인터넷 환경에서 DoS 공격을 이용한 해킹이나 주요 네트워크 기반 시설에 대한 파괴가 증가하고 있으며 이에 대한 공격범위가 점점 넓어지고 있다. 그 중 IETF IPsec WG에서 제안된 인터넷 키 교환 프로토콜(IKE)은 전자서명이나 DH 키 교환과 같은 공개키 기반의 연산을 수행하므로 쉽게 이러한 DoS 공격의 목표가 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 메모리나 CPU의 자원을 고갈시키는 DoS 공격을 방어할 수 있는 타원곡선 기반의 인터넷 키 교환 프로토콜을 제안하고, 이를 현재 IKE의 후보들과 비교 분석하였다. 또한, 제안된 타원곡선 기반의 인터넷 키 교환 프로토콜은 IKE 응답자의 부하를 기존의 IKE들 보다 감소시켰다. 이는 사용자가 많은 웹 서버나 메모리 혹은 연산능력의 제한을 가진 무선 장치에 효율적으로 이용될 수 있다.

기존의 하천은 제방의 직선화와 더불어 홍수량을 신속히 바다로 유출시키는데 하천정비를 목표로 삼고 추진해왔다. 그러나 하천주변의 인구 집중화와 더불어 도시화는 홍수피해에 대한 잠재력을 발전시킴과 동시에 불투수층의 증가로 인해 하천 위주의 홍수방어에 그 한계를 나타내고 있다. 따라서 최근 유역종합치수계획에서는 홍수량을 유역내에 분담시키고자 노력하고 있으며 이러한 노력중의 하나로 천변저류지와 습지를 이용한 홍수제어 방안이 꾸준히 제시되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 낙동강 본류내에 위치하고 있는 습지와 치수목적으로 계획중인 천변저류지를 고려하여 유역 수문모델링 SWAT모형을 이용하여 유역내에서 발생하는 홍수량 저감효과를 분석하였다.

최근 몇 년 동안 나타난 러시아 해군의 부활(resurgence)은 우크라이나 사태로 본 러시아 군사력 증강을 대표하는 상징이다. 전통적으로 러시아 해양전략(Sea power)은 러시아 경제 및 안보 목표를 달성하는데 있어 핵심이었다. 러시아 해군은 주로 전략적 억제, 연안방어, 해상교통로 보호, 해외전개 그리고 군사력 투사 등의 임무를 수행한다. 특히 최근 들어 러시아 해군력이 양적 질적으로 증강되는 양상을 보이고 있으며, 이는 최근 잠수함, 수상함 그리고 해군항공 전력이 크게 증강되고 있는 현상에서 증명되고 있다. 이는 불과 몇 년 전까지 러시아 해군력에 대한 정비 및 작전 운용에 있어 많은 문제점을 보이던 부정적 사례와 현격히 다른 모습이다. 특히 푸틴 정부에 들어서 러시아 해군은 양적이며 질적인 증강뿐만이 아닌, 세계 해양에서의 원해 해군작전을 비록 지금은 간헐적이기는 하지만 활발히 실시하고 있으며, 러시아 주변국 해군과의 다양한 해군협력도 추진하고 있다. 궁극적으로 러시아 해군은 단기적으로 연안방어를 기본 임무로 수행할 것이나, 장기적으로는 과거 구소련 해군력 위상과 영향력을 부활시키기 위해 세계 무대에서의 군사적 영향력을 증진시키는 대양해군(Blue Water Navy)을 지향할 것이다.

