This study investigated preservice science teachers' understandings of philosophical foundations(i.e., ontological and epistemological beliefs) underlying constructivist notions of learning. The teacher education program these subjects participated in explicitly addressed philosophical notions consistent with different views of constructivism. For these preservice science teachers, the program provided them with the opportunity to reflect upon the implications that their ontological and epistemological commitments had for their role as a science teacher. Data from four in-depth interviews were used to explore changes in each preservice science teacher's ontological beliefs, epistemological commitments, and pedagogical preferences. Results indicated that ontological beliefs and epistemological commitments were not necessarily consistent with conceptions of science teaching and learning for these preservice teachers. While some students internalized idealist and relativist perspectives, they did not integrate these relativist epistemological views into their preferred instructional practices. Also, regarding the fallible and tentative nature of knowledge, data in this study indicated that participants' epistemological beliefs about scientific Knowledge did influence how they were thinking about their roles as science teachers. Implications for teacher education programs and research on preservice science teacher's philosophical beliefs are discussed.

확률적(stochastic) RFID 충돌방지 알고리즘은 둘 이상의 태그가 리더기의 인식범위 내에 있을 경우 태그들이 동시에 리더기의 질의에 응답함으로서 발생하는 충돌을 확률적으로 감소시켜, 정확하고 빠르게 다수의 태그를 인식하기 위한 알고리즘이다. 본 논문에서는 확률적 충돌방지 알고리즘 중 하나인 dynamic framed ALOHA를 기반으로 새로운 태그 수 추정 방법을 이용한 RFID 충돌 방지 알고리즘을 제안하였다.

지문 인식(identification)은 사용자 등록 과정과 사용자 인식 과정으로 수행된다. 사용자 등록 과정은 데이터베이스에 사용자의 지문 정보를 저장하는 과정이고 인식 과정은 입력된 사용자의 지문정보에 대하여 유사한 후보자 목륵을 작성하는 과정이다. 지문 인식은 데이터베이스에 저장된 사용자 지문 정보를 전체적으로 검색할 경우 오랜 수행 시간이 요구되므로 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 본 논문에서는 기하학적 해싱(geometric hashing) 알고리즘을 이용하여 지문 인식을 수행하며 지문 인식을 병렬적으로 처리하기 위해 데이터베이스의 구조를 k 비트-레벨 표현으로 나타내었다. 또한, 실시간으로 지문 인식을 처리하기 위해 지문 인식을 위한 전용 하드웨어를 설계하였다. 설계된 하드웨어는 등록자 수의 증가에 따른 우수한 확장성을 보이며 병렬적으로 처리되므로 고속 실시간 처리가 가능하다.

빠르게 진화하는 웹 검색엔진 및 기술은 도서관의 기존 OPAC 시스템에 대한 반성과 변화에 대한 요구를 가져왔다. 이렇게 등장한 '차세대 OPAC'의 개념을 사용하여 본 연구에서는 차세대 OPAC의 특징적인 기능 27개로 구성된 체크리스트를 개발하였고 우리나라 대학도서관의 차세대 OPAC 수용 정도를 파악하기 위한 도구로 사용하였다. 조사대상은 우리나라 4년제 일반대학교 도서관 191개관의 OPAC이었다. 본 논문에서는 우리나라 대학도서관별 차세대 OPAC의 수용 정도를 파악하고 이러한 혁신기술의 수용 요인을 모기관의 조직적 그리고 외부 요인 측면에서 살펴보고자 하였다. 기능 자체에 대한 요인 분석은 본 연구에서 제외되었다.

It's the situation that modern technological civilization shakes the life environment fundamentally without a serious reflection on the dangers. The sense of crisis' brought the rise of modern Ecology in awareness of survivability of the humanity. Because the serious reflection is not just a campaign for environmental protection, but is to establish the values which is possible to coexist and to make harmony between the nature and man, man and man, and to form a healthy relationship through philosophical thought and practice has intrinsic value for human and nature. Under these circumstances, if Yulgok lives now and he is questioned by the ecological theorists of the 21st century that "What do you think about the serious environmental problem of present times?", what really would be his explanation? In the presentation methods of the explanation, will question first what contents western ecologists who study Theory of the environment in technology, Deep Ecology, and Social Ecology propose, then will compare and introduce what similarities and differences from theirs. As a result, we'll be found that Yulgok's thought, moral consciousness, about the nature and humanity as a confucian scholar.

