  • 본 논문은 해양 환경에서 항로표지 내에 탑재되는 등명기, 배터리, BMS, 통신장치 등의 전원 공급 및 각 모듈들 간의 유선 데이터 통신에 사용할 수 있는 커넥터 인터페이스 규격을 제시한다. 제안하는 규격은 M12 커넥터 규격을 이용하여 내구성을 확보하고 방수방진을 지원한다. 이를 통해 극한의 온·습도에 노출되며 태풍, 파도 등의 변수가 많은 해양 환경에서의 안정적인 연결성 유지를 기대할 수 있다.

  • In the case of the railway bridge, there are following the progress of works after the drainage method of a bridge surface - vibration proof rubber establishment, track gravel construction and rail construction etc. But these works are not enforced consecutively by the execution and economical reason. This is the reason of the long period of exposure after drainage execution. In many case, from the deterioration phenomenon by long term exposure of surface, there are a lot of occasions that do not keep primitive penetration depth waterproof primitive time. It is the most important that select the drainage method that have durability - it is not fallen in long-term exposure of surface. The major objective of this study is to deduce objective analysis result through examination about the Deterioration Restraining Agent method and to master KNOW-HOW of DRA drainage method. Through the study, minimize economical damage by frequent repair and reinforcement and present the reasonable standard of judgement fot drainage method of construction.

  • Design was developed through user-oriented service design methodology and survey was conducted on material selection criteria for prototype production to select CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics) CNT (Carbon Nano Tube), which was applied to animal X-ray detector panel to design product and develop prototype. Completed prototype with the application of CFRP CNT panel was tested in drop test, frontal external pressure test, and dustproof/waterproof performance to confirm that it can be utilized as a portable animal X-ray detector used in outdoor environment.

  • This study uses beacons and smartphone Global Positioning System (GPS) receivers to establish a location-based disaster/hazard prediction system. Beacons are usually installed indoors to locate users using triangulation in the room, but this study is differentiated from previous studies because the system is used outdoors to collect information on registration location and temperature and humidity in hazardous areas. In addition, since it is installed outdoors, waterproof, dehumidifying, and dustproof functions in the beacons themselves are required, and in case of heat and humidity, the sensor must be exposed to the outside, so the waterproof function is supplemented with a separate container. Based on these functions, information on declining and vulnerable areas is identified in real time, and temperature/humidity information is collected. We also propose a system that provides weather and fine-dust information for the area concerned. User location data are acquired through beacons and smartphone GPS receivers, and when users transmit from declining or vulnerable areas, they can establish the data to identify dangerous areas. In addition, temperature/humidity data in a microspace can be collected and utilized to build data to cope with climate change. Data can be used to identify specific areas of decline in a microspace, and various analyses can be made through the accumulated data.

  • 최근 국지성 호우 등 홍수방어 시설의 설계빈도를 초과하는 강우 발생으로 홍수피해가 증가하고 있다. 그 중 도시지역의 내수침수 피해는 전체 피해액의 50%를 넘는다. 그러나 우수관거의 노후화 및 통수능 부족으로 우수의 즉각적인 배출이 이루어지지 않아 침수피해가 증가하고 있다. 침수피해의 주요 원인 중 저지대 지역 및 우수관거의 통수능력 부족이 침수피해의 가장 큰 원인을 차지한다. 따라서 도심지의 경우 내수침수로 인한 피해가 증가하고 있는 점을 감안하면 배수관거와 연계한 저류시스템 구축으로 침수 빈발 지역의 치수 능력 향상을 통하여 경제적 피해를 저감시킬 수 있다. 저류시스템은 현장 노면수 저류를 위한 측구 저류조와 저류조 운영 시스템을 의미하며, 저류조 운영 시스템 모델에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 측구 저류조 운영 시스템 구축을 위해서 현장 센싱(Sensing)데이터와 연계할 수 있는 정보체계 및 운영 시스템 모델이 필요하다. 이에 센서를 활용한 도심지 측구 저류조 운영 시스템 모델을 제시한다. 먼저 센서의 구성은 측구 저류조 내의 협소한 공간과 전원공급, 방진·방수 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 구성되어야 하며, 무전원 근거리 이동통신기술(RFID)을 적용하여 측구 저류조 운영 시스템 수집서버와 통신하여 센싱 데이터를 저장한다. 데이터는 근거리 RFID 리더기가 측구 저류조로부터 센싱 정보를 수신하여 통신모듈에 수신한 저류조 개폐도어 열림과 닫힘 시그널(signal), RFID의 고유 ID 등을 전달 받아 운영 시스템 내의 RFID 이력 DB(Database)에 기록한다. 기록된 정보는 각각 RFID 일련번호, 기록 시간, 동적센서 시그널 값 등이 저장되어 각각의 측구 저류조의 상태를 확인할 수 있어야 한다. 저류량 산정을 위해서 GIS기반의 하수도 시설물 속성 데이터를 포함하는 운영 시스템을 구성해야 한다. 운영 시스템은 수집된 센서정보를 시계열 단위로 분석하고 위치정보 기준으로 측구 저류조 내의 총 저류량 산출에 필요한 기초정보를 제공하며 결과를 표출한다. 따라서 하수도 시설물의 속성정보를 포함하여 측구 저류조 및 센서의 속성정보 정의가 필요하며, 공간정보 파일(Shape File)을 적용하여 GIS 운영 시스템을 구축하여야 한다. 운영 시스템은 저류조 만관상태와 총 저류량을 산출하여 침수위험 알림을 제공할 수 있으며, 예상 강우에 따른 도심지 피해를 역으로 예측하여 강우사상 빈도에 따른 측구 저류조 체적을 결정할 수 있다.

