This research explores the empirical confirmation of the Internet development including from the period of innovation to the time of social-cultural use in today. The research focused on how tradition news media rover about the Internet developed from early to today, and understanding the media characteristics on the each stages from news frame. The research Is designed to conduit content analysis from 1989 to 2004, then this research is divided four(4) stages of the Internet development: innovation, diffusion, commercial usage, social-cultural usage. The results shows that there are significant different coverage by the stages. First of all, the news coverage pattern shift from technology focused on early stages to social usage focused on the later stages. This research confirms that the ratio of the seriation(technology) coverage defined when social usage is increased, on the other hand skeumorphs(social usage and content) coverage is increased in the commercial and social usage stages. This coverage pattern among news media does not such a big different and there is no competitive coverage. Moreover, the news coverage shifted from thematic coverage on early stages to episodic coverage while the number of usage increasing. In addition, the tone of coverage has not been changed significantly.

The aim of the present study is twofold. One is to confirm a hypothesis that a student's rate concept influences her conceiving change of a function in the view of rate of change and the other is to build up foundations for understanding the transition process from her rate concept to the concept of rate of change when she investigates the change of concentration as an intensive quantity. We explored how three participating high school students recognized and expressed change of given functions by using their rate concept as a conceptual tool. The result indicates that a change in students' rate concept might have an effect on understanding how function values change in term of rate of change. We also expect that it could be a catalyst for further research for clarifying the relationship between students' rate concept and their development of a concept of rate of change as a foundation for learning calculus.

단조 기술은 주조 기술과 함께 금속에 대한 가공 기술로서 가장 오랜 역사를 지닌 것으로, 특히 철강재의 인류 문명에 대한 공헌을 가능케 하는데 결정적인 역학을 수행하였다고 하여도 과언이 아니다. 단조 기술은 현대에 있어서도 소생가공기술 중에서 그 원류의 위치를 견지하고 있음은 사실이다. 그러나 단조 기술은 오늘날 여러가지의 새로운 가공 방식과 경합하여야 하는 위치에 있으며, 이 때문에 작업 합리화와 경비 절감을 통한 경쟁력 강화가 무엇보다 요망되고 있다. 사실상 단조 기술의 과거 30~40년간에 걸친 제반 개선 방향과 발달 방향의 근원은 여기에서 비롯된다. 이러한 관점에서 본고에서는 단조기술의 현황과 단조 연구의 현상에도 약간 언급코져 한다.

벨에 의해서 고안된 전화 이래로 많은 발전을 거듭하여 현재 인터넷폰이라는 새로운 유형의 서비스의 시대가 왔다. VoIP는 인터넷상으로 음성을 전달하여 기존의 PSTN보다 많은 장점을 가지고 있고 인터넷의 확산으로 인해 급속히 대중화 되어가고 있다. VoIP 핵심기술에 기존 ITU-T의 H.323과 IETF 의 SIP가 서로 경쟁적인 관점으로 개선되어가고 있다. VoIP는 급속한 인터넷 기술의 발달로 기존 PSTN의 시스템을 점차 대체해 나갈 것으로 기대되어진다. 본 논문에서는 두 가지 VoIP기술에 대한 설명과 앞으로의 발전방향에 대해 논의 하였다.

최근 무선 통신이 급속도로 발달하면서 무선 환경에서의 멀티미디어 전송에 관한 많은 연구가 되어지고 있고, 그 중에서도 미디어 서버를 두어 무선 멀티미디어 환경에 적용시키는 경우도 많아졌다. 그러나 기존의 연구는 멀티미디어 전송을 위한 인코딩, 압축 방법 및 무선 전송방법에 대해서 연구가 되어졌다. 네트워크 관점에서 무선 멀티미디어 환경은 미디어 서버 성능의 제약성 때문에 많은 사용자에게 서비스를 제공하지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 동적 멀티미디어 서비스 분배 아키텍쳐를 이용하여 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공해주는 미디어 서버의 오버헤드를 줄임으로 인해 보다 효율적으로 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방안을 제안한다.

