임신 26주, 27주의 생명력이 없는 한국인 태아 2예를 대상으로 십이지장 점막에서의 장내분비세포군집(일부 일본인 학자들이 명명한 "Segi's cap")의 출현, 형태 및 구조를 관찰하고. 이들 세포군집에서 내분비세포들의 존재 및 면역조직 화학적 특징들을 관찰하고자, 파라핀조직절편과 냉동박절 후 hematoxvlin과 eosin염색. Azan염색, Comori법, 그리고 면역조직화학염색 표본을 제작, 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과들을 얻었다 세포들의 군집 형태는 장 내강을 향해서는 오목한 형태였고, 기저막을 향해서는 볼록한 형태였다. 군집을 이룬 세포들은 중층을 이루었고. 술잔세포도 장 내캉목에서 관찰되었다 또한. 내강쪽에 위치한 세포들의 경우 미세융모들의 줄무의가장자리는 관찰되지 않았다 Leuenkephalin, somatostatin, substance p, vasoactive intestinal polypeptide 및 5-HT 항혈청을 이용하여 면역조직염색한 결과 somatostatin 양성반응세포와 5-HT 양성반응세포만이 관찰되었다. 이들 somatostatin 양성반응 세포와 5-HT 양성반응세포들은 대개가 원추형의 세포들로서 개구형을 이루고 있음을 관찰한 수 있었다.관찰한 수 있었다.

한국 증권시장에서 1986년 이후 지속적으로 상장되어진 주식들을 대상으로 하여 그 과잉반응을 살펴보았다. 월별 수익률의 변화에 의거하여 불량, 중간, 우량 포트폴리오를 구성하고 각 포트폴리오의 다음달 수익률 변화를 살펴보았다. 즉, 과잉반응 현상으로 볼 수 있는 수익률의 반전형태를 살펴보았다. 불량 포트폴리오는 다음달에 양의 초과수익을 올려 과잉반응 현상을 보인 반면 다른 포트폴리오들은 뚜렷한 현상을 보이지 않았다. 1월효과 및 규모효과를 과잉반응과 연결하여 살펴보았으나 연관성이 찾아지지는 않았다. 전체적으로 우리나라 증권시장에서는 인간의 비합리성을 가정한 주가 과잉반응 현상이 존재한다고 할 수는 없는 것으로 나타났다.

종합적인 오존대책을 구축하기 위해서는 광화학 옥시단트의 생성물리ㆍ화학과정 및 생물기원(자연발생원) 탄화수소의 영향을 고려한 3차원 광화학반응 모델의 구축이 가장 절실하다. 특히, 광화학 옥시단트는 국지적인 순환(해륙풍)및 혼합층에 의해 지배되기 때문에 지형을 고려한 3차원 기상장 수치모델(도시규모)과 광화학을 포함한 농도장(광화학반응 모델) 모델에 의한 대상지역의 시간적, 공간적인 오존농도 분포를 재현할 수 있는 모델 개발이 필요하다. (중략)

Turbulent swirling cold-flow in a cyclonic gasifier has been analyzed by numerical analysis. Comparison of two dimensional and three dimensional analyses has shown that concept of equivalent slit is appropriate for the two dimensionalization of three dimensional phenomena. Flow characteristics have been scrutinized by varying swirl number which is a crucial parameter in determining the flow pattern of the cyclonic gasifier. Reactive flow field has been estimated by using theoretical swirl number and equivalent slit width for reactive flow. Results show that proper flow field for the reactive coal gasification can be formed by controlling the exit area and azimuthal location of coal burners.

지구상에서 태양과 같이 핵융합 반응을 일으키기 위해서는 비슷한 환경을 만들어 주어야 한다. 원자핵들이 서로 반발하는 핵력을 이기고 핵융합 반응을 인공적으로 유지시켜주기 위해서는 연료인 중수소와 중수소(또는 삼중수소)를 플라즈마 상태로 만들어 입자들의 에너지를 높여주고 자기장에 의해 이 플라즈마를 가두어야 한다.

Ten farrow-finish farms participated in this seromonitoring that was conducted to investigate the porcine brucellosis situation in Korea. In total, eight (80.0%) of the 10 farms and 139 (24.0%) of 578 pigs tested showed a positive response in the Rose Bengal test (RBT). Seroprevalence levels were determined using RBT according to age; 35 (14.6%) of 239 piglets, 36 (31.3%) of 115 growing pigs, and 68 (30.4%) of 224 finishing pigs and sows were positive, respectively. All positive samples in RBT were tested with the tube agglutination test (TAT) and competitive ELISA (C-ELISA), simultaneously. Although 48 samples came up positive in the TAT, all samples tested with C-ELISA were negative. Among 26 rectal swab samples from the TAT positive-pigs, Yersinia enterocolitica O:9 was isolated from seven samples (26.9%). Therefore, we speculated that the positive reaction of RBT and TAT in this study might be induced by the serologically cross-reacting bacteria with Brucella abortus.