A Study on the Factors of the Hardware Cost Estimation for Service Robot Development (서비스 로봇 개발의 하드웨어 비용추정을 위한 항목 도출에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to derive the factors that affect the development cost and the priority/weight of effectiveness in the pre-development stage of a service robot to estimate the development cost. In particular, the functions of service robots vary according to the field of application, and their prices are not only different but most of them are small-scale production; hence, a cost estimation is necessary. In this research, the factors affecting the service robot development cost in the process of service robot development and adding functions are classified as a functional factor while the factors that affect the entire development cost due to environmental causes, in which the service robot is operated or in the development process, are classified as an adjustment factor. The FGI was conducted to derive the factors and a Delphi survey was conducted among 84 domestic experts to determine the weights of the factors. As a result of the analysis, six functional factors (41 detailed criteria) and five adjustment factors (17 criteria) were derived, the cost weight and rank of the factors were suggested. This study suggests that the development cost of the service robot can be used as a decision-making strategy to select the operation functions in the development process, and can be utilized as an essential tool for the service robot development.

A Study on the Hardware Cost Estimation Equation of Professional Service Robot (전문서비스 로봇 하드웨어 비용추정 관계식 개발에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, we proposed a parametric estimation method for estimating H/W cost by using the development data of professional service robot in Korea. In addition, we derived the factors and weights that we can estimate the costs depending on the application environmental conditions of the robot. For the analysis, we developed the equation of professional service robot cost estimation using parametric method. We also derived the adjustment factors and following weights through FGI and Delphi for environmental conditions. We have developed a cost estimation equation that reflects the weight, volume, and manufacturing difficulty, and can derive a relational equation that reflects the environmental factors(dust/water, heat/cold, safety, test, technology innovation). This provides an objective basis for estimating the cost of professional service robots and will lead to ongoing research for estimating the H/W development cost of professional service robots. In the future, we will increase reliability by collecting abundant data, and will strengthen models through finding functional factors.

  • Batteries are used for main power engine in the fields such as mobiles, electric vehicles and unmanned submarines, for starter and lamp driver in general automotive, for emergency electric source in ship. These days, lead-acid and the lithium ion batteries are increasingly used in the fields of the secondary battery, and the lead-acid battery has a low price and safety comparatively, The lithium ion battery has a high energy density, excellent output characteristics and long life, whereas it has the risk of explosion by reacting with moisture in the air. But Recently, due to the development of waterproof, fireproof, dustproof technology, lithium batteries are widely used, particularly, because their usages are getting wider enough to be used as a power source for hybrid ship and electric propulsion ship, it is necessary to manage more strictly. Hybrid ship has power supply units connected to the packets to produce more than 500kWh large power source, and therefore, A number of the communication modules and wires need to implement the wire inspection and monitor system(WIIMS) that allows monitoring server to transmit detecting voltage, current and temperature data, which is required for the management of the batteries. This paper implements a low price type wireless inspection and monitoring system(WILIMS) of the lithium ion battery for hybrid vessels using BLE wireless communication modules and power line modem( PLM), which have the advantages of low price, no electric lines compared to serial communication inspection systems(SCIS). There are state of charge(SOC), state of health(SOH) in inspection parts of batteries, and proposed system will be able to prevent safety accidents because it allows us to predict life time and make a preventive maintenance by checking them at regular intervals.

Development of flow measurement method using drones in flood season (II) - application of surface velocity doppler radar (드론을 이용한 홍수기 유량측정방법 개발(II) - 전자파표면유속계 적용)

  • In the flood season, the measurement of the river discharge has many restrictions due to reasons such as budget, manpower, safety, convenience in measurement and so on. In particular, when heavy rain events occur due to typhoons, etc., it is difficult to measure the amount of flood due to the above problems. In order to improve this problem, in this study, a method was developed that can measure the river discharge in a flood season simply and safely in a short time with minimal manpower by combining the functions of a drone and a surface velocity doppler radar. To overcome the mechanical limitations of drones caused by weather issues such as wind and rainfall derived from the measurement of the river discharge using the conventional drone, we developed a drone with P56 grade dustproof and waterproof performance, stable flight capability at a wind speed of up to 36 km/h, and a payload weight of up to 10 kg. Further, to eliminate vibration which is the most important constraint factor in the measurement with a surface velocity doppler radar, a damper plate was developed as a device that combines a drone and a surface velocity Doppler radar. The velocity meter DSVM (Dron and Surface Veloctity Meter using doppler radar) that combines the flight equipment with the velocity meter was produced. The error of ±3.5% occurred as a result of measuring the river discharge using DSVM at the point of Geumsan-gun (Hwangpunggyo) located at Bonghwang stream (the first tributary stream of the Geum River). In addition, when calculating the mean velocity from the measured surface velocity, the measurement was performed using ADCP simultaneously to improve accuracy, and the mean velocity conversion factor (0.92) was calculated by comparing the mean velocity. In this study, the discharge measured by combining a drone and a surface velocity meter was compared with the discharge measured using ADCP and floats, so that the application and utility of DSVM was confirmed.