기업의 가치평가방법은 DCF법을 비롯하여 OPM, 증권거래법에 의한 본질가치평가방법, 상속세법에 의한 재산가치평가방법, 비교법, 일정성장배당모형 등 여러가지가 있다. 이중 각 평가방법은 특정한 목적을 가지고 탄생된 것이나 영리를 위한 기업의 가치를 평가하여 그 결과를 M&A나 A&D 또는 경영의 지표로 이용하려할 때 그 편파성 때문에 목적을 달성하기 어렵다. 따라서 본고에서는 그들의 균형을 취하는 평가방법을 알아보고, 장기적인 차원에서의 경영을 전제로 벤처기업자금조달과 맞물려있는 경영권 방어에 대하여 살피므로써 벤처기업인들이 안정적인 경영을 수행하거나 창업초기에 일찍 경영에 대한 분명한 목표를 설정하고 자신의 역량을 생산적인 곳에 사용할 수 있게 할 수 있는 틀을 제시해 본다.

We suggest a simple and practical flood forecasting and warning system, which can predict change in the water level of a river in a small to medium-size watershed where flash flooding occurs in a short time. We first choose the flood defense target points, through evaluation of the flood risk of dike overflow and lowland inundation. Using data on rainfall, and on the water levels at the observed and prediction points, we investigate the interrelations and derive a regression formula from which we can predict the flood level at the target points. We calculate flood water levels through a calibrated flood simulation model for various rainfall scenarios, to overcome the shortage of real water stage data, and these results as basic population data are used to derive a regression formula. The values calculated from the regression formula are modified by the weather condition factor, and the system can finally predict the flood stages at the target points for every leading time. We also investigate the applicability of the prediction procedure for real flood events of the Jungnang Stream basin, and find the forecasting values to have close agreement with the surveyed data. We therefore expect that this suggested warning scheme could contribute usefully to the setting up of a flood forecasting and warning system for a small to medium-size river basin.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of sensory integration intervention combined with oral activity on eating of child with sensitive oral senses. Methods : The study subject was 6 years old boy and diagnosed with developmental disorder. The experiment period was 15 sessions from April 21, 2017 to June 2, 2017. Experimental design used AB design in single-subject design, baseline (A) phase (sensory integration therapy) was 5 sessions and intervention phase (B) (sensory integration therapy combined oral activity) was 10 sessions. During the experiment, the child used the Goal Attainment Scale (GAS) to measure behavioral changes in eating. Results : The GAS score of voluntary eating of favorite foods was 0 on the baseline phase and increased to 1.9 on the intervention phase. The GAS score of voluntary eating of disliking foods was 0 on average during the baseline phase and increased to 1.7 on average during the intervention phase. Conclusion : This study suggests that sensory integration intervention combined with oral activity program may have a positive effect on eating of children with sensitive oral senses and limited food intake.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of sensory integrative intervention focused on proprioceptive-vestibular stimuli on adaptive response of children with sensory defensiveness. Methods : Subject of this study was a 6 years and 5 month old boy. The subject underwent a sensory integration (SI) treatment which was part of the SI treatment course administered by the Korean Sensory Integration Society, in 2011. The treatment goal and treatment plan had established based on the evaluation results. Treatment was done with 4 sessions and the adaptive responses of the subject were measured as outcome of the SI treatment. Results : During the SI treatment, the subject could participate in activities involving tactile stimulation without over-arousal. He also showed improved social interaction skills and his play was qualitatively extended. Conclusion : According to the results of this study, it was verified that sensory integrative intervention focused on proprioceptive-vestibular stimuli has positive effective on adaptive response for children with sensory defensiveness. For the future study, it is suggested to use standardized assessments in evaluation and provide information in changes of daily occupation as outcome data.

Analyzing EU trade laws and institutional systems, the trade policy of EU has been founded, undoubtedly, on common interests for EU members. EU trade policy leaves room for 'Collective Protectionism' by permitting legal persona or interesting group to raise anti-dumping procedures. The anti-dumping policy of EU has shown a protectionism itself and has been affected by political motives. Investigation against anti-dumping can easily open and also there exists a wide range of political involvements. Furthermore, anti-dumping policy could be misused for protecting declining industries, which lost comparative advantage in global market. Economic theories show that anti-dumping measures divert import from outsider into insider members, which finally results in increasing intra-production of EU. This is exactly the reason why the anti-dumping policy has become attractive trade policy.
