Owing to recent advanced techniques in information and communication technology(ICT), our daily life has been changing very quickly and our life style has also been affected greatly. In the current knowledge and information society, the disabled can have a right to enjoy benefits of advanced ICT technologies. However, there is a barrier called digital divide so that the disabled have some difficulties to communicate to the world with ICT technologies. In this sense, our job is to close digital divide and let the disabled enjoy benefits of ICT technologies. Recently there have been some research works to close digital divide between the disabled and the non-disabled. Among various attempts to close digital divide, improving web accessibility for the disabled is the biggest concern since web is a still representative tool among ICT tools. The purpose of this paper is to propose some practical guidelines for improving web accessibility for the disabled. The proposed improvement guidelines are developed based on the existing web accessibility guidelines and are upgraded for more adaptable to the disabled. Our principles are based on the following philosophy. First, any input transmission must be more confirmed. Second, prevent any instant request. Third, allow the disabled to record or store the contents if necessary. Fourth, reduce physical movement for the disabled. Fifth, provide more interaction tools for the disabled.

The purpose of this study was to understand the experience of persons with developmental disabilities participating in the Personalized Support Services. For case study, we conducted in-depth interviews with the persons with developmental disabilities and with the active supporters for them who were using the community welfare centers for the disabled. Through this, we have come up with three core categories: 'coming out into the community', 'experimenting with various choices in life', and 'living a subjective life'. This suggests the followings; First, it can be seen that persons with developmental disabilities who have limited communication and self-determination should be allowed to participate in the service through the participation process, and active support for the parties is needed in the process. Second, it is necessary to plan and support for them, centering on the parties, away from institution-centered services. Third, sufficient budget support should be provided for the self-determination, selection and control of the parties. Fourth, we should be able to enjoy everyday life by participating together in the local community, and change the perception of local residents to participate in the community. Fifth, continuous support is needed rather than temporary support. Finally it will be needed for us to listen to the voices of both parties and to represent their rights with all our efforts.

In this paper, we compare and analyze smart technologies and present six obstacle detection features to help visually impaired people walk. Traditionally, visually impaired people walk with the white cane or a guide dog. With the development of IoT technology, various smart walking aids systems have been developed. Those intelligent walking aids systems have obstacle-detecting systems and route-guidance systems. Many researchers are developing the walking aids system, which detects an obstacle and provides the obstacle information by haptic feedback. Also, they are designing the database server system to share the obstacle information. Particularly the composed system can quickly give an obstacle-avoidance route using shared obstacle information. Smart walking aids systems for visually impaired people will advance more rapidly by applying machine learning and intelligent systems.

