스포츠브래지어 착용실태 -40~50대 중년여성을 중심으로- (A Survey on the Wearing Conditions of Sports Brassiere -Focus on Women in Their 40s-50s-)

  • This study provides basic reference data to develop sports brassieres appropriate for women in their forties and fifties. The study focused on analyzing the exercise status, brassiere-wearing conditions, purchase conditions, preferred design and functionality by age as well as exercise strength based on 393 questionnaires. Middle-aged women favorite exercises included running, yoga and golfing; in addition the most important purpose to exercises was healthcare. The largest number of respondents exercised once to three times a week for 3 years or longer. The analysis on sports brassiere-wearing conditions by exercise strength showed that those who favor intense exercise tended to wear sports brassieres more frequently. In addition, many complained about breast-shaking and an unsatisfactory shape when they wore a sports brassiere. The analysis on purchase conditions showed that increased interest in intense sports led to more use of specialized sports shops. The analysis of the design and functionality preference showed that increased interest in intense sports increased interest in a body-wrapping sports brassiere design. The most frequently required functions also included the prevention of breast-shaking and a fixed brassiere-position.

광주.전남지역 전통 혼례복의 실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Traditional Wedding Clothes around Gwangju and Jeonnam Area)

  • This study firstly identify the characteristics of the clothes for traditional wedding ceremony from the late Chosun Dynasty (19th Century) and today through comparison. It also tries to discover what today's people are incorrectly aware of regarding the traditional wedding clothes particularly by survey. It ultimately aims to present constructive ways of solution against the illadvised and simplified deformation of the traditional wedding clothes. When comparing the traditional wedding clothes from the late Chosun and its modern counterparts, Dan-ryung and Samo-kwandae is still used for bridegroom's dress. In case of bride's dress, several items such as Yeom-eui, So-eui and Hwal-ot have been disappeared while Won-sam can be seen today. There were found many additional differences not only in type of the wedding clothes, but also in its form and constitution. Therefore, it is advisory to take the wedding clothes worn by commoners and upper class as the basic form for today's traditional wedding clothes. In addition, diversified research should be carried on to make them broadly accepted by today's life.

실록에 나타나는 15세기 태평관·모화관 건축과 관련 인물연구 (A Study on the Taepyeonggwan, Mohwagwan and the Architects Contrived these Architectures as Shown in The annals of the J oseon Dynasty of 15C)

  • This study is based on the 15th century's architecture Mohwagwan and Taepyeonggwan and the architects behind it. The results were as follows: First, inline with Ming dynasty's protocol, the King of Joseon marched with honor guard in front of his people. Therefore, the Joseon dynasty needed to match space was implemented and result in Mohwagwan and Taepyeonggwan. Second, King Taejong founded Mohwaru to share the role with Taepyeonggwan. He appropriately utilized Mohwaru as a place in manners before people enter the Seoul city wall. And He organized this architecture on the level of the palace. Third, Pak Jacheong was overseer the whole constructive process, from the selection of site, landscaping, construction, maintenance to civil engineering of Mohwaru. There are many difficulties, but he completed through the construction work owing to the protection of King Taejong. Forth, Hong Li worked with Pak Jacheong to build Taepyeonggwan and Mohwagwan from Taejong to Sejong. Supervisors in King Sejong times were required not only private capability but also understanding the Confucianism ritual. Hong Li was faithfully performed the role. Fifth, Sejong was recognized only an excellent ruler but he was also a great coordinator with a professional knowledge about architecture. These Sejong's action fully can be seen as an architect.

퍼지 ART 알고리즘을 이용한 인쇄 악보의 자동 인식과 연주 (Automated Recognition of Printed Music using Fuzzy ART Algorithm and Performance)

  • 음악 연구에 따른 컴퓨터의 역할이 점차 중요한 비중을 차지함에 따라 보다 효과적인 악보 인식 방법이 요구된다. 기존의 악보 인식 방법에서는 특정 수정 프로그램에서 만든 악보만 그 프로그램에서 재수정과 재생이 가능하다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위하여 이미 작성 되어있는 악보들을 자동으로 인식하고 재생을 할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 악보 인식 방법은 수평 히스토그램을 이용하여 악보 이미지의 오선을 제거한 후, Grassfire 알고리즘을 적용하여 잡음을 제거하고 악보 구성 기호들을 추출한다. 추출된 악보 구성 기호들은 악보 구성 기호의 특징을 이용하여 음표와 쉼표, 그 외의 기호들로 분리한다. 분리된 음표 기호들은 박자마다 다른 음표 형태의 특징을 이용하여 다시 세밀하게 분리하고 쉼표와 그 외의 기호들은 퍼지 ART 알고리즘을 적용하여 인식한다. 인식된 악보 구성 기호들을 이용하여 각각 정보를 저장하고 향후에 악보 구성 기호에 해당하는 음의 재생을 용이하게 한다. 제안된 악보 인식 방법의 성능을 평가하기 위해 50장의 악보 영상을 대상으로 실험한 결과, 본 논문에서 제시한 악보 영상의 인식 방법이 실험을 통해서 효율적인 것을 확인하였다.

