This paper explores the life cycle of innovation cluster, especially focussing on the Korean representative innovation cluster, Daedeok Innopolis. For this purpose, we review theoretically how an innovation cluster has been growing up. In particular, we discuss how a cluster has been formed and activated by governmental innovation policies from an evolutionary perspective. By doing so, the study identifies the typical features of an innovation cluster according to each dimensions of the cluster life cycle. The results of this study are as follows: First, in this study, Daedeok Innopolis has characteristics of latency, emergence, growth, and maturity from evolutionary perspective. Second, the governmental structure of the Daedeok Innopolis is a strong government-led and top-down structure, which has features of inclusiveness and flexibility such as umbrella policy. Third, the Daedeok Innopolis can be seen that adaptive or renewal development, as while, it can be applied fine adjustment the innovation cluster policy towards the recognition of innovation obstacle at each dimensions of the life cycle. Therefore, these discussions expose what kind of policy interventions should be addressed to form and develop the innovation cluster according to the cluster life cycle, as while, the development of adaptive policies during the risk and take-off period. Ultimately, the study provides that a different kind of policy instruments and tools should be implemented according to innovation cluster development and its distinctive characteristic per each dimensions of the cluster life cycle.

공공분야에서의 지식생산이라는 국가 R&D사업의 본연의 임무에 사회문제해결이라는 보다 구체적인 요구가 커지고 있다. 취약계층, 노인, 장애인과 같은 사회적 약자들의 삶의 질 개선에 더불어 조류 인플루엔자, 미세먼지오염 등 국민생활에 영향을 주는 사회문제의 해결에 과학기술지식이 기여하라는 사회적 요청이 커지고 있다. 그동안 산업 지원과 학문 발전을 중심으로 발전해오던 국가R&D시스템이 이제는 공공분야에서의 지식생산시스템 격상이라는 과제를 안게 되었다. 정부는 2012년 '신과학기술 프로그램 추진전략(안)'을 통해서 이러한 요구를 수용하기 시작했으며 2014년에 다(多)부처 기획을 통해 11개 사업 분야를 선정하고 사회문제해결을 위한 R&D를 다(多)부처 사업으로서 2015년부터 시작하였다. 또한 과학기술정보통신부(구 미래부)는 단일 부처사업으로서 '사회문제해결형 사업' 을 2104년부터 추진하였다. 논문이나 특허보다는 현장문제의 해결책, 솔루션 생산을 목표로 제시하였으며 현장의 사용자나 시민이 연구개발의 전 과정에 참여하는 리빙랩이라는 새로운 방법론의 적용을 사회문제해결형 R&D사업의 성격으로 제안하였다. 본 연구는 사회문제해결형 R&D라는 이 새로운 시도가 국가R&D 시스템 안에서 어떻게 시행되었는지 NTIS data를 통해서 분석해보고자 한다. 먼저 다부처 기획으로 선정되어 추진된 과제들의 특성, 즉 연구적용분야, 연구 단계 등을 분석하고 단일부처 사업으로 수행된 '사회문제해결형 사업' 및 유사 단일부처 사업 과제들의 특성을 알아본다. 연구수행주체, 연구방법론 등 사회문제해결형 R&D 기획에서 제시한 새로운 방법들의 수행 여부를 알아보고 이를 통해 공공분야 국가R&D 시스템의 발전 및 사회문제해결형 R&D 사업의 향후 발전 방안을 제안한다.

공간정보의 처리는 방대한 양의 자료처리가 필수적이므로 이를 지원할 수 있는 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 발전과 함께 최근에 비약적인 발전을 가져온 분야이다. 공간자료구조를 활용한 지리정보시스템(GIS)에 의한 공간정보의 분석과 처리는 근래에 많은 응용을 갖는 분야로서 자리를 잡고 있으며 파생되는 응용분야가 날로 증가하고 있는 추세에 있다. 그러나 지하정보에 대한 연구는 지하정보의 비가시적인 특성상 아직은 초기단계라고 할 수 있다. 특히 지하 지층 분포를 체계적으로 분석하기 위한 연구는 지하 광물자원에 대한 정보 또는 지상의 구조물에 대한 안전성 평가에 대단히 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 논문은 지하 지층을 공간자료구조를 활용하여 분석하는 시스템 개발 방법을 제안하고 이와 관련된 사항을 기술하였다. 공간자료구조를 활용하여 지하지층을 인식하는 시스템의 개발은 지질 전문가의 해석을 위한 전처리 시스템으로서 중요한 역할을 할 것이다.

최근, 기업 활동은 물론 개인 실생활에 있어서도 지대한 영향을 끼치고 있는 인터넷과 이동통신은 정보통신산업의 양대 축을 이루고 있다. 특히 이 두 주역의 결합으로 등장한 것이 무선 인터넷이다. 아직은 초기 단계라 서비스에 여러 가지 제약이 있으나, 관련 기술이 급속히 발전하고 있고 그 동안의 인터넷과 이동통신의 급속한 발전 패턴을 고려해볼 때 향후 무선 인터넷의 성장 잠재력은 매우 클 것으로 전망된다. 이러한 추세에 따라 많은 연구기관들이 앞다투어 무선인터넷서비스 시장에 대해 연구하고 있으나 대부분의 경우 현황분석에 머무르는 경우가 많거나 신기술 도입 및 확산모형에 따라 막연한 예측을 제공하는데 그치는 경우가 많아 정책적 핵심요소와 방향을 제시하는 데에는 한계를 지니고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 다양한 요인간의 인과관계와 피드백 메커니즘에 근간을 둔 시스템 다이내믹스 개념을 도입하여 무선인터넷 시장의 동적 구조를 분석함으로써 정책수립 및 시행을 위한 시사점을 제공할 수 있는 분석 틀을 제시하고자 하였다.