본 연구는 첫째, 정보통신기술의 발달이 시각장애인 복지 증진에 미칠 수 있는 가능성에 대한 이론적인 부분을 고찰하였다. 둘째, 우리나라 시각장애인 정보화의 문제점과 해결책을 도출하였고 셋째, 시각장애 사용자를 위한 전자상거래 인터페이스 디자인의 분석 및 설계를 통해 전자상거래에서 시각장애 사용자들이 큰 제약없이 사용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 현재 시각장애인들의 웹 사용을 보면 시각장애 전용 S/W의 보조 하에 사용을 하고 있다. 그러한 보조 도구의 실정에 맞도록 텍스트 버전 및 Non-Frame버전, Alt-Text 옵션, 캡션 등을 넣어 접근성을 확보하고 인터넷을 큰 제약을 받지않고 이용할 수 있도록 웹 페이지의 설계가 필요한 실정이다. 이를 위하여 먼저 시각장애에 대한 개념과 원인 및 종류 그리고 특성을 통해 시각장애인에 대한 이론적 배경을 파악하였다. 그리고 시각장애인의 정보화 환경과 이용 현황과 시각장애인의 정보 접근을 제도적, 기기 및 소프트웨어 개발 측면에서 분석을 하였고, 장애인을 위한 정보통신기술 중 대표적인 사례를 검토해 보았다. 다음으로 국내외의 대표적인 전자상거래 사이트에서의 인터페이스를 화면구성(Layout), 텍스트(Text), 그래픽(Graphic), 멀티미디어(MultiMedia) 측면에서 분석을 하였다. 분석한 내용을 바탕으로 시각장애 사용자의 입력(User Input) 부분을 고려한 인터페이스 방향을 제시하고 프로토타입을 개발하여 시험 대상 사이트와의 만족도를 시각장애 사용자를 통해 비교 ·분석하였다. 결론부분에서는 정보불평등을 해소하고, 정보통신기술이 장애인의 복지향상에 기여하도록 하기 위해 전자상거래 싸이트에서의 시각 장애인들을 위한 방향을 제시하고자 한다.박의 표현, 등록 및 색인방법 (c) 공급 선박의 분류와 표현 방법 (d) 에이전트의 정보 수집을 위한 메시지 표현 방법 (e) 수집된 선박정보의 데이터베이스 저장 표현방법 (f) 요구 선박을 찾아주는 정보제공 서비스가 요구된다.동을 보여 조사대상 5호분, 6호분, 7호분, 중 가장 심한 거동을 보이고 있다. 이는 고분 벽돌의 깨짐이 6호분이 가장 심하다는 사실과 무관하지 않은 것으로 판단된다. 봉분내부의 토양층구조에 대한 지오레이다 영상단면을 분석한 결과 무령왕릉 연도상부의 누수지방지층이 심하게 균열되어 있음을 발견하였다. 이 곳은 고분내부로 직접누수가 발생하는 곳이다. 직접누수와 지하수 형태로 유입된 침투수는 고분군 주위의 지반의 함수비를 증가시켜 지반의 지지력을 약화시키고 또한 고분내로 서서히 유입되어 고분내부의 습도를 100%로 유지시키는 주된 원인이다. 이러한 높은 습도는 고분내의 남조류의 번식을 가져왔으며 남조류의 번식은 현재 6호분이 가장 심각하고 7호분이 우려되는 수준이며 5호분은 문제가 없는 것으로 판단된다. 이와 같이 고분군의 발굴후 인위적인 환경변화와 지속적인 강우침투 및 배수 불량의 영향은 고분군의 안정성에 상당한 위험을 초래하였으며, 현 상태는 각 고분에 대한 보강이 불가피한 것으로 판단된다. 고분 벽돌의 깨짐, 고분 벽체의 거동, 조류의 서식등을 포함하여 송산리 고분군에서 발생되고 있는 보존상의 제반 문제점들을 일차적으로 누수 및 침투수에 의한 결과이다. 그러므로 무엇보다도 고분군 내부 및 고분 주변으로의 강우 및 지하수 침투를 막는 차수 대책이 시급한 것으로 판단된다. 또한 이미 발생한 변위가 더 이상 진행되지 않도록 하중을 경감하고 토압의 균형을 이루는 보강대책이 시급한 실정이다. 고분군

It is revealed that there are more registered disabled people in our country who have their disability because of acquired factors such as accidents than because of innate deformity. This phenomenon will continue and the incidence of acquired disability will increase more and more. Even though there is noticeable change, the social recognition toward the disabled is still negative. Particularly, university students are in the early adulthood according to the development of life-cycle, and this is the period that people have diverse social relationships, depart from unified frame and work in various fields, and set up their own thoughts and ideology with knowledge and skills acquired from university education. Therefore, in this study, we are going to search the recognition of the university students, who are in the previous period of entering into the society, toward the disabled, and if they have negative prejudice or attitude against the disabled, we are going to find the ways to improve on their awareness positively. The subjects of the survey were randomly selected among 230 out of total 250 students by visiting thirteen universities in Chungcheong Province, and were analyzed by using SPSS (ver. 18.0) program. T-test and One-way ANOVA were used as analytical methods to look into the difference of analysis of frequency, descriptive statistic, reliability analysis and attitudes for comprehending sociodemographic characteristics of the subjects of the survey. In conclusion, it has to be not a temporary or event-like training, but a training that makes people have positive recognition and attitude towards accurate information, knowledge, human rights, disability, and diversity. This thesis has a limitation to be generalized to the university students all over the country since the region is limited to a certain area.

