대화방 시스템은 텍스트화 화상을 이용한 대화방 또는 메시지 전달시스템이 널리 사용되고 있다. 본 논문은 3차원 아바타가 등장하는 대화방 시스템을 생성 및 관리하는 기술을 제안한다. 본 아바타 대화방의 특징은 사진을 가지고 간단히 3차원 개인 아바타로 변환 생성하는 기술, 3차원 개인 아바타의 한글 발음에 적합한 입술 움직임, 메시지에 따른 적절한 표정변화 등이다. 특히, 3차원 개인 아바타는 사진만으로 생성이 가능하며, 텍스쳐 매핑된 3차원 아바타는 실시간으로 사실감있는 대화방 서비스가 가능하도록 제어된다.

중 저준위방사성폐기물(이하, '방폐물'이라 함)을 처분시설로 안전하고 효율적으로 운반하기 위하여 원자력법[1][2] 및 IAEA 안전운반규정(3) 등 국내외 관련규정의 기술기준을 만족시키는 안전성이 확보된 운반용기를 사용하여야 한다. 방폐물이 저준위비방사능(LSA: Low Specific Activity)물질 또는 표면오염물체(SCO; Surface Contaminated Object)로 분류되고 전용상태로 운반되는 경우는 거의 IP-2형 운반용기를 이용하여 운반하는 것이 가능하다. 방폐물 처분시설이 경주의 임해지역에 건설되어 운영된 것이므로 일부를 제외한 대부분의 방폐물은 IP-2형 운반용기에 적재하여 전용선박을 이용하여 해상으로 운반하게 된다. 전용선박은 크레인을 이용하여 화물을 선적하고 하역하는 Lo/Lo(Lift-on/Lift-off) 방식으로 IMO 규정 및 국내 선박법에 따라 국내에서 설계, 건조될 예정이며, 선박의 규모는 총 톤수 약 2,000톤이며, 약 1,600드럼의 방폐물을 적재할 수 있다. 여기서는 방폐물의 해상운반을 위한 IP-2형 운반용기에 대한 요건 및 관련규정에 따른 기술기준을 입증하기 위한 건전성 평가방안에 대하여 기술하였다.

본 연구는 기존의 약 40%의 지방을 가지고 있는 발효 소시지의 지방을 제거하고 항고혈압과 항균활성을 가진 기능성 유산균을 이용하여 발효소시지를 제조하고자 실시하였다. 저지방 발효 소시지는 기존의 고지방 발효 소시지에 비하여 무려 38%이상의 지방을 제거하였고 숙성기간을 기존의 고지방 대조구에 비하여 7일 이상 단축시킴으로써 저지방 발효소시지의 제조기간이 단축되었다. 항고혈압 및 항 콜레스테롤 활서을 가지는 기능성 유산균주를 첨가한 결과 저지방 처리구는 대조구에 비하여 숙성초기의 항고혈압 활성을 증가시켰다.

최근 연평도 포격사건과 같은 북한의 무력공격이나 고밀집시설의 대규모화에 따른 재난사고, 한반도의 기후 온난화 영향에 따른 자연재해에 의한 화생방(CBRNE)피해와 구조 활동의 제약 등으로 인한 막대한 인명 및 재산 피해가 발생가능성과 국외적으로는 911테러, 7.7런던테러 등 다양한 테러사건이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 화생방테러에 총괄적으로 대응하는 노력은 시급한 국가적 과제로 대두되고 있다. 이에 대한 피해저감방안으로 불특정 다수에게 일어날 수 있는 화생방테러에 맞서 교육훈련 프로그램 개발이 필요하여, 본 연구에서는 국내외 화생방 훈련프로그램 분석을 통하여 한국형 화생방 프로그램 컨텐츠를 인지, 기초, 중급, 고급과정으로 구분하여 국내 실정에 맞는 프로그램을 제안하고자 한다.

The purpose of study was to exploring on the educational values in after school physical programs. The participants were students in grades 5 (3), after school parents who are interested in sports activities (3), after school sports activities led by experienced teachers in three of were selected as study participants. The data were collected through in-depth interviews, collected data were transcribed and coded for domain analysis, classification analysis. The analysis of the results were as follows. After school physical activities, educational significance of the various values of physical activity experiences, meeting with school physical education and sport, educational welfare: the elimination of educational disparities, physical culture, introductory appeared.

Objectives: The aim of this study is to describe the effects of traditional Korean medicine treatment on a patient with vascular dementia caused by an intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: The patient was treated with herbal medicine (modified Guibi-tang) and acupuncture. The effects of these treatments were evaluated using the Korean Mini Mental Status Examination (K-MMSE-2), Cognitive Dementia Rating (CDR), Manual Muscle Test (MMT), Korean version of Modified Barthel Index (K-MBI), and Videofluoroscopic Swallow Study (VFSS). Results: After treatment, the K-MMSE-2 score, CDR score, MMT, K-MBI, and VFSS improved. Conclusion: The results suggest that traditional Korean medicine may be effective for the symptoms of vascular dementia caused by intracerebral hemorrhage.

Objectives: The aim of this study is to describe the effects of treatment with traditional Korean medicine on a patient with voiding dysfunction caused by cerebral infarction. Methods: The patient was treated with herbal medicine, moxibustion, acupuncture, and electroacupuncture. The effects of these treatments were evaluated using the Korean version of the Modified Barthel Index and a post-void residual volume. Results: In this study, the Korean medicine Dangguishaoyao-san-hap-Jeoryeong-tang resulted in improvements in this patient with post-stroke urinary retention and successful removal of the indwelling catheter. Conclusion: The results suggest that traditional Korean medicine may be effective in ameliorating dysfunction caused by cerebral infarction.

This case report shows the effect of Korean medicine treatment in a patient with deep vein thrombosis (DVT) after cerebral infarction who is suspected of having post-thrombotic syndrome (PTS) due to the loss of thrombus after receiving new oral anticoagulant (NOAC) treatment. The patient was treated with Korean medicine (Boyanghwano-tang and Hyulbuchuko-tang) three times a day. Acupuncture, moxibustion, infrared, and extra-physical therapy were given to the patient for 24 days. Clinical assessment - grading of edema and circumference of the left lower extremity were observed twice a week until the end of the treatment. NOAC treatment was continued for 24 days. After treatment, the patient's edema grade and circumference of the extremity improved. On the 24th day, the patient's chief complaints improved, and she requested termination of treatment. The results suggest that Korean medicine treatments, including Boyanghwano-tang, Hyulbuchuko-tang, and acupuncture therapy, can be effective in improving the clinical symptoms of DVT and PTS.
