Floor Impact Noise Level for Concrete Slab Integrated with Floor Finishing Layers (콘크리트 슬래브와 바닥 상부구조가 일체된 바닥구조의 바닥충격음)

  • Floating floor is most commonly used at apartment houses in Korea for thermal insulation and reducing impact noise. But it in proven that the floating floor is not effective for reducing the floor impact noise in low frequency range. In most cases, impact sound pressure level under 63 Hz frequency band were actually increased by the resonance of resilient material, lightweight concrete and the finishing mortar installed on it. In this paper, an integrated floor system consist of 70 mm light weight concrete and 40 mm finishing mortar successively installed on the concrete slab was suggested to avoid the resonance. Integrated floor system increases total flexural stiffness and mass per unit area. The natural frequencies of first and second vibration mode were increased and acceleration response and floor impact sound level was decreased in all measurement range.

  • The behaviour of Modular GFRP(Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymers) decks for use in deteriorated bridge decks replacement are investigated experimentally in this study. As for the performance evaluation of bridge decks, experimental studies on the 3 test specimens with 1/5 scale of full size were carried out. Three specimens were sandwich plates with box tube cores. The constituents of bridge decks were glass fiber preforms and epoxy resin. The experimental results of all the specimens were summarized for maximum strength, stiffness and deformation capacity. A finite element analyses were compared to verify validity of experimental results.

  • Recently the floor vibration of apartment is often beginning to make its appearance of the environmental dispute, the standard floor system of housing are suggested for the settlement of this issue by government. For the slab vibration analysis on the laminated floor system of apartment, it is required the effectively analytical method of the floor system considering laminated theory. In this paper, more effective modeling methods of laminated floor slab are proposed for the method of accurate rigidity evaluation. By using the advanced modeling method, the more accurate vibration response can be obtained and can accurately evaluate the rigidity of living room floor system of apartment with different laminated materials.

  • 본 연구는 반도체 기판 히팅 장치의 새로운 구조에 관한 것으로 기판의 바닥면에 밀착된 가열 플레이트층의 직접가열 구조에 따른 빠른 열 응답성 및 열손실 최소화를 이룰 수 있다. 또한 가열 플레이트층에 내장된 히팅 수단인 시즈히터의 접촉면적을 늘려 가열 유효면적 증가와 같은 효과를 갖는다. 이를 위해 감광막이 코팅된 기판과, 상기 기판의 바닥면에 밀착되는 가열 플레이트층, 절연 및 열손실을 최소화하기 위해 상기 가열 플레이트층의 바닥면에 밀착되는 운모층, 상기 운모층의 하부에 밀착되어 바닥 플레이트층으로 이루어지되, 상기 가열 플레이트 층은 바닥면 전체에 걸쳐 연속되는 홈부를 형성하고, 상기 홈부로는 기판을 가열하기 위한 시즈히터가 삽입되어 구성된다. 새로운 기판 히팅 구조를 사용하여 시간 경과에 따른 가열 플레이트의 온도 변화를 확인 한 결과, 간접가열방식인 기존 방식에 비해 약 40 %의 전력 절감효과가 있는 것으로 확인 되었다.

  • 바닥공조시스템(underfloor air distribution system)은 건물 내에서 공기흐름을 바닥을 통해 조절하는 방식으로 전통적인 천장공조 방식을 대체할 새로운 시스템으로 평가받고 있다. 일반적으로 바닥 공조시스템은 공조기 등에서 송풍되는 공조공기가 억세스 플로어 하부의 바닥공간으로 전달되고 바닥급기구를 통해 실내로 송풍되는 구조를 이루고 있다. 바닥공조시스템의 이점은 전통적인 천장공조 방식에 비해 실내공기의 질(IAQ)이 향상되며 에너지의 절감이 가능하다는 점을 들 수 있다. (중략)

  • 이미 현존하는 건물의 경우는 진동실험을 통하여 바닥판에서의 정확한 진동응답을 찾아낼 수 있으나, 현존하지 않는 건물을 설계하고 있는 단계에서는 계산식이나 컴퓨터에 의한 동적해석으로 그 값을 예측할 수밖에 없다. 이러한 과정에서 간편하게 접근할 수 있는 방법이 국내외의 진동평가방법이나 기술지침서에 소개도어 있는 진동응답식을 이용하는 방법이다. 현존하는 건물의 경우에서도 복잡한 진동실험을 하기 전에 간단한 예비적 평가를 하기 위하여 이러한 계산식이 이용되기도 한다.(중략)

  • In this paper, the static load test of long span PSC deck used in the twin steel plate girder bridge was conducted. To evaluate the structural behavior of long span deck, longitudinally sufficient length of deck is needed, but it is difficult to test the full-scale long span deck due to limit of transportation, setting and laboratory space. Therefore, this study proposed a method to apply longitudinal stiffness of the full-scale deck to the test specimen of longitudinally short length, and it was reinforced with the steel beam. The failure behavior and structural performance of the long span deck were evaluated by the proposed test specimen deck.

  • Structural performance and serviceability of precast deck system are mostly determined by connection details between precast decks. Particularly, since the bridge deck is under repeated loads such as traffic loads, fatigue behavior and performance of joints should be investigated. In this study, a two-girder continuous composite bridge specimen was fabricated using the asymmetric ribbed loop joints, and static and fatigue load tests were conducted to evaluate the structural behavior and the crack pattern of the bridge deck. From the test results, the proposed precast deck system resulted in sufficient fatigue performance and failure strength. Therefore, the proposed precast deck system can be applied to the connection part of precast decks effectively.

Service and Ultimate Load Behavior of Bridge Deck Reinforced with GFRP Rebars (GFRP 보강근으로 보강된 교량 바닥판의 성능과 사용성에 관한 실험연구)

  • The tensile and bond performance of GFRP rebar are different from those of conventional steel reinforcement. It requires some studies on concrete members reinforced with GFRP reinforcing bars to apply it to concrete structures. GFRP has some advantages such as high specific strength, low weight, non-corrosive nature, and disadvantage of larger deflection due to the lower modulus of elasticity than that of steel. Bridge deck is a preferred structure to apply FRP rebars due to the increase of flexural capacity by arching action. This paper focuses on the behavior of concrete bridge deck reinforced with newly developed GFRP rebars. A total of three real size bridge deck specimens were made and tested. Main variables are the type of reinforcing bar and reinforcement ratio. Static test was performed with the load of DB-24 level until failure. Test results were compared and analyzed with ultimate load, deflection behavior, crack pattern and width.