기술의 발달로 경제, 산업 분야에 큰 변화가 일어날 것으로 전망되는 가운데 기업 경영의 커다란 원동력으로 자리 잡은 기업가 정신의 중요성은 점점 더 부각되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 미국의 대표적 공업지대로 번창했다가 몰락한 러스트 벨트와 첨단 산업 중심지로 부상한 실리콘 밸리의 배경을 비교하여 살펴보고, 씨써클 관점의 기업가 정신을 통해 새로이 형성될 산업을 '골드 밸리'로 명칭하고 러스트 밸리에 적용하고자 한다.

인터넷의 발달과 웹 어플리케이션의 활성화로 Internet Connected TV가 차지하는 비율이 점차 늘어나고, 스마트폰의 선풍적인 인기와 시장의 영향으로 디지털 TV에도 Smart TV의 바람이 불고 있다. Smart TV의 기술을 수신기 관점에서 살펴보았을 때, 방송과 웹이라는 두 가지 분야의 기술과 표준을 생각할 수 있다. 이에, 방송 분야에 대해서는 북미 ATSC 2.0, ATSC PT-3, 유럽 HbbTV 와 DVB-IPTV, 그리고 한국의 OHTV를 표준 관점에서 서비스 및 기술을 서로 비교하고, 다음으로 웹에 대한 기술과 표준화는 W3C의 HTML5, Web and TV 그리고 MPEG에서의 DASH를 살펴보기로 한다.

다양한 센서와 네트워크의 발달로 인하여 여러 분야의 사물인터넷 서비스들이 보급되기 시작하였다. 국내 사물인터넷 서비스의 인프라 수준은 높지만 사물인터넷의 생태계의 부족으로 인하여 사물인터넷 서비스의 경쟁력이 약하다. 이는 사물인터넷 발전에 부정적이 영향을 가져올 수 있으므로 사물인터넷의 생태계의 구성에 관한 논의가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 사물인터넷 생태계를 비즈니스 관점과 시장 중심의 관점으로 분석하고, 세부적으로 생태계를 구성하는 4가지 요소에 대해 분석한다. 또한 국내 사물인터넷의 생태계의 부족한 점에 관하여 논의를 한다. 본 논문은 사물인터넷 생태계의 분석을 통하여 국내 사물인터넷의 생태계의 도움을 주는 역할을 할 것이다.

미크론 단위의 부유분진인 미립자를 취급하고 제어하는 초청정 공간인 클린룸 기술은, 산업의 꽃이라고 불리우는 첨단기술 분야로 주도적 역할을 담담하고 있는 반도체 제조산업의 발달과 함께 눈부시게 발달되었고 그 시장도 급속히 확대되고 있다. 반도체 산업뿐 아니라 하이테크의 파도에 편승해서 고도로 미세화, 무균화되고 있는 산업화의 추세에 따라 클린룸 필요로 하는 산업분야도 날로 넓어지고 있다. 각종 전자부품, 광학기기, 자기테이프, 정밀기계, 우주항공산업 등 산업용 클린룸과 또한 제약, 의료, 유전공학 등 바이오 클린룸의 응용범위는 점점 다양화되며 고도화되고 있다. 이러한 각종 산업분야의 요구에 부응하여 관련기술의 건축 및 공조설비, 제조 공정 설비 등의 관점에서 현재의 클린룸의 기술 및 발전현황을 살펴보고 파악하는 것이 관련분야 에서 연구 및 개발에 종사하고 있는 공학인들에게 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

The present study explored a relationship between mathematical understandings of teachers and ways in which their knowledge transferred in designing lessons for hypothetical students from Gess-Newsome (1999)'s transformative perspective of pedagogical content knowledge. To this end, we conducted clinical interviews with four secondary mathematics teachers of their solving and teaching of equation writing. After analyzing the teacher participants' attention to Key Developmental Understandings (Simon, 2007) in solving equation writing, we sought to understand the relationship between their mathematical knowledge of the problems and mathematical knowledge in teaching the problems to hypothetical students. Two of the four teachers who attended the key developmental understandings solved the problems more successfully than those who did not. The other two teachers had trouble representing and explaining the problems, which involved reasoning with improper fractions or reciprocal relationships between quantities. The key developmental understandings of all four teachers were reflected in their pedagogical actions for teaching the equation writing problems. The findings contribute to teacher education by providing empirical data on the relationship between teachers' mathematical knowledge and their knowledge for teaching particular mathematics.