이 연구의 목적은 소자본 외식업소 창업시 사전 준비단계 요인들의 필요성과 그 효용성을 알아보는 데 연구목적을 세우고, 서울 및 경기지역에 소재하고 있는 외식업체 창업자들을 대상으로 전문조사원이 설문조사를 실시하여 수집된 자료를 spss(통계 패키지 프로그램)를 활용하여 분석하였다. 창업전 준비단계별 중요성 평가와 경영성과 간의 관계를 규명함으로써 새로 소자본 외식업소 창업을 하고자 하는 예비 창업자들에게 좀 더 효율적인 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 연구 결과, 창업준비성 요인인 창업교육, 창업동기, 업종경험, 자금조달 능력,사업자 역량, 가족의 동의, 창업자의 건강이 타 요인 대비 더 많이 강조되었으며, 창업준비성 요인에 대한 경영성과 우수집단의 중요성 평가가 저조집단 대비 통계 적으로 유의미하게 높았다. 업종(아이템) 선정 요인인 아이템과 창업자, 창업자금, 입지와의 적합성, 수명주기, 향후 발전성, 유행성, 노동력 공급의 용이성이 타 요인 대비 더 많이 강조되었으며, 아이템 선정 요인에 대한 경영성과 우수집단의 중요성 평가가 저조집단 대비 통계적으로 유의미하게 높았다. 상권내 입지분석 요인인 경쟁점포, 유동인구, 교통 편리성, 주목성, 가시성이 타 요인 대비 더 많이 강조 되었으며, 상권내 입지분석 요인에 대한 경영성과 우수집단의 중요성 평가가 저조집단 대비 통계적으로 유의미하게 높았다. 이 같은 결과는 여러 준비단계 중 특히 창업준비성 요인과 아이템선정 요인, 상권내 입지분석 요인이 중요하며, 이는 장기적으로 안정된 경영을 뒷받침해주는 요인임을 시사한 것으로 볼 수 있다.

With the rapid development of cites, urban facilities have rapidly been increasing, and the task of managing them have also become complicated more and more. In this paper, we propose and design an intelligent context awareness system that effectively operates underground facilities in u-City. The suggested system consists of three major steps. The information acquisition step receives alarm information of sensors from the integrated platform. The analysis and inference step analyzes the alarm data and related information and infers the reason why the alarm happens. The information transmission step sends the final results of context awareness to the platform and other related modules. We produced some design products such as data flow diagram, function diagram, etc. We expect that the proposed context awareness system will be embedded in the integrated platform and used for an active management strategy of urban facilities.

This study aims to understand the current status of the use of IoT-based products and services from the perspective of consumers and analyze the role and consumption value of each service-generated from the products and services. Their features and generated consumption value have been identified The decision-making process was divided into based on three stages (pre-purchase, purchase, and post-purchase) stages, and IoT services were classified in stages. In the pre-purchase stage, the IoT service provides information and alternatives, and is used for interaction and automatic payment systems in the purchasing stage. In the post-purchase stage, repetitive purchases are encouraged and after-sale services are provided. Throughout the decision-making process, smart retai application and servicel provides epistemic and functional value. In addition, it provides conditional and social value in the pre-purchase stage, and conditional value in the post-purchase stage. This study aims to provideprovides marketers and retailers an insight advice for the enhanced satisfaction of consumersimproving the satisfaction of consumers and the development of smart retail by examining the consumer-centered consumption value.

의학분야에서 컴퓨터 활용은 단순히 처리할 데이터의 자동화뿐만 아니라 각종 의학영상들을 자동으로 처리함으로서 의사의 진단을 도와주는 형태로 발전되어 가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 병원의 임상병리과에서 번번히 수행하는 혈액검사를 자동화하기 위한 것으로 혈액을 자동 분석하는 웹 기반 분석시스템을 구축하였다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 혈액 영상으로부터 특징을 추출하기 위한 단계를 서술하고 세포분류를 위한 다층 신경망을 이용해 구현한 내용을 보인다. 또한 본 연구의 결과로 신경망의 학습 효율을 높이기 위한 전처리로서 학습 데이터에 대해 러프 집합 이론을 적용하여 학습 데이터의 차원을 효과적으로 줄일 수 있었다.

한국의 항공운송산업의 변화인 국내 지역항공사들의 국내선 취항과 근거리 국제선 운항 및 취항 여부 등은 KTX 도입과 기존 항공사의 국내선 축소 등의 변화와 맞물려 항공 운송산업 발전에 지대한 영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 변화된 환경은 동시에 지역항공사들의 네트워크 운영에 대한 면밀한 분석이 이루어져야 하며 이에 대한 연구가 필요한 시점이라고 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구는 도입단계에 있는 국내 항공운송시장에서의 지역 항공사의 노선 구조 및 시장 진입을 분석하여 지역의 저비용항공사 도입과 근거리 국제선 시장에서의 지역항공사 노선개발에 대하여 분석하였다. 특히 지역항공사들의 노선 개설을 위한 항공여행자들을 대상으로 한 수요자설문조사와 항공운송 서비스를 제공하는 공급자인 항공사와 여행사를 대상으로 한 전문가 조사를 수행하였다.

패턴의 복잡도와 정보량을 계산하는 것은 음성 및 영상 인식을 위하여 향후 더 중요한 정보를 제공하는 단계로 발전할 것으로 기대된다. 패턴의 복잡도를 표현하는 정보 엔트로피의 개념은 정보량 측정외에 데이터의 압축 복원 과정, 데이터의 복잡도 등 다양한 목적으로 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 영상 패턴의 복잡도를 영상 화질의 차이를 분석함으로써 영상 인식 시 지표 가능성을 파악하고자 한다.