  • 오랫동안 많은 이들에게 지속적인 사랑을 받아온 제품을 열거하기란 생각보다 쉽지 않다. 산업구조의 급변에 따라 일상생활에도 많은 변화가 찾아오기 때문이다. 각종 전자제품에서 '스마트'란 수식어가 붙은 것이 얼마 되지 않았다는 것이 대표적인 예라고 할 수 있다. 하지만 이런 중에도 소비자들이 꾸준하게 애용하는 제품이 있다. 도브, 럭스, 폰즈, 바세린, 립톤 등이 바로 그것이다. 이러한 제품을 생산 판매하는 기업이 오늘의 주인공인 유니레버코리아(주)다. 1985년 합작회사로 국내에 처음 진출한 유니레버코리아(주)는 1993년 도약의 기틀을 마련하게 된다. 세계적 수준의 생산설비를 갖춘 대전공장을 설립하게 된 것이다. 이후 이곳에서는 샴푸류, 비누류, 화장품을 비롯한 생활용품과 아이스티 식품류를 제조해 나가면서 한국시장 진출에 성공하게 된다. 그야말로 기업 성장의 선봉장 역할을 톡톡히 수행한 것이다. 그렇다면 무엇이 이런 힘을 이끌어 냈을까. 유니레버코리아(주) 대전공장 관계자들은 그 중심에 안전이 자리 잡고 있다고 강조한다. OHSAS 18001(안전보건경영시스템), ISO 14001(환경경영시스템), ISO 9002(품질경영시스템) 인증 취득을 통해 관리체계를 확고히 한 가운데 경영진들의 높은 안전의식을 바탕으로 빈틈없는 안전관리를 해나갔다는 것이다. 이를 통해 근로자의 안전을 확보하면서 소비자들에게 사랑받는 제품을 생산했다는 설명이다. 구체적으로 이곳 안전관리가 어떻게 펼쳐지고 있는지 찾아가 봤다.

${\apha}$-Casein의 인산화 위치 규명을 위한 티타늄 다이옥사이드($TiO_2$) 방법의 최적화 (Optimization of $TiO_2$ Method to Identify the Phosphorylation Sites of ${\apha}$-Casein)

  • Phosphorylation plays the most important role in cell signaling mechanism. Various methods to identify the phosphorylation sites of proteins using tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) have been reported recently. Furthermore, the enrichment strategy such as Titanium dioxide ($TiO_2$) method should be combined with MS/MS analysis to effectively identify phosphorylation sites. It is necessary to optimize phosphopeptide-enrichment strategy, $TiO_2$ method in this study, due to the low amount of phosphorylated form followed by analyzing them by MS/MS. To evaluate the several conditions to enrich phosphopeptides using $TiO_2$ method, we used ${\apha}$-casein as a standard phosphoprotein and analyzed a representative phosphopeptide (VPQLEIVPNpSAEER) peak of MS spectrum. Batch is better than column method for binding and 300 g/l DHB in loading buffer is better than lower concentration of DHB. 3% TFA and pH 10.5 shows high efficiency of phosphopeptide-enrichment for washing and elution steps, respectively. Finally we identified various efficient conditions of phosphopeptide-enrichment method using $TiO_2$. This optimized method would assist in reliable identifying thousands of phosphorylation sites existed in low abundance from various complex proteins.

서천 오석리유적 출토 토기복원 (Restoration of Excavated Earthenware in Seo Chun Oh Suk-li Site, Korea)

  • Restoration of earthenware is largely composed of selection of clay, making(forming), and firing. This study lays emphasis on the making method and open-air firing. For making methods, This study used coiling method partly with priority given to ring method. The most significant feature of this restoration work is the making method of tap-forming, in which 외박자(out tap instrument) and 내박자(inter tap instrument) would be tapped and formed. For firing, This study used open-air firing method in the most primitive way. This method needs no special device and equipment and makes the work more simple and easy. The previous study was on the making method by archeological and preservation-scientific research but this study emphasized the restoration work in an actual earthenware maker's position. Through the result of this study, This study wish this would be an opportunity to present another model of various restoration methods for other researchers those who wanted to participate in the restoration and openair firing.

YOLO 기반의 광학 음악 인식 기술 및 가상현실 콘텐츠 제작 방법 (YOLO based Optical Music Recognition and Virtual Reality Content Creation Method)

  • 딥러닝에 기반한 광학 음악 인식 기술(Optical Music Recognition, OMR)을 사용하여 도출된 결과를 가상현실 (Virtual Reality, VR) 게임에 적용시킨 것을 제안한다. 딥러닝 모델은 YOLO v5를 사용했으며 검출되지 않은 객체를 검출하기 위해 Hough transform 사용, 보표 크기 수정 등을 수행한다. 출력된 결과 파일을 사용하여 VR 게임에서 BPM, 최대 콤보 수, 음정과 박자를 분석하여 사용하고 리소스 관리를 위한 Object Pooling 기술을 통해 노트가 밀리는 현상을 방지한다. 광학 음악 인식 기술을 통해 나온 음악 요소로 VR 게임을 제작하여 VR 콘텐츠 제공과 함께 광학 음악 인식의 활용성을 넓히는 것을 확인하였다.

개 대망의 악성 중피종 (Malignant mesothelioma of omentum in a dog)

  • An 8-year old intact female poodle was presented to clinics due to abdominal distension, anorexia, and labored breath associated with pleural effusion. Intra-operative findings revealed multiple neoplasm of the greater omentum, involving anterolateral abdominal wall, sterna surface in the pleural cavity and diaphragm. These masses were 0.1~0.5 cm in diameter and extended to ovaries, pancreas, and serosal surface of stomach. Microscopically, most neoplastic cells had oval nuclei with prominent nucleoli and abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm. In deeper area, neoplastic acinus or glandular structures showed invaginated growth resembling adenocarcinoma. High mitotic figures were observed. By immunohistochemistry, the neoplastic cells were strong positive both cytokeratin and vimentin. The present case described for malignant mesothelioma in a dog. Our findings might be helpful for diagnosis and information and helped the clinics choose the treatment including chemotherapy such as cisplatin.
