With the rapid development of the social economy and the continuous improvement of living standards, a favorable environment has been provided for the rapid development of the tourism industry. The highly developed Internet technology has provided people with more convenient online travel. With the rapid development of online tourism, tourism-related Internet businesses are also developing rapidly. This study first introduces the research background and significance of the study, and suggests the necessity of Ctrip's business model optimization study based on the development of social economy such as online tourism development hotspots and business model research issues. Ctrip explains the current status of research inside and outside the online travel industry and business model, in-depth introduction and analysis of related concepts and theories such as online travel and OTA business models, and expands them based on expert research. Several aspects such as insufficient Ctrip's existing business model, high current operating costs, major factors affecting suppliers, and slow development of new business were suggested, and alternatives were suggested to solve these problems. Ctrip maintained a sustainable competitive edge, including Ctrip's business model optimization strategy for value creation and innovation and Internet business model optimization strategy for customer value chains.

최근 도농간 격차가 심화되고 있는 상황에서 농림어촌의 발전을 위한 전향적 모색이 요구되고 있는바, 이 글은 u-IT 및 지역혁신체계의 개념을 통하여 이들 지역의 발전모델을 구성하려는 의도로 연구되었다. 이를 위하여 지역혁신체계의 개념, 농어촌 대상 정부정책, u-IT 적용 기술, 농어촌정보화정책 동을 점검하고서, 지역혁신적 u-농촌의 모델을 만들고자 하였다.

Recently, solar energy is expanding to combination of computing in real time by tracking the position of the sun to estimate the angle of inclination and make up freshly correcting a part of the solar radiation. Solar power is need that reliably linked technology to power generation system renewable energy in order to efficient power production that is difficult to output predict based on the position of the sun rise. In this paper, we analysis of prediction model for solar power generation to estimate the predictive value of solar power generation in the development of real-time weather data. Photovoltaic power generation input the correction factor such as temperature, module characteristics by the solar generator module and the location of the local angle of inclination to analyze the predictive power generation algorithm for the prediction calculation to predict the final generation. In addition, the proposed model in real-time national weather service forecast for medium-term and real-time observations used as input data to perform the short-term prediction models.

자율주행 자동차 개발 연구가 활발히 진행됨에 따라 객체 검출기의 성능이 중요하게 되었다. 딥러닝 기술의 발전하면서 객체 검출기의 성능도 큰 발전을 이루었다. 그에 따라 도로 위 차량 검출기의 성능도 발전하고 있으나 평상시 낮 도로상황에서 잘 동작하던 모델은 안개가 끼거나 밤 상황이 되면 제대로 동작하지 못하는 문제를 가지고 있다. 이유는 딥러닝 모델이 학습할 때 사용한 데이터셋의 정보에 따라 특정 도메인에 편향된 특성을 학습하기 때문이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 객체 검출 신경망에 도메인 판별기를 적용하여 이와 같은 도메인 이동 문제를 극복하는 모델을 제안한다. 모델의 성능을 Cityscapes 데이터셋과 Foggy Cityscapes 데이터셋을 사용하여 평가한 결과, 기존의 특정 도메인에서 학습한 모델보다 제안하는 모델의 검출 성능이 개선된다는 것을 확인하였다.

이번 호에서는 COCOMO 모델, 기능점수모델, PRICE-S 모델, 일반 COSDES 모델 등의 무기체계 S/W 개발비용 산정모델들을 조사 및 분석하여 제시 하였다. 다음에 계속되는 7, 8월호에서는 무기체계 S/W 개발 비용 산정에 영향을 미치는 요소인 스텝수 산정, 환경요인 보정계수, 제경비 및 기술료를 산정하는데 있어서 각각의 영향요소들을 식별하여 제시하고, 무기체계 S/W 개발비용 산정 개선방안 및 이에 대한 정책적인 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다.

오늘날의 정보화사회에서 지식의 가치와 중요성이 키게 부각되면서 국내의 기업들 뿐 아니라 정부조직에 이르기까지 지식경영의 도입이 가시화하고 있다. Microsoft사에서는 Knowledge Management Landscape 모델을 개발하여 지식경영을 구현하고자 하는 조직의 실제 지식경영 활동 현황 진단을 할 수 있는 잣대를 제시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Microsoft사의 KM Landscape 모델을 소개하고 이에서 제시하는 지식경영 발전 단계별 전략 모델을 소개하고자 한다.