본 논문에서는 학생들의 과학 교과에서 학생들의 흥미와 학업성취를 향상시키기 위해 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 이용한 융합인재 교육 프로그램을 개발 하였다. 최근 디지털 기술의 고도화로 인해 다양한 정보통신 기술과 지식의 융합을 교육 환경에 적용하는 스마트러닝에 대한 관심이 증가하고, 학생들은 모바일 기기의 접근성에 대한 인식이 확대되고 학교 현장에서는 모바일 기기와 교육용 프로그램을 활용한 학습이 활성화 되고 있다. Algodoo는 2D기반 시뮬레이션 프로그램으로 다양한 물리적인 효과를 태블릿과 컴퓨터로 시뮬레이션 할 수 있으며, 웹에서 다양한 물리적인 효과나 원리에 대한 학습내용을 참고 할 수 있다. 교수 학습자료는 2009 개정교육과정 초등 과학에 나온 내용을 분석 후 실생활과 관련된 주제를 선정하여 학생들의 흥미와 이해를 향상시키도록 하였다. 또한 학생들은 개별학습과 협력학습을 통해 학습할 수 있으며, 학습 후에는 학생들이 시뮬레이션을 설계 및 실행하여 평가 및 반성을 할 수 있게 하였다.

Recently, owing to the deterioration of reconstruction and the construction, much of the construction waste is discharged in our construction field, and the amount of construction waste is rapidly increased. These waste are raised to financial and environmental problems, so the method of reusing waste concretes has been studied and carried out many direction. Especially being want of resources, if waste concrete could be recycled as aggregates for concrete, it will contribute to solve the exhaustion of natural aggregate, in terms of saving resources and protecting environment. This study is that the mechanical properties of concrete with recycled coarse aggregate were investigated for types of mineral admixture and the substitution of recycled coarse aggregate. The result of this study, in case of using mineral admixture, the property of fresh concrete was rised. And the property of harden concrete for the substitution ratio of recycled coarse aggregate was decreased. But the property of concrete with mineral admixture was better than that of concrete used only cement.

타인의 안전을 확보하기 위하여 자신의 안전을 먼저 확보해야 한다는 것은 당연한 논리임에도 우리는 항상 이 말을 간과해 왔다. 각종 재난으로부터 국민의 생명과 재산을 보호하는 소방공무원에게 무엇보다도 필요한 말이지만 이를 외면한 댓가는 매년 증가추세를 보이고 있는 소방력 손실과 근무의욕 저하로 나타나고 있다. 그동안 안전을 위하여 많은 시책들을 추진해오고 있지만 도외시되었던 근본적인 문제점은 무엇인지 돌아보고 반성하고자 한다.

교원의 핵심 역량 중 지식 역량이나 수행 역량 등은 교직과정 이수 결과의 확인이나 지필 시험 또는 실기 시연 등을 통해 확인 또는 평가할 수 있다. 그러나 태도 역량이나 전문성 개발역량의 일부 요소들은 별도의 도구나 평가로 심사해야 된다. 전문성 개발 역량 가운데 자기반성 노력, 지속적 학습 노력, 교육 공동체 간 의사소통 및 협력 등의 요소들은 기존의 평가 방식으로 파악하기 어렵다. 따라서 교원의 핵심 역량을 평가하기 위해서는 교직 적성 및 인성 검사와 같은 별도의 도구가 필요하다. 본 논문은 교원자격을 강화하기 위한 교직 적성 및 인성 검사를 효율적으로 실시하기 위한 온라인 웹 검정 시스템을 설계하고자 한다.

2차 세계대전 당시 독일에 의한 유대인 학살은 인류 역사상 가장 참혹한 만행으로 알려져 있다. 이같은 비극적 과거를 되풀이 하지 않기 위해 세계 곳곳에 이와 관련된 박물관들이 건립되어 희생자를 추모하고, 잊지 않게 하고 있다. 대표적인 곳이 유대인의 본거지인 이스라엘의 예루살렘, 독일의 심장부인 베를린, 그리고 세계 정치의 중심인 미국 워싱턴 DC에 있는 홀로코스트 뮤지엄들이다. 이 발표에서는 각각의 박물관들의 입지가 갖는 메시지와 전시콘텐츠들이 갖는 특성들을 분석해 보고자 한다. 이를 통해 과거사에 대한 기억과 반성이라는 역사교육에 있어서 중요한 사안 해결방안의 일단을 찾아보고자 한다.을 통해 평화와 화해를 이루고자 하는 세계인들의 노력에 대해 이해를 하고자 한다.
