PSOF 방법을 이용한 압전 지능 구조물의 능동 및 반능동 진동제어 (Active and Semi-Active Vibration Control of Piezoelectric Smart Structures Using a Pseudo-Sensor-Output-Feedback Method)

  • This paper presents a pseudo-sensor-output-feedback(PSOF) method for the vibration suppression of the flexible piezoelectric smart structures. This method reduces the modeling errors using pseudo sensors in the output equation formulation. It also reduces computation time in practice. since the output equation does not need the state observer required in the state space equation. Experimental works are performed for the validation of theoretical predictions with the piezoelectric sensor and actuator bonded on the cantilever beam. An algorithm based on the sliding mode control theory is developed and analyzed for the robustness to the modeling errors and parameter uncertainties. This study also discusses the characteristics of the active and semi-active systems.

  • This paper is used the commercial magneto-rheological(MR) damper for landing gear. The damping characteristics of Commercial MR damper by changing the intensity of the magnetic field are investigated and the dynamic responses of the landing gear. it is set up tset equipment, the landing gear drop test system. The landing gear involved drop testing the gear. The landing gear is tested by implementing sky-hook control algorithm and its performance is evaluated comparing to the result.

  • In this paper, a pseudo-sensor-output-feedback(PSOF) control approach is applied to the active and semi-active systems for the vibration suppression of the flexible structures. This approach reduces the modeling error encounted in the output equation formulation and is easy to be implemented in practice.   • Multi-model vibration control of laminated composites plates for various fiver orientations has been carried out by making use of piezolectric materials(PZT) as sensors and actuators. Cantilever plate is used as a specimen to test multi-modal vibration supression under random exitation. Impulse technique is applied to determine the natural frequency, the damping ratio(.zeta.) and the modal damping(2.zeta..omega.) of the first bending and the trosion modes. Two independent controllers are implemented to control the two modes simultaneously and established digitally on the basis of the direct negative velocity feedback control with collocated sensor/actuator. Experimental results for various fiber orientations and feedback gains are compared with finite element analysis considering stiffnesses and dampings of piezoeletiric sensors, actuators and bonding layer.

  • 본 연구에서는 반능동형 감쇠기의 작동기준을 설정하고 그것의 타당성을 조사 하는 것이 주목적이어서 속도에 대한 고려는 제외하였다.이때 반능동형 감쇠계가 고정된 감쇠계수를 갖는 감쇠기로 구성된 계보다 얼마만큼 성능이 향상되며 능동형 감 쇠기(감쇠계수를 제한된 영역내에서 순간순간 조절하여 변화시킬 수 있는 감쇠기)를 갖는 계에 얼마만큼 접근하는가가 비교되어진다.

  • In this work, the semi-active control of a large-sized bus suspension system with an MR damper was studied. An MR damper model that can aptly describe the hysteretic characteristics of an MR damper was adopted. Parameter values of the MR damper model were suitably modified by considering the maximum damping force of a passive damper used in the suspension system of a real large-sized bus. In addition, a fuzzy logic controller was developed for semi-active control of a suspension system with an MR damper. The vertical acceleration at the attachment point of the MR damper and the relative velocity between sprung and unsprung masses were used as input variables, while voltage was used as the output variable. Straight-ahead driving simulations were performed on a road with a random road profile and on a flat road with a bump. In straight-ahead driving simulations, the vertical acceleration and pitch angle were measured to compare the riding performance of a suspension system with a passive damper with that of a suspension with an MR damper. In addition, a single lane change simulation was performed. In the simulation, the lateral acceleration and roll angle were measured in order to compare the handling performance of a suspension system using a passive damper with that of a suspension system using an MR damper.

  • 간헐 회전식 약실 계가 화력 대 무장 공간의 비율 관점에서 볼 때 중구경 자동포에 크게 유익하다고 보고되었다. 그러나 약실계의 핵심 부품인 평행 인덱스가 인덱스 터릿에 설치되는 캠종동절의 상대적으로 낮은 횡 강성으로 인하여 비틀림 방향으로 유연해지는 경향이 있으며, 이는 결국 터릿과 약실 사이의 연결 축이 상당한 크기의 비틀림 잔류 진동에 노출되어 탄 장전과 발사 시에 심각한 비정렬 문제를 야기시킬 수 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 논문에서는 상기 진동을 억제하는 ER 유체 작동기와 그에 적합한 반능동 제어 알고리듬을 제안하게 되었으며, 전체 계의 수학적 모델링과 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 그 성능이 만족스러움을 입증하였다.

  • 중앙전력감시시스템은 공장 부하 설비 상황을 감시반에서 감시 및 신속한 제어를 수행함으로써 공장 부하 설비의 관리와 운영의 효율화를 극대화 하는 것이다. 이러한 시스템의 주된 특징은 공장 부하 설비의 운전상태 계측, Data 처리, PLC(Power Line Communication), 조명 제어 등의 감시 제어, 전력운용에 필요한 프로그램을 내장하여 효율적으로 계통을 관리하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 능동데이터베이스를 이용하여 중앙전력감시시스템을 구현하는 방안을 제시함으로써, 공장 부하의 사고 징후를 사전에 파악하고, 사고 발생 시 이에 대한 대처를 데이터베이스 스스로 수행하도록 함으로써 인위에 의한 실수를 최소화 할 수 있도록 했으며, 그리고 제시된 시스템을 서로 다른 특징을 갖는 5개의 부하로 이루어진 공장 부하에 적용하여 그 유용성을 입증하였다.

  • The controllers for a full car 7-DOF model with 4 active or semi-active suspension units are designed and evaluated in this research. The control algorithms for suspension systems, such as full state feedback active, full state feedback semi-active, sky-hook active, sky-hook semi-actvie, and on-off suspension systems, are analyzed and evaluated with respect to ride comfort. The vehicle dynamic performances are expressed by response curves to a bump input, performance indices for asphalt road input, and frequency characteristic curves. Heaving, rolling, and pitching inputs are applied to the vehicle dynamic system to evaluate frequency characteristics. The simulation results show that the ride quality of the sky-hook controller approaches that the full state feedback controller more closely in semi-active suspension system than in active suspension system. For the implementation of a vehicle with sky-hook suspension control systems in this paper, 7 velocity sensors are required to measure the states.

  • In general, lateral ride comfort of railway vehicle is mainly influenced by a secondary suspension placed between the bogie and carbody. Higher operating speeds of train results in increased vibration of carbody, which has a negative impact related to the ride comfort. To solve this problem, researches to replace the conventional passive suspension with (semi)active technology in the secondary suspension of a railway vehicle have been carried out. The semi-active suspension using the magneto-rheological damper is relatively simpler system and has advantage in maintenance compared to the hydraulic type semi-active damper. This study was performed to reduce lateral vibration acceleration of carbody related to ride comfort of railway vehicles with a semi-active suspension system. The numerical analysis was conducted by replacing passive lateral damper with semi-active MR damper, and robust control with the MR damper was applied to the 1/5 scaled railway vehicle model.
