건협 인천지부는 인천 제 1지구 의료보험조합의 보건예방 사업인 피보험자 및 피부양자 자궁암ㆍ유방암 검사를 실시하고 있다. 총 3만여명을 대상으로 인천 시내 8개 의료 검진 기관이 동시에 실시하는 이 검사 사업은 오는 10월까지 계속된다. 건협 인천지부에서는 검진팀을 구성, 사업장에는 출장검진을, 피부양자는 부속의원을 방문ㆍ검사토록 하고 있다. 여성 건강관리에 새로운 의미를 부여해준 이번 검사사업의 실시 과정과 의의를 관련인들을 통해 들어보기로 한다.

'71년부터 매 5년마다 실시되어 올해로 5번째를 맞는 전국 장내 기생충 감염율 실태조사의 가검물 수집이 이제 막바지에 이르고 있다. 기생충검사 무용론이 고개를 들고 있는 요즈음의 상황에서 새벽부터 밤늦게까지 가가호호를 방문하여 채변봉투를 나누어 주고, 또 대변을 수집해오는 일을 게을리하지 않았던 건협 시도지부직원들의 숨은 노력으로 큰 어려움없이 실태조사가 이루어질 수 있었음을 잊어서는 안될 것 같다. 그동안의 우리나라 기생충관리의 총 결산이 되고, 새로운 기생충관리의 총 결산이 되고, 새로운 기생충관리 방향 모색에 잇어 중요한 역할을 하게 될 이번 실태조사의 마지막날까지 지역주민들의 적극적 협조를 바라면서 실태조사 가검물 수집과정의 일들을 이번 호에 실어본다.

This study aims to provide basic information on how to secure competitiveness of companies from a practical point of view by examining how information sharing for companies' infection prevention and service quality improvement affects revisit intentions. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 341 visitors over the age of 19 who visited offline stores located in Busan and Gyeongnam were selected as study subjects. As a result of this study, it was found that consumers' perceived health beliefs, perceived disease infection probability, and perceived disease infection severity had a significant effect on revisit intention. In addition, it was found that the company's infection prevention information sharing and infection prevention customer management had a significant mediating effect on the relationship between perceived health beliefs and revisit intention. Based on these research results, the conclusion suggested that a company needs a series of management activities that can contribute to the sharing of information on infection prevention and customer management among members of the organization and achievement of business performance.

Objectives: We searched and reviewed the literature including the laws or acts, statistics, guidelines, papers and conference proceedings related to home visit nursing care in South Korea. Method: We searched and reviewed the literature including the laws or acts, statistics, guidelines, papers and conference proceedings related to home visit nursing care in Korea. Results: There are three types of home care nursing in Korea. Public health center provides home visit nursing to vulnerable population by registered nurses for free, based on community health act in public health center. As of 2017, 1,261,208 people were enrolled in the visiting health program of public health center. Health behavior and disease management has been improved and showed having cost-benefit effect among the enrolled people in visiting health program. Visiting nursing care in long-term care services is provided by registered nurses or nurse aid, based on long-term care act. The cost is paid as the unit price according to service time. 1,095,764 older people used long-term care services in 2017, only 0.2% of total cost used for home visiting nursing. Even though the number of user of home visiting nursing, it was reported that users spent less medical cost and hospitalized shorter. Hospital-based home care nursing is provided to patients and their families under the prescription of a doctor by family nurse specialists who are employed by medical institute based on medical law. Four hundred sixty family nurse specialists worked for hospital-based home care nursing and hospital-based home care services accounted for 0.038% of total medical expenses in 2017. Conclusion: Even though home visit nursing care services are different in aspect of legal basis, personnel, running institutes, and cost basis, home visit nursing care showed cost-benefit effect and good health outcomes. In order to advance home visit nursing care, the integrated home visiting care, improvement of working condition, and revision of legal basis should be considered.