The youth with developmental disorders have substantial limitations in intellectual capacities and adaptive behaviors. For them to live independently as members of the local society after they graduate from high school, a continuous education in consideration of individual and environmental differences should be accompanied. The computer education can be a useful tool in their integration into the local society by 'Expansion of universality and the equality of education'. Particularly, the computer education as a transitional educational process can be of practical help for them to sustain independent and daily lives in the adult world. In this regard, this writing reviews 1) the integration into the local society of the youth with developmental disorders and the transitional education, 2) the significance and meaning of computer education for the youth with developmental disorders, and 3) the status of computer education for the youth with developmental disorders to present improvements for the computer education of the youth with development disorders.

This study was conducted to investigate the job-performance of manual wheelchair post-management and to find out the relationship between job-performance and vocational ability of people with developmental disabilities. In this study, situational evaluation and vocational evaluation were conducted for 9 subjects participated in the vocational training program about manual wheelchair post-management. The data was analyzed by non-parametric statistical processing. As a result, the job-performance was an average of 80.87%. The job-performance had a positive correlations with visual closure, kinesthetic integration, and basic concepts(p<.05). The relationship between job-performance and vocational abilities can be used as basic data for vocational training program and job assignment. It is expected to be useful of spreading the post-management job for assistive technology devices in the local community activated through the convergence of assistive technology and vocational rehabilitation.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the general characteristics, effect size, and qualitative indicators of self-advocacy studies of people with developmental disabilities published in domestic academic journals and theses. For this purpose, among a total of 2153 papers related to self-advocacy published from 2000 to 2023, 41 studies with developmental disabilities as the keyword were selected, and the specific research results are as follows. Based on the results of this study, when developing a language intervention program related to self-advocacy for people with developmental disabilities, it is recommended to develop an intervention program based on the number of sessions of 10-19 in a learning situation with 20-30 people in adolescents and adults, or during the transition period. There are many studies limited to educational aspects such as special education and integrated education, and by applying this, it is hoped that a self-advocacy language intervention program will be developed at the level of language rehabilitation that can effectively and sophisticatedly assert self-assertion and self-rights after experiencing difficulties in communication.

지능형 재활 교육 시스템은 학습 대상이 정상인이 아닌 발달 장애인이라는 점과 학습자 단독으로 학습이 어렵다는 점이 일반적인 지능형 교육 시스템과 다르다. 이러한 교육 시스템은 학습자 단독 학습이 아닌 학습 보조자가 학습자의 옆에서 학습을 보조하는 형태이므로 시스템과 학습 보조자와의 연계가 시스템 구현시 중요한 부분이라고 할 수 있다. 그러므로 지능형 교육 시스템의 핵심이라 할 수 있는 Student Model의 설계 역시 학습 보조자의 개입에 대한 자유도를 어느 정도 허락하는 것인가가 주된 목표일 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 점을 고려한 지능형 교육 시스템에서의 Student Model을 구현한다.

IT 산업이 발달함에 따라 무인화 시스템 역시 발달하고 있다. 또한 인간의 수명이 늘어나면서 삶의 질을 보다 높이기 위한 활동을 중요시 여기고 있다. 따라서 일반인뿐만이 아닌 노인이나 장애인도 주변의 도움 없이 운동을 가능케 하여 삶의 질을 높일 수 있는 프로그램 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이 두 가지에 초점을 맞추어 본 논문에서는 Kinect를 이용하여 실시간으로 팔운동을 감지하는 방법을 제안한다. Kinect를 통해 사람을 구별해 낸 뒤 팔만을 감지하게 된다. Kinect를 통해 얻어지는 실시간 영상으로 팔이 움직이는 각도를 계산하기 위해 팔의 point를 찾아낸다. 팔이 구부러진 정도와 펴진 정도를 실시간으로 계산하여 사용자에게 보여주고, 횟수 또한 사용자가 별도의 count 작업을 하지 않더라도 화면에 보일 수 있도록 하였다.
