The online portal platform provides online news with online comments, but the anonymity of comments causes incivility, and online comments are considered social problems. While there are many foreign language-based incivility detection studies, in-depth research is not being conducted in Korea since there has not been implemented Korean language dataset which is labeled detailed criteria of incivility. In this study, the incivility notation of comments was conducted in a total of 13 items, uncivil words were summarized. Furthermore, Attention algorithm was applied to each comment and summary to extract embedding vectors. 2-d CNN followed at the end to detect incivility in given data. As a result, we showed that the proposed algorithm is useful for anti-citizen detection such as name-calling and offensive tones. This study is expected to contribute to the formation of a healthy online comment culture by detecting uncivil comments which hinder democratic discourse.

Semi rigid pavement is a pavement type using advantages of both flexibility of asphalt pavement and rigidity of concrete pavement by infiltrating cement paste into voids of open graded asphalt mixtures. The semi rigid pavement has better smoothness and smaller driving vibration or noise comparing to the concrete pavement, and has smaller permanent deformation and has temperature falling effect comparing to the asphalt pavement. The temperature falling effect were investigated at a semi rigid overlay pavement test section, and the temperature falling and water retaining effects were verified by measuring the temperature and weight of specimens at a housetop. Horizontal and vertical stresses and strains were compared by structural analysis of the semi rigid pavement and asphalt pavement using the Abaquser o, a commercial 3D finite element analysis program. The results were verified by Bisar 3.0, a multi-layered elastic analysis program. Performance of the semi rigid pavement and asphalt pavement were compared by predicting fatigue cracking based on the structural analysis results.

This study aims to examine the effect of students' library after-school activities on the students and the school library from a marketing perspective and to recommend marketing strategies for school libraries. For the purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted at nine middle schools in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and a series of statistical analyses with the survey data was performed in order for hypothesis testing. The results suggest that the effects of the school library marketing including customer loyalty were influenced by the student assistants' activities such as internal and experiential marketing factors. Furthermore, the activities of student library assistants can be linked to word-of-mouth marketing. Based on the results, ways to use student assistants in school library marketing are suggested.

Ultraviolet radiation is a major cause of photoaging, characterized by wrinkle formation and skin dehydration. Mojaban (Sargassum fulvellum), belonging to the brown algae of the Sargassaceae family, exerts anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-atopic activities. Particularly, Mojaban extract alleviated ultraviolet B (UVB)-induced inflammatory responses in human keratinocytes and BALB/c mice. Here, the dorsal skin of hairless mice was exposed to UVB for photoaging. The mice were administrated 300 mg/kg Mojaban extract (S. fulvellum extract; SFE) daily. Phenotypically, SFE reduced wrinkle formation and epidermal thickness and increased skin elasticity. SFE increased hydroxyproline content by upregulating the expression of collagen-related genes and downregulating matrix metalloproteinase expression. Furthermore, SFE increased skin moisture content and inhibited transepidermal water loss. SFE upregulated the expression of involucrin, loricrin, and transglutaminase for cornified envelope formation as well as the expression of filaggrin and caspase-14 for natural moisturizing factors. Collectively, SFE may be employed as a nutraceutical ingredient for anti-photoaging.

This article aims to help improve day care qualitatively to offer base data for applying the standard childcare curriculum and improve the management, by analyzing the teacher's recognition, organization and management on the 3rd standard childcare curriculum. For this, we examined teacher's recognition, organization and management on the 3rd standard childcare curriculum and determined how much a teacher of an infant class and a teacher of a young children class conduct for every sector. A questionnaire was prepared to study the recognition, organization and management on the $3^{rd}$ standard childcare curriculum and the selected study subjects were educare teachers in G-do. T-test and one-way analysis of variance were conducted with the collected research data. The study results are as follows. First, the educare teachers mostly recognized the $3^{rd}$ standard childcare curriculum. Second, they were properly organizing and managing the 3rd standard childcare curriculum. Third, all the teachers of an infant class and a young children class were conducting the $3^{rd}$ standard childcare curriculum for every sector.

반 멕기는 전건긍정규칙의 반례라고 하는 것을 제시하였다. 지금까지 그것이 과연 진정한 반례인지를 두고 많은 논의가 있었다. 이 논문에서 나의 목적은 조금 다르다. 나는 여기서 반 멕기의 반례가 생겨나는 구조를 밝히고자 한다. 우선 나는 내 자신이 구성한 반례를 하나 제시할 것이다. 그런 다음 반례가 생겨나는 기본 구조를 찾아내고, 이런 분석이 다른 반례에도 그대로 적용된다는 점을 보임으로써 나의 제안이 옳은 분석이라는 점을 확증하기로 한다. 이를 통해 최종적으로 우리는 반례가 만들어지는 메커니즘을 분명히 할 수 있을 것이다. 나는 석기에는 조건문에 대한 특정한 이해가 들어 있다는 점을 보일 것이다. 반례가 생겨나는 구조를 파악하고 나면 반례의 해결책을 마련하는 일은 그다지 어렵지 않다. 끝에서 나는 그런 해결책을 간단히 언급하고자 한다.

기업의 개인정보보호 수준을 강화하기 위한 개인정보보호관리체계 인증을 구축하기 위해서는 개인정보관리체계를 위한 추가 요구사항, 보안 측면의 통제, 프라이버시 측면의 통제가 요구된다[1,2]. 국제표준화위원회/전기위원회 합동위원회 1의 정보보호기술연구반 신원 관리 및 프라이버시 작업반 (ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27/WG 5)에서는 개인정보보호를 위한 여러 국제 표준을 개발하고 있다[18, 32, 22]. 본 논문에서는 작업반 1과 작업반 5에서 2016년 4월 SC27 회의에서 논의된 개인정보보호 관련 주요 표준화 이슈와 대응 방안을 제시한다.

1983년은 금성사가 4반세기 25주년을 맞는 뜻깊은 해였다. 한국에서 전자공업은 물론이고 기술분야를 통털어 실로 황무지였던 1950년대의 암울했던 시대에 기술 개척의 깃발을 들고 우리 나라 전자공업의 역사를 만들어 오던 금성사가 이제 4반세기의 첫 해인 1984년을 맞이한 것이다. 그것은 단순히 금성의 기술 역사가 4반세기 25년의 장을 넘긴다는 형식적인 면에서 분만 아니라 그 4반세기의 면면한 자기 단련을 바탕으로 세계 굴지의 금성으로 또 한번 발돋움하기 위한 계기로 삼아(선진 금성)을 이룩하려는 의지와 (선진 조국)을 선도하려는 금성사 전 임직원의 굳은 결의와 열의로 미래의 조국을 준비하는 초석이 될 한 해이기 때문이다.

공정거래법상 법위반 행위 중지명령의 경우 사업자의 자유로운 사업활동을 제약한다는 측면에서 제재수단에 해당된다는 견해와 동 명령의 경우 법위반 행위 재발에 대한 예방조치로서 사업자에게 특별한 불이익을 주는 것이 아니므로 제재수단에 해당되지 않는다는 견해가 제기될 수 있다. 행정법규 위반행위에 대한 제재수단 또는 행정의사의 실효성 확보수단으로서 강학상 열거되고 있는 수단들은 행정강제, 즉시강제, 행정형벌, 행정질서별, 기타 새로운 의무이행확보수단으로서 공정거래법상 법위반 행위 중지명령의 경우 이들 제재수단들에 언급되지는 않고 있는 것으로 보여진다.
