by ill-structured problems in Web-based problem learning and this sort of learning might have been a somewhat newer experience for the selected students. Providing MST for learners' PBL activities, however, was highly beneficial for learners who practice PBL in Web based learning environments. In addition, for PBL outcomes, variables like problem solution reporting documents. the use of MST had a more positive effect on the lower level learners' background knowledge than the higher level learners'.

본 논문에서는 동영상으로부터 색상, 서체, 크기와 같은 사전 지식 없이도 글자/자막을 효율적으로 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 해상도가 낮고 복잡한 배경을 포함할 수 있는 비디오에서 글자 인식률 향상을 위해 먼저 동일한 텍스트 영역의 존재하는 프레임들을 자동적으로 추출한 후 이들의 시간적 평균영상을 만들어 향상된 영상을 얻는다. 평균영상의 외각선 영상의 투영 값을 통해 문자영역을 찾고 각 텍스트 영역에 대해 1차 배경제거 과정인 region filling을 적용하여 글자의 배경들을 제거 함으로써 글자를 추출한다. 1차 배경제거의 결과를 검증하고 추가적으로 k-means를 이용한 color clustering을 적용하여 남아있는 배경들을 효율적으로 제거 함으로써 최종 글자영상을 추출한다.

Research and case study on implementing Knowledge Management (KM) in various fields have been published. However, KM could be misunderstood as developed Information Technology (IT) rather than a managerial tool to support knowledge creation in an organization unless the theoretical background on the evolution of KM is rigorously considered. This paper aims to review philosophy of science and managerial trends that can explain the reasons for introducing KM into the industry. Based on this theoretical background, Soft Systems Method (SSM), one of method to facilitate knowledge flows, are explained. SSM has been developed to cope with the characteristics of knowledge distinguished from data and information. Further research topics relevant to SSM in construction management as a practical application and educational tool are presented.
