최근 초고속 인터넷의 확산과 IT기반의 가전기기들이 등장하면서 흠 네트워크에 대한 관심이 집중되어 지고 있다. 이러한 배경은 사람들에게 좀 더 안전하고 편리한 주거 환경을 제공한다. 하지만 기존의 제어 방식은 홈 서버 내의 디지털 기기만을 제어 한다. 이러한 단독 제어는 외부 환경으로부터의 영향에 대한 예방을 할 수 없다는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방법으로 홈 네트워크 그룹에 홈 서버들을 관리하는 관리 그룹 서버를 두고 홈 서버들의 정보를 이용하여 방재, 방범등에 대한 문제 예방을 가능하게 하였다. 또한 온톨로지를 사용하여 상황을 인지하고 추론하며 추론 결과는 각 홈 서버에게 전송되어 디지털 기기들을 제어하게 된다. 이로 인하여 주거 환경의 신뢰성 있는 안전과 편리함을 확보할 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 공원이나 학교 등의 안전한 생활을 위한 LED 제어 플랫폼 개발을 제안한다. 우리는 공원이나 학교에서 주변 환경에서 사람이 근접하면 밝기를 조절하여 불안 요소를 제거하고, CCTV 카메라와 연계된 보안제어 장치 개발을 통해 안전한 생활 서비스를 제공한다. 또한 상황에 따른 감성조명 제어 서비스를 제공한다. 통합 관제 플랫폼 개발은 공원이나 학교 등의 조명시설을 중심으로 서비스를 제공하고 향후 방범, 교통, 환경, 방재, 시설물관리 시스템들을 경제적으로 구축하고 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 확장 가능한 서비스 기술을 제공할 수 있도록 한다. 제안 시스템은 동일 장치에서 사계절마다, 테마별 감성을 표출하도록 프레임 그룹을 수행시킴으로써 원하는 감성을 표출할 수 있음을 보여주고 있다.

가압 경수로형 원전 안전정지/ 안전 주입 변수와 관련된 계기는 관련 기술 기준에 따라 정기 보수시 교정이 이루어지면, 정지 신호를 모의 주입하여 물리량 검출기로 부터 원자로 정지집계 권선의 풀림시간까지의 총 응답 시간이 사고해석시 가정된 계통의 응답 지연시간이내에 들어 있는 지를 확인한다. 이 정지 신호에 응답하는 동적 보상기의 특성과 관련하여 설계과정에서 삽입된 근사화 오차에 대한 정략적인 평가가 이미 알려진 바 있고, 시간 응답 측정시 삽입되는 지연 요소로 인한 오차도 이에 포함시켜 분석한 바 있어 실제 교정시 정밀도 향상을 위하여 활용하고 있다. 이 논문을 통하여 원자로 정지계통의 응답시간 측정시 노 냉각수 평균 온도 변화율 동적 보상 미분-지연 카드에 모의입력으로 스텝신호를 주입할 경우, 이를 과도하게 큰 신호로 인식하여 매우 짧은 시간(1초 이내)에 응답되고, 스텝신호대신 1%P.U./초로 평균온도 변화율만을 주입할 경우, 보다 늦게 응답됨을 밝혔다. 따라서 모의 시험 방범에 있어서 입력 선택을 적합하게 하여야만 계통의 건전성을 응답시간으로 확인한 수 있는 데, 이에 적합한 모의 입력 방법을 제안하였다.

본 논문에서는 치안 공백 문제 해결을 위해 인공지능 CCTV를 소개한다. 자율주행 RC카의 센서 및 영상 처리로 행인의 이상 행동을 자동 탐지하고 이를 통합 관제 애플리케이션과 웹사이트로 확인 및 제어하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 부족한 인력을 지원하고 CCTV 사각지대를 최소화하며, 이를 통해 공공 안전에 이바지함으로써 시민들이 안전하게 살 수 있는 사회가 구축되기를 기대한다.

Korean Peninsula is surrounded by ocean on three sides. Because of this geographical quality over 97% of export and import volumes are exchange by sea. Foreign ship and international passenger vessels carries foreign tourist and globalization and internationalization increases this trends. Leisure population grows with national income increase and interest of ocean. And accidents and incidents rates are also increases. Korea Coast Guard's jurisdiction area is 4.5 times bigger than our country. The length of coastline is 14,963km including islands. One patrol vessel is responsible for 24,068km and one coast guard substation is responsible for 94km. Efficient patrol activities can not be provided. This research focus on this problem. Analyze the status and trends of maritime crime and suggest efficient patrol activities. To deal with increasing maritime crime rate this study suggest to use geographical profile method which developed early 1900s in USA. This geographical profile analyse the spatial characteristic and mapping this result. With this result potential crime zone can be predicted. One of the result is hot spot management which gives data about habitual crime zone. In Korea National Police Agency adopt this method in 2008 and apply on patrol and crime prevention activity by analysis of different criteria. Korea National Police Agency analyse the crime rate with crime type, crime zone and potential crime zone, and hourly, regionally criteria. Korea Coast Guard need to adopt this method and apply on maritime to make maritime crime map, which shows type of crime with regional, periodical result. With this geographical profiling we can set a Criminal Point which shows the place where the crime often occurs. The Criminal Points are set with the data of numerous rates such as homicide, robbery, burglary, missing, collision which happened in ocean. Set this crime as the major crime and manage the data more thoroughly. I expect to enhance the reinforcement of marine crime using this Criminal Points. Because this points will give us efficient way to prevent the maritime crime by placing the patrol vessel where they needed most.

