자장 여과 진공 아크법(Filtered Vacuum Arc :FVA)에 의해 증착된 비정질 다이아몬드 박막은 기계적, 광학적 특성이 매우 우수하여 많은 연구자들의 관심의 대상이 되어 왔다. 그러나 아크의 불안정성은 자장 여과 아크 소스의 연속적인 운전을 제한하고, 결과적으로 낮은 생산성을 가져왔다. 본 연구에서는 음극의 형태 및 음극 부근에서의 자기장의 구조를 음극 부식 거동의 관점에서 수치모사 및 실험을 통해서 조사하였다. 소스 전자석과 인출 전자석의 자극 방향이 평행하게 된 구조에서 (magnetic mirror configuration), 음극 후면에 반대 방향의 자극을 가지는 영구자석을 돔으로서 아크 불안정성을 억제할 수 있었다. 또한 소스 전자석에 진동하는 전류를 인가함으로써 아크 스팟의 운동 면적을 효과적으로 확장할 수 있었다. 시간 변화에 따른 빔 전류의 변화로부터 테이프형 음극이 우물형 음극에 비하여 더 안정하다는 것을 확인하였다. 진동하는 소스 전자석의 전류와 직경 80mm의 테이퍼형 음극을 사용하여, 아크 전류 60A에서 약 2000분 동안 사용하였으며, 이때 부식된 부피는 사용 가능한 음극 부피의 약 90%였다. 그리고 약 350mA의 안정한 빔 전류를 현재의 조건에서 얻었다.

근래에 들어서 우리나라의 하천에 대한 시각이 전통적인 용수공급과 홍수방재에서 환경개선과 생태계 유지 등으로 확대되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 기능을 만족하는 하천이 적은데다, 도심지 지역의 급격한 산업화와 토지이용 변화로 인하여 하천 기능은 반대로 저하되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인천광역시 주요 5개 하천에 대하여 자연형 하천 복원 후 수량 변화와 하천 단면의 변화를 조사하고 하천 복원에 대한 하천별 특성과 하천의 변화를 조사하였다. 이를 통하여 자연형 하천 복원을 수행한 도심하천의 변화양상을 고찰하였으며, 연구를 통하여 문제점을 제시하고 하천 특성에 맞는 올바른 하천 복원을 모니터링 하고자 한다.

전자기파 환경을 고려한 장비 개발을 위해서 고려되는 설계 사항 중 하나는 외부의 노이즈가 장비 내부로 유입되지 않도록 하고 반대로 장비 내 발생하는 노이즈가 외부로 나가는 것을 막도록 설계하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 전자기파 환경 규격을 만족하기 위한 장비들은 일반적으로 차폐형 구조로 설계된다. 본 논문은 차폐형 구조 설계 시 가장 노이즈에 취약할 수 있는 커넥터를 필터 일체형으로 설계한 사항과 이를 적용한 신호인입함의 성능 개선 사항에 대해 소개한다.

The optical characteristics and power transfers between guiding channels of blazed grating-assisted directional coupler (B-GADC) are evaluated in detail by using novel and rigorous modal transmission-line theory (MTLT) based on eigenvalue problem. To evaluate the coupling efficiency of B-GADC, the dispersion curves as a function of the grating period and wavelength are analyzed numerically for quasi-TE and quasi-TM modes. Furthermore, symmetric, sawtooth and asymmetric grating profiles are considered to know the effect of blazing characteristics on power transfer of GADC. The numerical results show that the grating period for minimum-gap condition to obtain maximum power transfer decreases gradually as the blazed structure changes from symmetric to asymmetric profile. On the other hand, the coupling length increases reversely.

This article examines the legislation process of internet contents regulation through three phases from a policy network point of view. In the first phase, heated debates were initiated during the public hearings after the Ministry of Information & Communications announced its plan to introduce the internet contents grading system During the second phase, bills were submitted to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, where the bills were deliberated, passed, and promulgated. In the third phase, issues on enforcement ordinance were resolved as the degree of conflict was mitigated. Policy network during the first phase started in a conflicting and distributed form, but has evolved into a conflicting and centralized form. The appropriate closure of the debate on the internet contents regulation can be explained by the structure of governmental departments, the character of new technology, and the mobilization of general public.