In this paper, we discuss the design and implementation of predictive and diagnostic models for realizing intelligent predictive models by collecting and storing the power output of agricultural photovoltaic power generation systems. Our model predicts the amount of photovoltaic power generation using RNN, LSTM, and GRU models, which are recurrent neural network techniques specialized for time series data, and compares and analyzes each model with different hyperparameters, and evaluates the performance. As a result, the MSE and RMSE indicators of all three models were very close to 0, and the R2 indicator showed performance close to 1. Through this, it can be seen that the proposed prediction model is a suitable model for predicting the amount of photovoltaic power generation, and using this prediction, it was shown that it can be utilized as an intelligent and efficient O&M function in an agricultural photovoltaic system.

사이버대학을 설립하고자 하는 많은 대학에게 보다 안정적이고 효율적인 사이버대학에 관한 프레임워크 및 모델들의 개발과 운영지침 등이 제공될 필요성이 제기되고 있으며, 이런 관점에서 본 연구는 사이버대학에서 가장 핵심이 되는 사이버대학의 모델유형들을 재정리 하여보고, 단계별 발전방안도 제시해보고자 했다. 사이버대학이 성공하기 위해서는 위에서 제시한 경쟁력 있는 사이버대학 발전모형을 빠른 시일 내에 정착하여야 하며, 사이버대학에 대한 수요창출도 반드시 고려하여야 한다. 기존 대학들이 온상 속에서 고객 확보를 위한 마케팅전략의 필요성을 심각하게 고민한 경우가 많지 않았으나 사이버대학은 새로운 수요창출을 위해 많은 고민과 전략을 세워야할 것이다. 무엇보다도 사이버대학이 발전하기 위해서는 사용자위주의 사이버강의시스템을 잘 구축하고, 교수들은 사이버강의에 맞는 교안을 잘 개발하여 학구적 자유와 전문가적 기회를 증대시키며, 학생들은 능동적으로 강의에 참여하는 self-leader가 될 때 비로써 사이버대학은 에듀피아(Edupia)의 시발점이 될 것이고, 우리나라가 교육대국으로써 거듭나는 초석이 될 것이다. 본 논문은 처음 시스템을 개발하고자 하는 대학에 있어서 어떻게 사이버대학을 설립하고, 발전시켜 나갈 지에 대해 제시해주고 있다.

본 논문에서는 태양광 발전 시스템의 계통 연계를 위한 실증 시스템 개발 연구의 일부로 진행되고 있는 태양 전지 어레이의 모델링과 해석 결과에 대한 내용을 제시하고자 한다. 태양광 발전 시스템은 태양광 에너지를 전기 에너지를 변화하여 주는 태양 전지판과 발전된 전기 에너지를 전력 계통에 연계하여 주는 전력변환 장치(PCS)로 구성되어 있다. 모델링에 사용된 주요 파라미터는 현재 연구원에서 보유하고 있는 실제 태양광 발전시스템을 기준으로 하였다. 개발된 모델을 이용하여 시스템의 주요 특성 곡선을 추출하였으며 기존의 연구 결과와 비교하여 제안된 모델의 타당성을 검증하였다. 본 논문에서 제시된 태양광 시스템 모델은 향후 전체 시스템의 동적 응답에 대한 해석 및 계통 연계 운전 검토를 위한 연구에 적용될 계획이다.

지난 5월호의 "무기체계의 체계적인 S/W 개발비용 산정체계 발전방안(1)"에서는 무기체계의 S/W 개발 비용산정체계 발전의 필요성, 무기체계의 소프트웨어 개발비용 산정일반, 무기체계 소프트웨어 개발사업의 일반적인 특징 및 소프트웨어 개발비용 산정의 개략적인 전략 및 방법을 제시하였다. 이번 호의 "무기체계의 체계적인 S/W 개발비용 산정발전방안(2)"에서는 무기체계의 S/W 사업비용의 구성, 무기체계의 소프트웨어 개발비용 결정요소 및 무기체계의 S/W 개발비용 산정모델로 '한소협' 모델을 제시하고자 한다.