With the changing safety services and social order systems accompanied by the economic development and changing public security environment since the Chinese economic reform, the security service industry in China is growing daily and related problems are increasing. For the Chinese security service market to be activated, the monopoly of security services by the public security agencies must be removed. In addition, the research and development, expansion, and applications of safety and crime prevention technologies regarding the safety and protection of exhibition, sales, culture, sports, commerce activities, combinations of safety technologies and crime prevention processes, the provision of relevant technical operations, and the expansion of security service areas are required. Furthermore, the administration rights, property rights, and business management rights of security companies must be separated, the security headquarters must be integrated and coordinated for optimization of various resources solely by market needs, and their rights and affiliation relations must be clear. Besides, the competitiveness of security companies in the security service market must be enhanced by unifying the business management, and optimizing and sharing their resources. The security service ordinances of China that have been implemented now must be applied realistically, methods to activate the true market economy for security services must be researched, and various ordinances related to security services must be realigned in line with the characteristics of security services. Finally, for the mutual cooperation system between public and private security services, the public security agencies must acknowledge the importance of private security services and the status of security service providers in crime prevention and social order maintenance. They must establish partnership relations with each other beyond the unilateral direction and management system for security services and drive with positive attitudes the security service industry which is still in its infancy.

In modern society, buildings has become larger, more complex and high-rise by the influences of locational and environmental characteristics from the changes of human lifestyles. Such features of the buildings, however, make building management and maintenance more difficult, especially in the aspects of health, security, and safety, etc. In order to secure safety and comfort in dwelling, housing, and working condition, it is essential to establish systematic plans and practices. Thus with the aim of investigating general status of fire safety management on specific buildings, this study mainly analyzed fire prevention manager's awareness on their works by conducting a survey, and suggested required systematic improvements for efficient fire safety management. As a result of the survey, it is concluded that introducing the system to appoint fire prevention sub-managers will promote more professional and classified management conditions.

The purpose of this study was to delve into all sorts of literature concerned in a bid to suggest how the Public Law Enforcement and private Security sector could join forces in preventing crimes and guaranteeing the safety of people. Quite naturally, crime has increased greatly to become one of the major social problems. Crime has been conventionally recognized as 'something' to be prevented and controlled by public law enforcement. However, the rate of crime increase has been so rapid that public law enforcement alone could not effectively control the everincreasing and diversified crimes in our society. To serve as a qualified partner for the police, private security industry should strive to secure excellent manpower and provide education for workers to improve their qualifications. Specifically, they should put sustained efforts into diversifying the types of security business and creating a new market to extend their scope of business and become more competitive. Intensified collaboration between the Public Law Enforcement and private Security security sector is expected to create new synergy in addressing people's needs for safety and enhancing their quality of life.

The theft of construction equipments and materials at construction sites is one of the risk factors that may affect to the productivity as well as the progress of the project. However, managers of the construction site have paid little attention to the security measure, therefore the theft loss at construction sites has been occurred repeatedly every year. In this study the situation analysis has been carried out for the present condition of theft loss of construction equipments and materials as well as its prevention measure based on the questionnaire survey targeting field managers, experienced theft loss at the site, as a part of base study to set up a security measure of construction sites. The main content of this study is analyzing characteristics of theft loss and the degree of impact and risk by it at construction sites, then reviewing the direction of the prevention plan establishment for the future through the analysis of the importance and utilization level of prevention measures. The result of this study would give an opportunity to create an awareness against the theft loss at construction sites as well as can be utilized as a basic survey for the systematic development of concerned prevention measures.

In Contemporary residential area, especially apartment commplex, crime affect the quality of life and sustainability of cities. So our interest is an all-time high in the role that planning processes and the design of the physical environment can play in reducing the opportunity for crime. The purpose of this study try to find the possibility of application of CPTED in Urban Apartment Complex. Recently, as increase of residencial density, diverse and new types of crime are increasing in urban apartment complex. It is the current of times which demand our serious consideration. This research focused on crime reduction through the physical environmental control methods. And the concepts and contents of CPTED are studied and the case studies of developed countries are surveyed. For groping in the practical application, researched into the case study of apartment blocks in medium sized city, Cheongju. Also Local crime prevention initiatives require partnership working, both between professionals and with local communities. The result of this study has implicated, increasing importance on daily safety issue in urban life and examining the possibility of applying crime prevention and reduction program and systems.
