  • 본 고에서는 진동관점에서 특히 문제시되고 있는 장행정.소수실린더.저속 2행정 디젤주기관의 기진력 발생기구와 기관본체진동에 대하여 살펴보고, 박용디젤 추진축계의 진동문제와 관련해 서는 1980년 이후부터 본격적으로 시작된 국내의 연구사례들을 중심으로 이 분야에 대한 연구 현황을 소개하고 향후 중심적으로 연구해야 할 문제점들을 검토하고자 한다.

  • In this paper the emission characteristic of the ship's diesel engine with CPP(Controllable Pitch Propeller) were investigated under the passage test on the sea. As the results it is confirmed that the NOx.$CO_x$ concentrations increase as the engine speed increases and the torque decreases. but the amount of NOx, COx emissions(g./k Wh) decrease as the torque increase regardless of the engine speed. Also it is compared with the NOx concentra-tions measured by the two method-ECC(Electrochemical Cell)and CLD(Chemiluminescence Detector)for the correct measurement and the ECC indicated higher value than the CLD.

  • In his study the simulation was carried out by simplifing and modeling dividing into fuel injectioin pump high pressure pipe and fuel injection valve in the fuel injection system of a low speed marine diesel engine. A computer simulation model was developed using the method of characteristics to analyze the unsteady flow in the fuel injection system considering cavitation and variation of fuel density and bulk modulus. Comparison was commenced between the calculated data and experimental data of pressure and injection quantity at the high pressure distributor in fuel injection system for the training ship "M/V hanara" the effects of the high pressure pipe length diameter plunger diameter nozzle openning pressure were also investigated by simulating results.g results.

  • In this study, a simulation program was developed, which could simulate a fuel injection system for low-speed marine diesel engine. The fuel injection system was divided into fuel injection pump, high pressure pipe and fuel injection valve. The unsteady flow in the high pressure injection pipe was analyzed by the method of characteristics, considering cavitation and variation of fuel density and bulk modulus. It was confirmed that the simulation results were good agree with experimental results of injection pressure and quantity at the high pressure distributor in fuel injection system for the training ship "M/V Hannara". And the effects of the atomizer hole diameter, maximum needle lift, plunger diameter and nozzle opening pressure were also investigated with simulating results.g results.

  • The subsurface stress field beneath the roller due to the lubricant film pressure acting on the roller surface has been calculated. Main purpose of this study in view of engineering is to prove the validity of the numerical profile roller presented by Koo et al who obtained the lubricant film pressure by elastohydrodynamic lubrication analysis on the cam-roller mechanism. The stress field for the numerical profile roller was compared with the one for the existing dub-off profile roller.

  • The subsurface stress field beneath the roller's contacting surface due to the contact pressure in lubricating condition has been calculated. Main purpose of this study in view of engineering is to prove the validity of the numerical profile roller presented by Koo et al. The Love's rectangular patch solution was used to obtain the subsurface stress field. The stress field of the numerical profile roller was compared with the one of the existing dub-off profile roller The analysis results show reduced subsurface stresses for the numerical profile roller.