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the oral health status of elderly under visiting health care and their oral health-related quality of life. The subjects were 300 elderly under visiting health care program over 65 years old in Asan city and they were interviewed. The result showed that average Geriatric Oral Health Assessment Index (GOHAI) score was 37.36 and the lowest scored question was 'never satisfied with the oral condition'. In GOHAI related to oral health behaviors, unmet dental treatment experience was statistically significant (p<0.001). In overall GOHAI, number of remaining teeth (p<0.001) and the age had statistical significance and men had higher score in pain and discomfort (p<0.05), under age of 74 limited function factors score was high (p<0.01). The number of remaining teeth had statistical significances in most factors except pain and discomfort (p<0.001). The factors affecting GOHAI were age (p<0.05), number of remaining teeth (p<0.001) and perceived health state (p<0.001). In order to improve oral health-related quality of life of elderly receiving visiting oral health care services, it is necessary to increase denture support by securing budgets and developing oral health promotion programs at the local government level.

금방이라도 무엇인가 토해낼 것처럼 꾸무럭거리는 하늘. 그 아래로 차운 바람을 타고 소금기어린 인천바다 냄새가 코를 스친다. 미쳐 마감하지 못한 마른 나뭇잎은 이리저리 굴리고 날리고..... 4계절의 변화가 뚜렷하여 인간생활에 가장 적절한 조건을 가졌다는 생각을 떠올리면서 옷을 뚫고 스미는 찬바람을 위로한다. 그런 외피적인 계절변화와 관계없이 우리는 더 많은 변화를 겪게 되는 것 같다. 그 중에서도 특히 육신의 고통은 이 꾸무럭거리는 날씨만큼이나 차운 바람을 몰아다 주겠지...... 이런 생각에 젖으면서 건협 인천부를 방문한 기자는 친구의 권유로 건협에서 건강검사를 받았다가 간 기능이상을 발견 투병생활을 해오고 있는 육인용씨(43, 경기도 시흥군 군자면 정왕리 858번지)를 만났다.

Purpose: This study was to present the effects of home visiting health service on hypertension and DM clients. Method: The one-group pretest-posttest design was applied to 127 hypertension and 116 DM clients. To evaluate the effects of visiting nursing service, biological indexes and self-care abilities were measured from April to July, 2007. Result: Biological indexes and self-care abilities were improved in the hypertension and DM clients who received visiting nursing service. Especially, blood pressure and fasting blood sugar showed a dramatic decrease. Conclusion: Home visiting health service by public health centers is considered to be an effective nursing service in Gangwon-do. Therefore, case management is demanded not only for hypertension and DM but also for other chronic diseases.

This study was intended to prepare the basic data required for the development of oral products for the patient with diabetes by analyzing the relation between diabetes and oral health and the actual condition of oral care from the senior citizens diagnosed with diabetes out of the senior citizens over 65. In this study, 8 senior citizens who visited the senior welfare center in D city, were organized into the group of 4 senior citizens and the interview approximately for 40 minutes per group was conducted. In the results of this study, 5 core topics of 'Diabetes and Oral Health", 'Oral Discomfort', 'Oral Care Method', 'Visit to Dentist' and 'Demand for Oral Care' were drawn. For the relation between diabetes and the oral health, the most of research subjects answered that they heard about it for the first time, They answered that for the oral health care, they brushed the teeth using toothpaste 3 ~ 4 times a day and for the visit to dentist, they visited the dentist only when they had oral problem. For what is necessary for oral care, they answered that they wish that the oral care education customized for patient with diabetes and diverse oral care products such as toothpaste, etc. would be developed. Considering the results of this study, the development of oral care management program and the development of oral products in future are deemed to be necessary.

The aim of this study is to develop strategies activating long-term care visiting nursing. The research design was a descriptive survey study, and the data were collected from the visiting nursing center managers, customers, and long-term care insurance staffs. The major results were as follows. To activate the long-term care visiting nursing, first, the basic nursing care for ensuring sustainable health management has to be included. Second, the visiting nursing must be designated as mandatory use in standard guideline for using long-term care services. Third, the insurance pricing of visiting nursing must be based on the cost of visiting nursing. And, last, using a visiting nursing must be possible without a doctor's order sheet, when it is required for the assessment of patient's health status.