소규모 독립형 태양광 발전시스템은 최근 대체에너지에 대한 관심이 증가되면서 다양한 형태의 응용제품이 만들어지고 있다. 그러나 설계방법이 체계화되지 않아 태양전지 및 배터리가 필요이상으로 크게 설계되거나 반대로 너무 작게 설계되어 동작이 불안정해지고 잦은 고장의 원인이 되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 소규모 독립형 태양광발전 시스템의 설계를 위해 태양전지 및 배터리의 용량산정방법과, 부하특성을 고려하여 안정적인 시스템을 설계하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본고에서는 시제의 일반적 정의와 상에 관한 개념들을 정리하였다. 시제는 시간을 나타내는 동사의 굴절형'이고 따라서 시제는 문법범주의 하나로서 영어의 경우 현재시제와 과거시제를 인정하고 있다. 시제처럼 상을 문법범주로 인정한다면 그 기술 대상은 당연히 문법적 표현에 국한될 것이고 반대로 문법범주가 아닌 의미범주로 간주하면 문법적 표현은 물론이고 어휘적 표현까지 기술대상이 될 것이다. 따라서 상은 문법범주로서 명시되어 있고 특히 영어의 상은 진행형과 완료형의 두 형태로 국한하고 있다. 이 경우에 진행상(the progressive aspect)은 진행형, 완료상(the perfect aspect)은 완료형을 가리킨다. 이렇듯 시제와 상의 밀접한 관계가 있다 하겠다. 더하여 다양한 영역에서 상에 관한 개념정의가 필요하고 더 많은 연구가 있어야 할 것으로 여겨진다.

The author evaluated the effect of wunderer activator for correction of functional enterior corss-bite. The Data were obtained from super-imposition of pre. and post -treatment lateral cephalo-grams. The results were as follows. 1. Correction of anterior crossbite and improvement of facial profile were occurred. 2. Axial inclination of maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth were improved. 3. Slightly down and backwakd rotation of mandible was occurred by the increment of Y-axis angle, anterior facial height and SN-MP angle.

스크류 압축기는 진동이 적고, 소형이면서 고효율을 유지하기가 용이하다는 특징을 가지고 있으며, 원통형 밀패용기 내에 암,수로터가 서로 반대 방향으로 맞물려 회전하면서, 로터홈과 케이싱 사이에 생기는 공간의 용적이 로터회전에 의해서 가스를 흡입, 압축, 배출하는 합축기 이다. 본 연구는 로터의 치형 함수의 기하학적성질 및 제한사항을 고려하여, 대칭 치형을 치수의 조합과, 원, 점, 직선, 타원을 사용하여 비대칭 치형을 설계하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 설계된 치형과 기존의 치형을 치형 형상의 변화에 따른 특성값 (실라인길이, 누설삼각형, 용적곡선, 흡입 및 토출 홈면적)의 변화에 대하여 연구함으로서 성능검토를 시도하였다.

본 연구는 일반 컴퓨터 게임과 뇌파를 이용한 바이오피드백 게임의 수행에 따른 뇌파의 변화를 비교하고자 하였다. 두 가지 게임을 수행하는 동안 수행 전반기와 후반기로 나누어 뇌파를 측정한 결과, 전반적으로 뇌파 게임은 수행 전반기에 비해 후반기에 slow alpha파가 증가하였고, 이와는 반대로 컴퓨터 게임은 전반기에 비해 후반기로 갈수록 fast beta파가 증가하였다. 특히 이러한 변화는 F3, F2, 그리고 T4 부위에서 두드러지게 관찰되었다. 후속 연구는 다양한 컴퓨터 게임들을 비교할 필요가 있다.
