The purpose of this study was to examine the need of the ideal human being and to establish ideal desirable state of affairs in the ideal portrait of a human being for pursuing in the home economics education. This study analyzed the deducted issue from the discussion about the human being in the educational research through the national curriculum and literature review. The desirable state of affairs established in this research are (1) it needs to reflect the feasibility aspect for actual implementation, (2) it needs to consider the contextual subject aspect, and (3) the curriculum view containing the philosophy of the subject, that is, critical science perspective shall be reflected on the desirable human being. The ideal portrait of a human being was stated, in the individual family, society nation, cultur e world according to subcategories. In addition, the stated ideal portrait of a human being was modified through expert consultations. The proposal was reexamined for the validity of the statement and restated as a comprehensive statement of an ideal portrait of a human being that included a restatement of the three areas. An ideal portrait of a human being pursuing in home economics education from a core value of curriculum stated as 'a person who has solved the practical problem actively'.

In this paper, a method of self-organizing for fuzzy logic controller(FLC) through learning of the proper direction of coritrol is proposed. In case of designing a self-organizing FLC for unknown dynamic plants based on the gradient descent method, it is difficult to identify the desirable direction of the change of control inpul. in which the error would be decreased. To resolve this problem, we propose a method as fo1lows:at first, assign representative values for the direction of change of error with respect to control input to each partitioned region of the states, and then, learn the fuzzy control rules using the reinforced representative values through iterative trials. 'The proposed self-organizing FLC has simple structure and it is easy to design. The validity of the proposed method is proved by the computer simulation for an inverted pendulum system.

U-러닝이라고 하는 새로운 패러다임이 교육 현장에도 적용되고 있다. 그렇지만 유비쿼터스 학습에 대한 충분한 선행연구나 지원 콘텐츠의 개발이 이루어 지지 않는 상태에서 u-러닝을 구현하기에는 많은 어려움이 따른다. 이에 본 연구에서는 먼저 교사, 학부모의 u-러닝과 RFID에 대한 인식 상태 조사, 그리고 출결관리 시스템을 개발하여 학생들에게 적용하여 봄으로써 미래 교육의 바람직한 모델을 제시하고자 하였다.

보다 바람직한 운전 경험을 제공하기 위하여, 운전자의 감성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 관심이 높아져 가고 있다. 본 연구에서는 운전자의 운전 시의 기분 혹은 감정상태에 영향을 미치는 외부요인으로 도로 소통 상황, 계절, 날씨, 운전 시각, 운전 지역을 추출하였으며 운전자 개인의 감정상태를 결정짓는 주관적이고 심리적인 요인은 배제하였다. 운전 경력 3 년 이상의 운전자를 대상으로 감성 상태는 긍정/부정, 흥분/안정의 2 가지 축으로 나뉘어 측정하였다. 운전자의 무드는 중립을 기준으로 양 극단보다는 중립에 가까운 상태에 주로 분포하였는데 긍정/부정에는 각각 고루 분포한 반면, 흥분/안정에서는 안정 쪽에 더 많이 분포한 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 다섯 가지 외부 요인들이 모두 운전자의 무드에 영향을 미쳤으며 도로 소통 상황이 긍정/부정과 흥분/안정 모두에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 감성의 긍정/부정 축에서는 계절, 날씨, 소통 상황, 그리고 운전 지역이 유의미하였으며, 감성의 흥분/안정 축에서는 운전시간과 소통 상황이 유의미하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 확장시켜 운전자의 감성에 영향을 미치는 외부 요인들을 데이터베이스화하여 운전자를 위한 다양한 제품 및 서비스 개발에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

국내에서는 철도차량의 화재안전성능을 향상시키기 위해 성능평가를 적용하기 위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 철도차량에서의 화재 시 피난은 여러 가지 시나리오들이 존재하며, 이중 하나가 터널내부에서 정전이 되어 무조명상태가 되는 것이다. 철도차량은 물리적 공간적 환경이 건축물과 차이가 있다. 또한 문화적 인종적 차이로 인해 외국의 데이터를 바로 적용하는 것도 바람직한 일은 아니다. 그러므로 시나리오를 분석하기 위해 필요한 데이터는 실험을 통해 확보해야할 필요성이 있는 것이다. 무조명 상태에서의 피난인의 행태와 이동속도의 차이 등을 분석하기 위해 실험을 수행하고 그 결과를 분석해 보았다.

육용종계 암탉의 사양관리는 하나의 예술이라고 한다. 이 말은 육용종계의 관리는 그 닭의 유전능력과 환경조건에 따라서 그때 그때 최선의 방법을 찾아 닭의 생리적인 상태를 최적의 상태로 유지해야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 모든 농장에다 잘 부합되는 특정한 사양방법을 확립하는 것은 매우 어렵다. 각 육종회사에서는 자기회사의 닭에 대한 체중, 사료급여 프로그램, 표준성적 등에 대한 기준을 설정하고 있다. 그러나 이들은 어디까지나 기준은 될 수 있지만 실제로는 농장마다 자신의 실정에 알맞는 프로그램을 개발해야 한다. 가장 바람직한 종계 사양방법은 각각의 계군마다 체중, 주령, 산란율, 기상조건 및 그 계군의 외관이나 상태에 맞추어 관리하는 것이다. 이러한 요인들을 모두 고려해서 매일 매일의 사료량을 늘여주거나 줄여준다. 따라서 종계관리자는 그 자신의 닭에 대해서와 사료에 대해서 알아야 한다. 여기에서는 종계의 영양관리에 있어서 기본적인 원리를 정리해보고자 한다.

Museum Records is both a resource for the administration and for researchers. And It is necessary for the day-to-day operation of the museum's activity and it serves researchers of all kinds. This study is aimed to grasp the present condition of museum records management in a National Museum of Korea and 11 local national museums in Korea as a case study. To this end, two methods were used to collect the essential data. First, a comprehensive literature survey was conducted to investigate foreign successful museum records management system. Second, interview and questionnaire survey were conducted to collect the data of actual state of National Museum. The results show that National Museum should be a wholly responsible for the department and disposition of professional staffs and set up the comprehensive registration system, the standard of classification considering the museum's feature and the regular estimation system. And also National Museum should expand and improve the facilities according to "Archives and Records Management of Public Agencies Act".

에너지 정책 합리화를 촉구하기 위해 전국 대학의 에너지 관련 교수들로 구성된 '에너지 정책 합리화를 추구하는 교수협의회'(이하 에교협)가 3월 23일 한국프레스센터 프레스클럽에서 창립기념토론회를 갖고 본격적인 활동을 개시했다. 서강대 이덕환 교수, 숭실대 온기운 교수, 카이스트 성풍현 교수 3인이 공동대표를 맡은 에교협은 이날 '우리나라의 바람직한 전력수급기본정책 방향 : 제8차 전력수급기본계획 개정을 위한 제언'을 주제로 토론회를 열었다. 에교협에는 이공계, 인문사회계 등 에너지를 전공하는 전국 57개 대학의 210명의 교수가 가입한 상태이며, 앞으로도 추가 가입이 이어질 예정이다. 다음은 에교협 창립 취지문 전문이다.
