선박이 물품의 제하 및 적하를 위하여 컨테이너 부두에 접항시 선박의 케이슨과의 충돌에 의한 케이슨의 발생 응력을 파악함으로써 구조 안정성을 검토하였다. 선박이 일정 속도로 항만에 접항시 선박은 케이슨에 부착된 방충재와 충돌하게 된다. 케이슨에 부착된 방충재는 선박의 운동에너지를 흡수하여 케이슨으로 전달되는 전달 에너지를 최소화하여 케이슨의 구조물에 발행하는 응력을 최소화하도록 설계한다. (중략)

공개키 기반구조에서는 인증서를 사용 함으로서 기본적으로 암호 및 인증기능을 제공한다. 이와 더불어 신뢰성 있는 부인방지기능을 제공하기 위하여 사위등급의 보안기능을 가진 인증기관 혹은 제3의 신뢰성 있는 공증기관을 별도로 둠으로서 타임스탬프 기능과 공증기능을 부가하여 전자공증 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 사용자의 요구에 따라 데이타 혹은 인증서에 대하여 타임스탬프를 발행하는 타임스탬프 발행당국(TSA)과 공증을 행하는 공증당국(NA)을 살펴보고, 현재까지 제안된 타임스탬프 및 공증 프로토콜에 대한 분석과 더불어 전자공증 서비스에 대한 국제동향을 검토, 분석한다.

1987년 최초의 ISO 9000 (품질경영시스템) 패밀리 규격이 발행된 이래, 기업의 경영 시스템(Management System)의 핵심이 되는 MS 규격으로서 QMS(ISO 9001), EMS(ISO 14001), ISMS (ISO/IEC 27001) 등이 발행 또는 개정되어 왔다. 또 QMS 섹터 규격인 항공 우주 (AS/EN 9100), 의료기기 (ISO 13485), 정보통신 (TL 9000), ITSMS(ISO 20000), FSMS (ISO 22000), SCSMS (ISO 28000) 등이나 새로운 MS 규격이 되는 GHG(ISO 14064), IPOCM(ISO/PAS 22399), SR(ISO/CD 26000) 등 ISO 또는 비ISO 의 MS 규격이 차례차례로 발행 또는 개발 중에 있어 경영시스템 인증은 더욱 더 광범위해지면서 다방면화, 섹터화의 경향을 나타내고 있다. 제품 및 서비스 무역의 글로벌화, 조달 및 투자의 비 지역화, 공공 서비스에 대한 규제 철폐, 소비자 및 환경보호에 대한 공적인 요구, 테러리즘 전염병 자연적인 재앙에 대한 국제적인 연대 책임에 대한 필요성, 새로운 기술과 혁신의 전개 등이 경영 시스템 인증에 대한 요구를 증대시키고 있으며, 그 전제로서 세계적 규모로 제도의 신뢰성을 확보하는 구조의 확립 및 활동 결과의 신뢰가 보증되는 체제가 구축되어 있어야 한다. 이러한 신뢰를 바탕으로 한 제3자 인증제도는 세계경제의 원활한 발전에 중요한 과제가 되고 있다.

콘텐츠의 ID 기반으로 사용자가 원하는 콘텐츠를 네트워크 내에서 제공하기 위한 정보 중심 콘텐츠 네트워크에서 게이트웨이의 역할은 서비스 이용자, 콘텐츠 제공자와 같은 외부 인터페이스를 처리하여 콘텐츠의 발행과 서비스 제공에 이르는 전반적 사이클에 모두 관여된다. 본 연구에서는 정보 중심 네트워킹 처리를 위한 콘텐츠 게이트웨이의 설계 고려사항으로서 확장성과 유연성 그리고 가용성이 필요하며, 콘텐츠 게이트웨이와 연관된 Actor들과의 인터페이스를 통해서 서비스 이용자의 요청 처리 기능과 콘텐츠 발행 처리 기능 그리고 콘텐츠 ID 및 네트워크 관리 기능 구조에 대해서 논한다.

We examine the methods to increase MBS values given parameters of default risks of individual mortgages and their correlation, and analyze the effects of these parameters on the efficiency of the methods. First, the values of MBS can be improved when they are comprised of low-correlation mortgages regardless of specific forms of investors' utility functions. Second, the values of MBS can also be raised even after their components mortgages are determined. More specifically, when investors' utilities are heterogeneous, CMO's of a less risky tranche and a riskier tranche are highly valued compared with pass-through securities of two identical tranches. When investors' utilities are homogeneous(risk averse), however, the latter meets the needs of investors better than the former does. Third, it can be shown that the efficiency of the methods in this paper is an increasing function of default risks of mortgage loans or of the correlation between them, and a decreasing function of the amount of the price fall of MBS when in default.

Congress established the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP) to ensure that the public has free access to the Government's information. Operated by the U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO), the mission of the FDLP is to disseminate information products from all three branches of the Government to over 1,250 Depository libraries in the FDLP program nationwide. Depository libraries safeguard the American public's right to information by making Government information in all formats freely available. This paper discusses the role of the GPO and FDLP, the GPO's organizational structure, the Depository library's obligations and responsibilities, services and collections, referrals and networking, and the Depository's future and challenges.

This study proposed an integrated management system model of researcher identifiers using the ISNI(International Standard Name Identifier) that can prevent duplicate issuance of identifiers and can be used to reorganize the authors' information. We looked at the metadata structure and management system of the ISNI that can be applied in various fields among identifiers. And we have designed the integrated ID system and system model that can manage the identifiers issued by each institute based on the ISNI. This model consists of data structure layer, platform layer, application layer, management and security layer (4 layers) and we have presented some of the key features and issues to consider when managing the integrations.

하이테크구조에서 출판발행은 사실상 와해의 단계에 와 있다는 우려를 느낀다. 정보는 DB에 저장됨으로써 서비스로 인식되며 전자출판에서도 백과사전류 정도만 살아남고 대부분은 DB속으로 합류되는 실정이다. 이제 출판은 두 가지의 저항을 선택해야 할 시점이다. 더욱 고전적인 책을 만들거나 멀티미디어 제작에서의 출판영역을 보다 분명히 하고 참여하는 일이다.

The purpose of this research is to compare and , analyze the structure of an original fairy tale and a parody, and find out the features of a parody. , the original fairy tale, published in Woongjinthinkbig and , the parody, issued in Borim are chosen as research materials. After analysing the structure of the original fairy tale and the parody, they have many differences such as plot, theme lesson, characters, a point of view style and setting. The features of the parody is to break literacy custom, come to open ending and help readers to sympathize with characters.
